After an Airbnb reservation went terribly wrong, I ended up staying at the Royale Chulan. Before making my mind, I visited the hotel and was welcomed by the lovely receptionist Aster, who was very kind and patient, and helped me pick the room that would best suit me. Aster is great and so are all the other receptionists, always there to help. Reception is open 24 hours too which is great. The hotel has an elevator which is a huge plus in London and a little self contained kitchen another great asset. Small fridge which helps to get breakfast going in the morning, kattle, etc. The bed is very comfortable and the cleaning staff are fantastic. It made all the difference to come back to a clean room every day of my 7-day stay. The staff is very pro active in resolving any issues. The burner in my room stopped working and they provided me with an alternative one and let me use their microwave so I could eat before heading to the theatre! Always thoughtful and quick to answer any questions. The staff is gold, truly. I loved waking up to the sound of birds, the location is excellent, I can't thank the staff enough and I will be back.

We did a 24h stay at this hotel and some of the benefits was that there was secure parking on-site. Large bedroom/bedsit type accomodation which had all the amneties such as small cooker, kettle, fridge, storage cabinet, bedside table, Large bed with a Tv but unfortunately no remote control. Bathroom was very tiny with a narrow shower cubicle, a nice sized sink and a toilet. Large wooden bay windows with a cool and calm view. Funky smell throughout the hallways. Very noisy floor boards and very loud in the hallways from 6am upto 10am but apart from that a cheap london place to sleep, and store belongings with a late checkout (midday checkout).

L’hotel si trova in una zona abbastanza tranquilla rispetto al centro più caotico, ma comunque ben collegata con i mezzi. Ideale per chi vuole riposare bene senza rinunciare a visitare la città. Le camere sono semplici ma pulite e funzionali, perfette per chi non vuole spendere troppo. Il letto era comodo e non ho avuto problemi di rumori durante la notte. Il personale è stato gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi informazione. Ottimo anche il rapporto qualità/prezzo, soprattutto per una città costosa come Londra.

A 5 min a pé da estação de metro ( linha vermelha, linha central) acessos diretos a todos os principais marcos da cidade. A 5 min a pé de Notting Hill e Kensington Gardens Perfeito para uma estadia de 3 dias, com uma micro cozinha no quarto o que para nós foi fundamental e uma mais valia

I've been here a few times before with my family and friends. The staff are friendly. Sam took great care of us. I would definitely recommend the parking lot; my car was safe. We always choose this place whenever we come to London. Thank you guys for everything.

6 gün konakladık. İlk başta çok tereddüt ile gelmiştik. Ancak metroya yakın olması, odaların beklediğimizden temiz ve düzenli olması bizi şaşırttı. Çünkü londra merkezindeki çoğu otel de tuvalet kokusu ve pis olmasından şikayetçiydi herkes. Ama burası ne tuvalet kokusu kesinlikle yoktu. Odalarda ekstra ısıtıcı, ütü ve saç kurutma makinası vardı. Londra tatiliniz için hem konum, hem temizlik için kesinlikle değer. Fiyatı yılbaşı dolayısıyla biraz yüksekti.
