Extremely disappointing – not even close to a 4-star experience We were three girls staying at Creteco Hotel & Suites and honestly, the entire experience felt like a bad joke. For the high price we paid, we didn’t even get breakfast included, and the conditions were absolutely unacceptable. The room was dirty from the beginning – the floor was full of stains, the bathroom was clearly not disinfected, and the toilet was visibly used and not properly cleaned. While taking a shower, water came up through the floor drain, leaving the bathroom constantly wet, slippery, and disgusting. We had no in-room phone to contact the reception (which is shocking for a so-called 4-star hotel), so every time we needed toilet paper or had a problem, I had to personally walk to the reception – multiple times. Housekeeping came only once every three days and even then, the toilet paper was never enough. To make things worse, our toilet broke, and without any warning, two men just walked into our room at 9 in the morning while we were sleeping to “fix” it. This is a serious invasion of privacy, and the hotel didn’t offer any form of compensation. We were clearly treated like we didn’t matter three young girls, taken for fools and ignored whenever we raised concerns. The furniture was broken, the glasses in the room were filthy, and even the basic items like sponges in the kitchen were old and unhygienic. The hotel management clearly has no intention of maintaining the promised quality they only want your money and offer nothing but problems in return. No solutions, no courtesy, no responsibility. If you value cleanliness, basic respect, and actual hospitality avoid this hotel. What they promote online is pure fiction. The only thing this place delivers is disappointment.

A beautiful hotel with friendly and professional staff. From the warm welcome at reception to the excellent service throughout my stay, I felt truly welcomed and well taken care of. The staff were always helpful, attentive, and courteous. What impressed me most was the lovely hotel grounds. The swimming pool is well maintained and perfect for relaxing. There are also plenty of green areas and beautiful trees, creating a peaceful and refreshing atmosphere. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the entire property is very well cared for. Thank you for a wonderful stay. I would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. 🌳🏊‍♂️✨

Klasse Hotel direkt am Meer mit Appartments,die alles haben,um einen schönen Urlaub zu verleben.Kochecke um Kleinigkeiten zu zu bereiten,voll ausgestattet. Wir hatten allerdings Halbpension gebucht.Frühstück völlig ausreichend,beim Abendessen wurden wir gefragt,was wir für Vorlieben haben.Es gab Vorspeise,Hauptspeise und Dessert,immer sehr abwechslungsreich und schön angerichtet.Megazuvorkommendes Servicepersonal,in jeder Hinsicht.Der Besitzer des Hotels Nektarios ist immer bemüht seinen Gästen einen schönen Aufenthalt zu bescheren.Toller Pool,um die Ecke ein kleiner schöner Sandstrand mit Liegen und Sonnenschirmen.Dieses Hotel ist auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen.Ein Leihwagen ist ratsam um die Insel zu erkunden.

Everything was perfect ! Firstly, the staff : Everyone is smiley, it’s a warm atmosphere ! Secondly, the view : We booked a seaview room. Such a wonderful place to stay with the sound of the waves; it was exactly what we expected for our honeymoon. The room in itself is more than big enough and the bed is great. The pool is big and well-maintained, the bar next to it has great cocktails and a lot of Greek beverages. Finally, the breakfast is made of fresh and delicious fruits and local food everyday ! Rooms were dirty on arrival, very outdated. Sheets and towels were not changed during our 5 days stay, shower is really wet and messy and A LOT of towels were needed. No blankets in bed and for Queen sized bed they used 2 small sheets not a big one! After day two it was impossible for us to make the bed with small sheets since they moved around in bed. No room service. Pillows were perfect! Unfortunately this hotel is in extremely noisy area - planes fly low and they stop at around 23 at night and start around 7 in the morning. AC was really old and noisy, it was impossible to sleep with AC on and we could hear/feel the vibrations of the AC of other houses so turning off ours didn't help much. There's no variety in breakfast, so we skipped it after 2 days. Coffee was surprisingly good! This hotel is suitable for you only if you have a rental car. Bus stop is 800m and bus to Hersonissos costs around 2 EUR, taxi to Hersonissos costs around 20-25 EUR. There is a sandy beach nearby and some restaurants. Also our little house was infested with ants. There were a lot of them outside and on the first floor. It definitely is NOT a 4 star hotel, 2 star is enough for them. Location is nice and the houses were nice from the outside, but they need to go through a thorough renovation to become a 4 star establishment. Before booking - read the 1-2 star reviews and trust them - everything is unfortunately correct they write.
