This is a great family vacation and resort. The beach frontage of the hotel is massive. You aren’t cramped next to all other guests on a small strip of beach. Davincis and ocean beeeze were my favorite dinners. The beach bar is great and the coconut shrimp are the best! The staff is wonderful. I left my phone on a bench after gelato one night (walked back to my room without realizing it) and within 30mins an employee had found it and returned to the front desk! I did a wrap and massage at the spa which was also awesome. I cannot recommend this resort highly enough,

So disappointed in this place! The best thing was my beachfront view from room. The rooms are old, some rust in the bathroom. The balcony had cob webs. It was so loud. I was by some club that played music from 9pm-2am. It wasn't the peaceful resort I wanted. All the restaurants on the resort stayed crowded and I couldn't get reservations none of the days I was there. The best place was Corals for breakfast. The staff at Corals were very nice. Some of the front desk were not friendly.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The property is beautiful, the beach is stunning, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. We truly enjoyed our vacation and appreciated everything the resort has to offer. One thing that could definitely be improved is the requirement to sign a receipt every time you order food or drinks, even though the resort is all-inclusive. Having to stop and sign paperwork throughout the day becomes inconvenient and takes away from the relaxing vacation experience. Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience at the Sea Breeze restaurant with a waiter named Juan Sebastian. We were dining with our family, including a 3-year-old child, and it took a very long time before he even came to our table to offer us water or take our order. Once the food arrived, several items were incorrect. My husband and I both ordered our steaks well done, but they were served very undercooked and red inside. We could not eat them. My daughter ended up eating my steak, while my husband returned his completely untouched because it was not cooked as requested. The most frustrating part was that Juan Sebastian still charged us for the steak that had been returned because it was prepared incorrectly, so we ended up paying for a meal that was never eaten. He also tried to charge another member of our table who had the all-inclusive package. We had to strongly object before he finally removed that charge. A simple apology and a willingness to correct the mistakes would have made a huge difference. Instead, the entire interaction felt unprofessional and unnecessarily stressful. I believe customer service is one of the most important parts of the hospitality industry, and employees who cannot treat guests fairly should not be in customer-facing roles. Aside from this unfortunate incident, we truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel. I hope management addresses this issue so future guests can have the excellent experience this resort is otherwise capable of providing.

From the moment we arrive, we're welcomed with warm smiles and genuine hospitality that make us feel like family. The staff consistently goes above and beyond to create an atmosphere that is friendly, relaxing, and unforgettable. It's one of the biggest reasons we keep coming back year after year. The location simply can't be beat. You're steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches in Aruba, the pool is fantastic, and you're within walking distance of countless restaurants, shops, and everything Palm Beach has to offer. Whether you want to spend the day relaxing on the beach, exploring the island, or enjoying Aruba's nightlife, everything is right at your fingertips. We've visited as a family and as a couple, and it's perfect for both. It offers the ideal balance of relaxation, convenience, and fun for travelers of all ages. For us, the Holiday Inn Aruba isn't just a hotel—it's a place filled with memories that brings us back year after year. We recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Aruba without hesitation. We already can't wait for our next visit!

Had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Aruba Palm Beach! The staff was amazing, and the location made it so easy to get to everything. The Sea Breeze Restaurant was fantastic—especially the seafood and skirt steak! Everything was very affordable, the bed was comfortable, and the AC worked perfectly and got down into the low 60s.Beach was a 30 second walk from your our room can’t beat it! And the happy hour was AMAZING! 🍹🌴 I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this resort!

We just returned from an amazing week at the Holiday Inn Resort Aruba, and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and went out of their way to ensure we had a great vacation. The resort was clean, well maintained, and located on one of the most beautiful stretches of Palm Beach. We loved having easy access to the beach, plenty of chairs available, and crystal clear water just steps away. The all inclusive package was absolutely worth it. There was a great variety of food and drinks, and we always found something delicious to enjoy. The bartenders, servers, housekeeping, and entertainment staff were all friendly, hardworking, and genuinely seemed to care that guests had a great experience. The atmosphere was relaxing during the day but still offered plenty to do, whether it was enjoying the pools, participating in activities, or taking a short walk to nearby restaurants, shops, and nightlife. This was exactly the vacation we were hoping for. We left feeling refreshed and already talking about coming back. Thank you to everyone at Holiday Inn Resort Aruba for making our stay so memorable!
