The rooms are great. Very clean. Could do with a microwave in them. Was disappointed though as no indoor table to eat dinner etc. when asked the staff why as every room said table n chairs provided. I was told to take the patio one indoors. Which was not feasible everytime U wanted to eat in or outdoors. So we are just sitting on beds! Not want u want for self catering! Had an infestation of ants. Cleaners came and deep cleaned the room which was good. The place is good location for the town, plenty eateries, shops etc. ONE HUGE DOWNFALL IS YOUR ADDED EXTRAS! AIRCON FOR A WEEK 80EURO CASH 190 IF CARD! TOTAL RIPOFF! YOUR EXTENDED ROOM TRARRIF IS 60 EURO. Definitely not worth it! I have never paid these prices! The staff were pretty cold & didnt interact much. So the places is let down by Thier attitude. Lovely place just get rid of the owners.

Location of the hotel is very near the old town for lots of traditional restaurants. Food has been amazing in all the ones we visited. Staff are so helpful they cannot do enough for you. Any questions ask away. Service amazing. Cleanliness of the room is fantastic. If you want the strip it's about a about 10 minutes walk cutting through the old town.

This was our first time in Greece and it did not disappoint. Such a beautiful hotel this place is truly amazing. The staff are so welcoming and friendly especially Nikos who has the best sense of humour, and the lovely lady who worked behind the bar in the day, she was so friendly and helpful. The pool is AMAZING and deep. Also the whole place was spotless. The rooms are modern and the shower is really powerful. The rooms are cleaned every day. The location is great, such pretty bars and restaurants serving authentic Greek food along with pizzas and burgers all within a 5 minute walk. Thank you Kristalli Hotel for the most amazing and memorable holiday, we can't wait to come back next year!!!

Amazing apartments! So so spacious and the cleaners kept them spotless!!! The family who run this place can not do enough for you. Lovely chilled out vibe and the food served is lovely too. Great walking to both the old town and the strip! Would definitely stay here again! Also, please don’t listen to the negative review about the owners making people pay €200 for a ‘leak’ that wasn’t their fault. Simply not true. We were 2 doors away from this apartment they flooded so bad that it came down the corridor into our apartment. We alerted the owners to the water and the owner found that something was left running. Not a ‘leak’ at all! The cleaners had to spend ages cleaning up the mess and the water was running so long it had damaged the door and the kitchen! Genuinely the owners here are incredibly kind and laid back!

Worst stay I have ever had the hotel was an absolute joke in 30+ degree heat tried to charge us £40 each for air conditioning each, the apartment had an unexpected leak which we was unaware about as we was asleep the hotel then charged us £200 euros or would call the police which was not worse the hassle as was an hour before our flight

Great place with lovely set up. Staff couldn't do enough for you which is why they seem to have lots of returning guests. Slight issue in room was fixed very quickly. Location is good but it's quite a long walk down to the beach but the old town with loads of lovely restaurants and bars are just a few minutes walk.
