This is a brilliant hotel. Good location with excellent transport links. Extremely comfortable bedrooms. Good bathroom. Raluka and Adela are excellent staff at breakfast. Helpful friendly and attentive. All the hotel staff are very nice. Stayed here lots of times recently. If you want a nice hotel on a good budget price but easy to get to from central London this is perfect

I had a 2 night stay here and the service and staff were lovely, very friendly and able to support my needs. They were accommodating to me allowing short notice late check out. They had all amenities and a good breakfast selection. I would only say I wasn’t a fan on the bed being on weels and being able to move as I noticed some dust on the carpet under the bed. Overall a very pleasant stay.

We had a wonderful stay. Naresh Manager at the front desk and the General Manager were incredibly kind and helpful in switching us to an accessible room for my mother, who uses a wheelchair. Their care and professionalism made a big difference. If you need an accessible room, be sure your travel agent requests it in writing before you arrive. The standard room showers have a higher step, which may not be suitable for older guests or those with limited mobility. Thank you for your excellent service!

Hotel is a little out of the way and hard to find on first visit. Seems quite a busy area but room quiet in my 8th floor room Breakfast staff very welcoming and keep place clean. On my visit a lad called Raluka was very friendly and welcoming. Gives a great start to the day. Good selection of breakfast buffet. Thanks.

We arrived after midnight having left our previous hotel because it was unclean and noisy. We found this one with good price and good reviews and the moment we entered we felt comfortable immediately. The whole hotel is very clean and modern, and the rooms are good sized with lots of facilities They have a discounted parking at nearby QPark, just ask at the reception. Costs £15 a day Complimentary breakfast is decent. Staff were all very friendly and helpful and special shout to Raluca Thanks for hosting us

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms are clean and well-equipped, and all the staff members are friendly and welcoming. Special thanks go to Ben! We encountered unexpected issues with our room reservation, and he offered tremendous support by patiently coordinating and actively sorting everything out for us. He was thoughtful and attentive throughout the whole process and successfully resolved all our booking troubles. Great value for money, we will definitely choose this hotel again and highly recommend it to everyone!
