Βρώμικα δωμάτια. Μείναμε τέσσερις μέρες και καλά ότι δεν άλλαξαν σεντόνια δεν μας άλλαξαν ούτε τίς πετσέτες. Στο μπάνιο χαρτί υγείας ανύπαρκτο ειμασταν δύο άτομα μας είχαν ένα μπουκαλάκι σαμπουάν χρειάστηκε να αγοράσουμε. Το μπαλκόνι πενταβρωμικο αν καπνιζες το τασάκι δεν τό καθάριζαν. Και να μην σχολιάσω το απαράδεκτο ανύπαρκτο πρωινό. Τόν καφέ τόν ζέσταναν στο μικροκυμάτων. Πραγματικά ούτε τό ένα αστέρι τους αξίζει.

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία. Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό, το προσωπικό ευγενικό, τα στρώματα στο κρεβάτι αρκετά άνετα και σε γενικές γραμμές η διαμονή μας ήταν πολύ ευχάριστη, αν εξαιρέσουμε τα κουνούπια.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel auf Kreta und waren insgesamt voll zufrieden. Wir hatten im August 2025, für 2 Wochen gebucht. Die Lage war perfekt - innerhalb von ca. 10 Minuten war man mit dem Auto in Rethymno. Die Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotel war top, sowohl im Zimmer als auch in den öffentlichen Bereichen. Das Frühstück war zwar etwas kleiner als auf den Fotos, aber völlig ausreichend und frisch. Besonders schön fanden wir, dass frische Waffeln angeboten wurden und auf Wunsch Omelett oder Rührei frisch zubereitet wurden. Außerdem gab’s einen kleinen Backofen, wo man sich sein Toast oder Brot überbacken kann Und am Pool gab’s leckeren Eiscafe. Wir hatten bei unserem Zimmer sogar Glück mit Meerblick, was den Aufenthalt nochmal besonderer gemacht hat. Die Angestellten waren durchweg sehr freund-lich, vor allem der deutsche Mitarbeiter, mit dem wir uns öfter nett unterhalten haben - das hat eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre geschaffen. Auch die Poolanlage war sauber, gepflegt und es gab viel Platz, sodass man immer eine ruhige Ecke gefunden hat. Die Umgebung war angenehm ruhig, also ideal zum Entspannen. Wir waren insgesamt zwei Wochen da und können das Hotel auf jeden Fall empfehlen! Wir würden es definitiv ein zweites Mal buchen! 👍🏼

We arrived late because of the flight and we were greeted by a guy who doesn’t speak any english and was drunk. The rooms looked like weren’t cleand and had a still smell. Everything felt shaky, the room door didn’t locked because of a tehnical issue and in the first night I had to call the guy from the reception to open it for me everytime I left the room. The frame of the electricity card fell when I touched it, the cabinet handle fell of as well, the towel taci in the bathroom broke. They changed our bedsheets and towels only one time in the span of eight days and in the first two days they didn’t even cleand our rooms. We found a lizard in the room and when we told then, they didn’t care and said it’s normal. We also found some dead cicades on the curtains and wasps. Another problem was with the parking slots. It was so few and they told us to park our cars on the side of the road and because of that we found our car scrathched and they said it’s not their fault although we left it where we were told. Overall, the personal of the hotel was very whimsical and they were not trying to help us with the problems we had. A very bad experience and I do not recomend anyone to come here if you want to enjoy your holyday.

We stayed at this hotel for just one night — thankfully. The room itself was fairly large, and while the lighting was quite dim, that wasn’t a major issue for us. However, the biggest problem was the air conditioning. There were two units in the room, but only one worked. I reported this to reception and was told someone would come to fix it, but no one ever showed up. The staff were polite, but I wouldn’t describe them as particularly helpful. The TV only had one channel, which was in German and played children’s cartoons — not ideal if you’re hoping to unwind with some entertainment. Additionally, about half of the power sockets didn’t work, and a lot of things in the room seemed to be malfunctioning. If you’re just looking for a cheap, quick overnight stay and don’t have high expectations, it might be worth considering. But for a longer stay, especially with family or friends, I wouldn’t recommend it.
