La struttura ha una posizione ottima per raggiungere vari mezzi di trasporto. Inoltre il quartiere è molto tranquillo ma presenta negozi, ristoranti e pub. La stanza era stata rinnovata con materassi nuovi, Linoleum come pavimento (no moquette in stanza, mentre nelle scale c'era la moquette), impianto elettrico nuovo, bagno piccolo ma con mattonelle nuove (sebbene vecchio stile). La pulizia e il cambio degli asciugamani quotidiano mi hanno piacevolmente colpito. La colazione è essenziale (prosciutto, formaggio, pane da toast, uova sode, yogurt, veri tipi di muesli, merendine, succhi di frutta, tè e caffè). Ottima la possibilità di lasciare in custodia i bagagli. Non c'è aria condizionata ma un grosso ventilatore sulla parete. Nel complesso un buon posto dove dormire bene e pulito, a prezzo contenuto.

Posizionato in un quartiere molto carino, in un punto strategico perché è vicino al parco (Hyde Park) e alle fermate di autobus e metro. Lo staff è stato gentile e veramente tanto disponibile. Era inclusa la colazione, che era molto semplice ma sempre meglio averla che non. Le camere pulite e comode. Quella che avevamo noi, una quadrupla anche se eravamo in tre, non aveva la moquette per fortuna. Se proprio devo trovare un difetto, direi che l'arredamento è un po' datato, ma tenuto in maniera impeccabile e il WiFi non prendeva sempre nella camera dov'eravamo noi.

If we can only rate the room zero . The room has only one electric fan, that is just blowing hot wind, the most uncomfortable night we have, we have not slept at all. Some guest was also outside their steps at night who have the same experience like us couldn’t get a wink ad the rooms was hot . We left our windows open to get some air only to find a man looking at us from the outside watching us , and this was in the middle of the nigh. We have to shout at him to go away. Then came the breakfast. Not even worth bothering. Hard boiled egg?? What are we gonna do with it ?? Never ever again

Terribly priced for what is on offer. Tiny rooms that look like they haven't been touched since the 80s/90s. The level of deep grime and dirt was absolutely disgusting, with the floors and tiles feeling 'sticky'. Thankful that we only stayed here for one night as it was easily the worst hotel we have ever stayed in.

We checked into this hotel on Saturday and stayed for a total of 5 nights. Unfortunately, we experienced serious issues during our stay. The elevator was working only on the day we arrived, but after that it broke down and was never fixed throughout our stay. Every time we asked about it, we were told that it had not been repaired yet. Our room was on the 4th floor. While going up and down was manageable on normal days, it became a major problem on the day of our departure. When we asked the reception staff how we were supposed to carry down two large suitcases, we were met with a very dismissive attitude. The receptionist simply said, “It’s still not fixed, there’s nothing we can do,” and continued using their headphones without offering any help. This clearly shows a lack of customer care and professionalism. I definitely do not recommend this hotel and would never consider staying here again.

Yup perfect for location. Breakfast weird, bad coffee and cold toast no egg holder, weird ham and chicken cuts. Overall old style room from the 80's had to walk up 5 flights of stairs with a giant suitcase elevator was broken. Location is fantastic close to Paddington Station, its okay for 1 night sleep
