Das Hotel lebt von der Fassade! Der Weg dahin ist spektakulär! Als ich im Zimmer angekommen war offenbarte sich das Elend. Dreck und Schimmel. Ein Handtuch mit Flecken. Wenn im Nachbarzimmer geduscht oder das Klo benutzt wurden, ist die Wasserleitung so laut, dass man nachts senkrecht im Bett steht. Die Steckdosen neben dem Bett und im Badezimmer sind komplett eingestaubt und verdreckt. Das Fenster völlig verdreckt mit Kalkflecken. Im Saunabereich drückt es Rost und Schimmel aus der Regendusche. Das Holz in der Sauna ist an vielen Stellen sehr dunkel und nicht nur weil gerade wieder kein Gast versteht wie man eine Sauna mit Handtuch zu nutzen hat, sondern weil allgemein Hygiene und Sauberkeit hier scheinbar nicht so großgeschrieben werden. Sehr enttäuschend für diesen hohen Preis.

We choose to stay here rather than central Amsterdam. Zaandam is a great town to stay in with plenty of shops, restaurants and bars. The hotel is quite iconic and a tourist attraction. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. We dined in the restuarant during the evening and the food and service was excellent. This is a great place to stay and use the super efficient rail system ( only 10 minute walk from the hotel ) to visit other towns and city's in the Netherlands. Zaandam is very relaxed and the locals are friendly and helpful.

I was first attracted to this Zaandam hotel because of its eye-catching architecture (AI could never). Gloriously colourful, with parts and pieces seemingly sticking out and added on as if built by a child with Legos. But this hotel is more than just a pretty building. First of all, the LOCATION. It's a two-minute walk to the central train station, and from there it's a 15 minute train to the centre of Amsterdam. All the access of Amsterdam, without the expense (my room was at least 100 euros/night cheaper than the standard Amsterdam hotel). And for the nervous traveler, there are plentiful shops, restaurants, and a grocery store all within walking distance. Secondly, the QUALITY. I got the basic room, but it was absolutely lovely, with comfortable linens, an effective temperature control system, and a MASSIVE bathtub. I'm a solo traveller who needs downtime in between exploration, and the room was SO comfortable. My room came with included breakfast, and while overall the breakfast buffet is satisfactory, the only note I have about the hotel concerns the breakfast: I have a severe nut allergy, and although the hotel provide allergen labels for the foods, they are not all accurate (the cheese, for instance, had no nut warnings even when they used cheese that was studded with walnuts), so that was a little worrying. Thankfully, the hotel staff were all accommodating and wonderful. If you don't mind using public transportation, I highly recommend the Inntel Hotels Amsterdam Zaandam. You can be sure of a comfortable, high-quality hotel at a far more reasonable price.

El hotel destaca por su diseño único y llamativo, inspirado en las casas tradicionales de la zona, lo que lo convierte en un lugar diferente desde el primer momento. La ubicación es muy conveniente, cerca de la estación de tren, lo que facilita el acceso a Ámsterdam en pocos minutos. Las habitaciones son cómodas, limpias y bien equipadas. El servicio fue correcto y amable durante toda la estadía, y las instalaciones cumplen muy bien para una visita tanto de turismo como de descanso. Habitaciones: 8/10 Servicio: 10/10 Instalaciones: 10/10 Resumen: Un hotel muuuuy interesante, buenos precios y buena ubicación. Muy buena opción para quedarse cerca de Ámsterdam sin los precios de Ámsterdam. Cómodo, funcional y con un diseño que lo hace especial. Una muy buena opción para hospedarse en Zaandam y moverse fácilmente a Ámsterdam.

We stopped by after a day living in the Chocolate Center of Windmills! We stayed here several years ago on another Netherlands visit. We had drinks outside overlooking the main shopping area. Fantastic and friendly waitress made me an off menu Americano with Baileys which was great in the cooling afternoon breeze.

Super hotel, pokoj pěkný, snídaně skvělé a hotel krásný. Služby super. Moc děkujeme. A doporučujeme. Místo super hned u vlakového nádraží pár zastávek od centra Amsterdamu.
