Une très bonne expérience sur 3 jours : le personnel est accueillant, la chambre propre , confortable et fonctionnelle . Nous logions dans une chambre donnant à l’arrière de l’hôtel , face à la tour noire , c’était très calme. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine , du sauna et du service bagagerie après le Check out . L’hôtel est très bien situé , au cœur de la ville . La gare de Bruxelles midi se trouve à 30 minutes à pied . Ma fille ado et moi même sommes très satisfaites .

Hôtel très bien positionné, a proximité de tout (commerces, restaurant, métro, tramway...). La chambre exécutive était confortable avec une vue sur Bruxelles. Le mini bar était rempli tous les jours. L'essentiel (fer a repasser, coffre fort, serviette, peignoir, pantoufle, gel douche, shampooing, après shampooing, crème corporelle,...) est mis à disposition dans la chambre et le reste (bonnet...) peut être acquis sur demande. Il y avait également une piscine et une petite salle de sport mais nous n'avons pas eu le temps d'en profiter. Nous n'avons entendu aucun bruit (bonne isolation). De manière globale, cet hôtel est agréable. Je recommande si vous souhaitez passer quelques jours à Bruxelles dans une Chambre confortable et a proximité de tout.

Hôtel au top! Excellente literie. Chambres bien isolées phonétiquement, très spacieuses et bien équipées. Un bar avec un accueil très sympathique tout comme à la réception. Petit déjeuner très varié. Proche du métro De et Sté Catherine, et à 5 min du quartier piétonnier de la Bourse.

Muy buena experiencia en el hotel. Hemos descansado muy bien durante toda la estancia, ya que la habitación era limpia, silenciosa y muy cómoda. La cama era excelente y permitió dormir perfectamente después de un día de turismo. Además, la ubicación es ideal, muy céntrica y práctica para visitar los principales puntos de interés de Bruselas. Sin duda, una opción muy recomendable para alojarse en la ciudad.

We had a wonderful 4-night stay at Novotel Brussels City Centre with our two children (ages 7 and 3), and it turned out to be a perfect choice for a family trip. The hotel is extremely family-friendly. Both of our kids absolutely loved the play area—it has plenty of activities to keep children entertained. The swimming pool was another highlight, giving them a chance to relax and have fun after a day of sightseeing. We booked a family room, which was spacious and very comfortable. The beds were excellent, and the hotel also provided welcome gifts for the kids, which was a lovely touch. Complimentary water was provided daily as well. The location is fantastic. It’s just a 10–15 minute walk to Grand Place, and public transport is very convenient with tram and bus stops only 2 minutes away. Brussels Central Station is also within a 15-minute walk. There are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. Burger King and Carrefour are just 2 minutes away, and we also enjoyed great pizza at Nona Pizza, which is equally close. Decathlon is about a 7-minute walk from the hotel. The staff truly made our stay special. They were incredibly supportive and helpful throughout. Since our flight was late at night, we requested a late check-out, and they immediately understood our situation and accommodated us without any hassle. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely love to stay here again. Highly recommended for families!

The hotel has a great location - very close to the center, but not right in the middle of the noise and crowds, which made it easy to find and very convenient. The lobby felt warm, stylish, and welcoming, and the staff were friendly throughout our stay. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bathroom was beautiful, and the bed was very comfortable. Housekeeping did a great job, as the room was refreshed while we were out. There were a lot of nice amenities as well. The spa area was pleasant, and the fitness room was well-equipped. The swimming pool was quite shallow, so it’s more suited for kids, but still nice to have. There were also two saunas, which we enjoyed. A small but very useful detail was the dryer and drying rack in the bathroom — perfect for swimsuits and towels. There were just a couple of downsides. The air conditioning was positioned directly above the bed, which made it a bit uncomfortable — with the duvet it was too warm, but without it, it felt too cold due to the airflow. And they sadly didn't have blankets. Also, the windows didn’t block out much noise, so you could still hear the street even when they were closed. Check-in and check-out were both smooth and easy. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and I would still recommend the hotel despite the minor issues.
