Best location used the back lobby to exit the hotel and all the restaurants in the right, room is small but it’s ok we’re there just 2 nights to sleep and during the day exploring, employees are friendly. Breakfast are delicious lots of choices. And the best the shower pressure is strong.

We stayed at the Westcord City centre for 4 nights. The hotel was in a great location, walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. The included breakfast was a lovely bonus and the breakfast choice was really good. Breakfast was always busy regardless of whether we were early or not. We often struggled to find a table. We had twin rooms which were very small. This wasn't a major issue as we didn't spend much time in them. The rooms were clean on arrival but although we requested a daily clean and fresh towels this service was very poor. Although we were always given fresh towels our room was only cleaned on one of the days and the cups we used were not cleaned or replaced. Please be aware that the bathrooms in the rooms offer NO privacy, the bathroom door is a glass swing door that does not shut or have a lock and the glass is see through. Overall is was fine for a short break.

Nous avons passer un agréable séjour dans cette hôtel. Nous avons fêter nos 17 ans de vie de couple la bas, nous avons eu droit a une petite surprise de l'hôtel a notre arriver nous vous remercions du fond du coeur❤️ si je dois donner un avis tout était parfait juste un matelas 2 personne aurais été plus agréable car 2 matelas 1 place coller fait que l'écart ce fait très vite quand on dort et cela n’ai pas agréable, et la moquette au sol fait un peu vieux il y avait des taches dessus cela ce voyais que ce n'était pas sale mais des taches qui ne parte plus car la chambre était nickel. Le déjeuner était délicieux beaucoup de choix et la salle très jolie. Merci pour votre accueille qui était au top.

Wow what a wonderful stay we had at this hotel. Very friendly staff with nice rooms, middle of the city centre. The breakfast is also fresh and versatile every morning, and a great lunch we had. The nice thing is that you are in the middle of the city. Thank you for this very pleasant stay.

Dit hotel was een geweldige ervaring! Goed en vriendelijk personeel en een mooie schone kamer met een heerlijk bed in het oude centrum! En dan hebben we het over het ontbijt nog helemaal niet gehad 😊: ook heerlijk en wat een keuze! Dit hotel gaan wij zeker vaker bezoeken en is ook echt een tip voor anderen! My family and I recently stayed at WestCord, and overall we had a very pleasant experience. The biggest advantage is the excellent location. It’s just a short walk from the main train station, with major attractions such as the Royal Palace nearby, and tram stops right outside the hotel, making it very easy to get around Amsterdam. The property is clean, comfortable, and modern. The rooms feature cozy beds and excellent rain showers. We also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, along with the complimentary coffee and tea available in the welcoming lobby. There are a couple of downsides to be aware of. The standard rooms are quite compact, which is typical for central Amsterdam. For families with even one child, adding an extra bed makes the room feel very cramped and leaves little space to move around. The air conditioning can also be a little inconvenient. It tends to switch off during the night because it is controlled from a central system rather than from within the room. If you prefer the AC to remain on overnight, it’s best to inform the front desk in advance.
