I genuinely don't understand how this hotel is advertised as a 3-star property with 4-star reviews. In reality, I'd rate it as a 1-star hotel, or 2 stars at most if I'm being generous. From the moment we arrived, the room had a strong damp smell that never went away. There were lizards roaming around the hotel, and we regularly found spiders and ants in the sink and around the toilet. The bathroom was in a terrible state, with mould in the shower and frequent sewage smells that made the room even more unpleasant. I have photos of all of this if they're ever needed. The original room was in such poor condition that I ended up paying an extra €40 for an upgrade, which I don't think should have been necessary. Given the state of the first room, the upgrade should have been offered free of charge just to provide a room that met basic standards. The staff were friendly and polite, which is the only real positive I can mention. Eileen and Adam and his wife were great, they were very polite and welcoming, made the stay bearable. However, when it came to resolving issues, they were incredibly slow. The room phones were broken, and even after a week they still hadn't been fixed. Basic amenities were also unreliable—things like the kettle didn't even work, making the stay even more frustrating. Overall, the hotel is poorly maintained and nothing like what the rating suggests. I couldn't wait for the holiday to be over so I could come home. I would never stay here again and definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay.

Hotel opravdu bezvadný. Mám ale jednu výtku k jedné uklízečce, která je opravdu velmi dotěrná. Ať jsme dali ceduli neuklízet -nechodit, stejně jakmile zaklepala a cedule byla na klice!!!, okamžitě bez čekání vzala za kliku a vstoupila! Pokaždé. Nedbala toho, že jsme uvnitř a že nechceme nic. To by se nemělo stávat. Bylo to opravdu nepříjemné. Co se týče vybavení pokojů, Nemám s tím sebe menší problém. Když bylo něco třeba došlo se na recepci, všechno zařídili. Velmi příjemný a přátelský personál. Kvůli uklízečce ubírám dvě hvězdičky. Měla jsem z ní trauma.

It’s a really nice hotel a bit outside of the city, so keep in mind that you should walk to the beach or to the city center (in reviews it says there’s a transfer - but probably not in the middle of April) Staff was really friendly, even though the hotel is not new - you can see they take a really good care about it. So if you travel on a budget or you are looking for a good deal - that would be a great place for a vacation in Side ✨✨✨

Lemas was a great place to stay for our holiday. We preferred the small family hotel feel with amazing restaurant and frontdesk service. Mohammed made us feel welcome and was really helpful when we locked ourselves out🙈 Te room was spacious and the beds were fine. Shower was nice and clean (sometimes a bit cold to my taste since i like steamy hot showers). But ok with these temperatures outside. Kitchen was really not well equipped. Airconditioning worked really well. Restaurant was good and service excellent! The cook was good service was amazing especially ☀️should get a raise. Working that many hours, really knowing the customers by name, favorite seating and food so fast. Always cheerful and really attentive. Really exceptional! Food and drinks were great, bar, pool and hotel cosy. We really enjoyed our stay and certainly would book again. Also fun was taking the shuttle service to copa beach. Lunch was great and made a nice walk down the beach to old town. Room cleaning was ok but some days not great.

Great location nice and quiet. Five to ten minute walk to main street with plenty of places for food . The old town was amazing. Parts of it going back thousands of years. P.s think we left a bag on Sunday 18.10,18.40

We had a lovely stay at Lemas Suite Hotel and really enjoyed our time there. From the moment we arrived, the staff were so friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. They made us feel comfortable straight away and created such a warm, family-like atmosphere throughout our stay. Everyone was so kind and always happy to help with anything we needed. The hospitality was one of the best parts of our experience, and it truly felt like we were staying somewhere where we were looked after, not just another guest. The only thing that could be improved was the cleanliness of the room. We noticed that the room was quite dusty and the cleaning could have been a little better, but this was the only negative point during our stay. With a little more attention to housekeeping, this hotel would be even better. The staff are a real credit to Lemas Suite Hotel, and their friendly nature made our stay feel welcoming and special. We would happily recommend this hotel and hope to visit again in the future.
