الغرفة مجدده وجميله واطلاله حلوه. الخدمه اكثر من رائعه. ولكن يعيبه مافيه تكيف بارد. وبعيد حبتين عن الاماكن الحيويه لكن ينفع للعوائل الي تبي تكون شوي بعيده عن الصخب وبنفس الوقت قريبه من السنتر. لكن اتعب واقول خدمتهم ممتازه مره مره مره

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay at the Movenpick in Amsterdam. Pros: The hotel and amenities are all modern, up to date, and beautiful. The breakfast is huge with a ton off offerings and all the food we ate at the hotel was very good. Public transit is just across the street and takes you right into the city center. Cons: The air condition in the room did not go as low as we would have liked so my husband and I were a little warm when we slept. There is not a lot out there by the hotel (i.e. not stores or restaurants) so staying at the hotel does require a little more planning (i.e. its a 15 min walk to city center restaurants and shops or a short train ride).

Here's the updated version: **Movenpick Hotel Amsterdam City Centre — ★★★★ (4/5)** Great location if you're cruising — just a 2-minute walk to the port for my sailing. It's a bit out of the way if you're planning to hit the main sites, but there's a tram stop nearby that gets you into the city center easily. A few small things to note: there's no ice machine on the floors, so you'll need to head down to the bar/restaurant where the bartender will give you a small bucket of ice cubes. Also, no ESPN on the TV, so sports fans hoping to catch NFL, MLB, or NBA games may be out of luck. I also missed the free chocolate they hand out at 4pm — worth timing your day around if you want it! Everything else was excellent. Cleanliness was top-notch throughout the room. The bathroom was spacious, water pressure was great, and there's a Nespresso machine in the room for your coffee fix. The sauna was a nice touch too, with generous hours (6am–10pm). Overall a solid stay, especially convenient for cruise passengers.

We had a wonderful experience throughout our stay at the hotel. Well-maintained facilities, comfortable room, good location, suitable services but mostly amazing staff. We would like to highlight Arthur and Arlene at breakfast (Floor 2 Restaurant) which always made our day start in a very positive mood, Nikos and Mostafa at the Front Desk who were always available to sort our requests and Ethan and Simao at the Bar who were always kind to provide some advice and meet our expectations. We will for sure consider this hotel again when travelling to Amsterdam.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The bar was quite busy, but Bartender Jowel still delivered excellent service. He was friendly, attentive, and handled everything with great professionalism, making sure we felt welcome despite the crowd. His positive attitude really stood out.I’d also like to compliment the front office team for their warm hospitality and smooth service. Everything was well organized, and they made the overall experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for the great service and welcoming atmosphere!

We liked location in regards to it being near cruiseport and central station but I think calling hotel city center is misleading. Appreciated the size of the room and that there was a nice fridge. Found elevators slow at peak times. Considering price of room we expected more. Bathroom door does not provide any privacy between being see thru and cracks on either side. Tub very slippery. Room just ok. We enjoyed dinner at ground floor restaurant and food was enjoyable. Giorgio provided great service. He was very friendly, helpful and quick. Used concierge desk multiple times and everyone was always very helpful, friendly and quick.
