The location is great. The whole staff are extremely friendly and helpful! The breakfast was delicious and delivered always kindly and with a smile for which we are very grateful. The rooms are clean but very tiny and the thing we missed the most is a wardrobe. Apart from the lack of space in the rooms, everything else was just great. They offer complementary minibar, caffe, biscuits and tea refreshments daily, which might be a small detail but definitely makes you feel welcomed!

The hotel was very clean, well located. The staff were friendly and welcoming except to find out something shocking which my wife told me later which is why I’m giving a 1 star review. Whilst I was not there Mr Kamal asked my wife if she was single to which she replied “I’m married and staying with my husband” she was shocked and was afraid to tell me straight away incase anything escalated. What we thought we was having a nice getaway only for my wife to be harassed. I will never use this hotel again purely because of this ONE unprofessional staff. He should be dealt with accordingly. He was cold with me. The rest of the staff were lovely and helpful though.

Logistically excellent location. The whole staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, attending to us wonderfully. Special thanks to Anna, Syed, John, and Tynissa at reception, as well as the lovely lady in the breakfast room whose name we unfortunately don’t remember (we hope you all recognize yourselves)! A peaceful hotel with an adult-friendly atmosphere, and a delicious breakfast. Nothing essential was missing. The rooms were on the smaller side, but the purpose of our 4-night trip wasn’t to stay cooped up indoors. We would happily return to this hotel. Best regards, A sister and brother from Finland

We were in London for six nights and had a good stay at this hotel! The staff, Sved, Anna, Hannen and Flez were always very kind and helpful. Even when our air conditioner broke in our original room in the middle of the night, they immediately upgraded us to a better and bigger room the on the ground floor the next day and provided us with a fan for the night. Whenever we had any questions or inquiries, the staff always made sure to accommodate us the best they can. Our original room was quite small with an open shower and sink, but closed bathroom. So, do keep that in mind, especially when traveling with a friend. The bigger room was way more spacious with a sofa, bigger nightstands and a table with a chair in the corridor of the room. However, we did notice that both rooms were quite dusty, which we assume, came from the air conditioner. It was a pity, because the rooms itself were always clean. The cleaning staff did our beds everyday and provided us with clean towels as well. The breakfast selection was small, but had a little bit of everything. The hotel offers a buffet and a menu as well, from which you can choose one meal each breakfast. The staff here were very nice as well. The drink selection was good as well, the offered coffee, bottles water, juice, smoothies and tea etc. and you could get as many refills as you wanted. The location was great! Paddington station is just a 10 minute walk away (maybe even less) and Hyde Park is just around the corner from the hotel. There are more than enough restaurants and shops nearby as well!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful stay and exceptional service! We had a really lovely stay at this hotel. The location was convenient, the hotel was comfortable and clean, and the service really stood out. I especially want to mention Flazeburn, the porter, who was absolutely wonderful. He went above and beyond to help us and was incredibly kind, welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. His level of service genuinely made a difference to our experience and made us feel very well looked after. Thank you, Flazeburn, for being so helpful and making our stay that much better! We would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend the hotel to others.

Absolutely wonderful helpful staff at check in. Very nice continental breakfast and full English available in restaurant. 24 hour concierge. Complimentary tea, coffee and water in the room. I stayed in a classic room which was a lot smaller than expected, but very well presented. Excellent location. A few minutes walk from Paddington station.
