Great location (beaches are couple hundreds meters away left and right), secluded, away from crowds. Whole ambient is cozy and peaceful. Jenny and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Rooms are spacious, well furbished, with modern bathrooms. We opted for self catering and we had every thing we need in the kitchenette. Only remark is a unstable wifi, not that i needed it much, but is a must in this time and age. To summarize, it was a enjoyable holiday at Kri Kri, we rested well, and are sure to visit again.

Relativ ruhige Anlage .it schöner Poolanlage. Nicht immer ausreichend Liegen da, aber irgendwie passt am Ende. Pool Wasser wirklich gut, aber lange Zeit hatten wir einen Schmiermittel am Rand, der nicht wirklich toll war. Es hat bis in die zweite Woche gedauert, bis der Weg war. Zimmer sehr einfach aber großzügig. Die Klimaanlage für 8€ finden wir überteuert, so dass wir die Zeit ohne auskommen mussten. Bei dem heißen Wetter eine echte Qual. Die Anlage liegt etwas außerhalb, was wir persönlich als positiv gesehen haben. Das Mee is ca. 100 Meter entfernt. Bis zum Sandstrand mit Liegen und Schirm sind es ca. 800 Meter. Das lohnt sich aber. Tolles Wasser, nur Dand und schöne Wellen. Es gibt hier 5 Restaurants und einen Supermarkt. Alle preislich und qualitativ gut. Ihr könnt zu jedem gehen und den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Zur Bushaltestelle sind es knapp 1 km und von dort ca. 25 Minuten bis Heraklion. Preis: 2,70 € pro Fahrt.

My friend and I stayed here for volunteering and following the promise of “basic accommodation” we were very impressed to have a pool, balcony, sea view, comfy beds and spacious room. The kitchenette had the absolute bare minimum (we had to buy our own soup and sponge), however we were able to prepare basic meals each day. Half way through our stay we were asked to move rooms due to closing down the Hotel for the end of season, we were completely fine about this reasonable request. Although, our second room had many broken items including freezer/curtain rail/draw handle/cold shower/constant dripping taps/shutters/fridge/lights. Also our front door had a hole in it and our room had an ant infestation. We spoke to owner and some basic repairs were made during our stay. The owner was super helpful and friendly through out our stay and provided great customer services like buying us Bottled Water and providing fresh towels and sheets. There was no option for on site washing and for our clothes to be sent of was very expensive - this was a shame as we got very mucky volunteering at the shelter. Nearing the end of our stay the owner requested us to find alternative accommodation for our last night due to end of season, as two young girls very far from home we found this quite stressful. Once discussing with the owner though we were thankfully able to stay for our full originally booked time. To note aswell, having seen other volunteer rooms it appears to be a bit hit or miss on how nice your room is. Overall I would stay here again for volunteering but would not recommend for a relaxing holiday.

I stayed a week here with my family(all adults😚), and had two very nice and equipped rooms, nothing too fancy but all we needed🤷🏻‍♀️ The staff were always nice and polite! If you want a quiet and calm vacation, this is your place! They had a very clean pool (cleaned it everyday I believe) where you can lay and sunbathe almost all day :) If not the beach is only a couple of minutes away on foot. We rented a car to get around so if it’s well communicated for public transport I don’t know. You can even get some lovely visits from some neighbourhood cats☺️ Only thing was that the AC was 30€ a day so if you go in the very warm months, good luck. We had no need for it since the rooms were very fresh, specially at night. All in all we had a lovely time here and would definitely recommend!!🫶🫶

Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit dem Zimmer gewesen. Es gibt jedoch eine. Stern Abzug weil die Wände so sich sind das man keinen Handy Empfang hat. Da können die ja nichts dafür aber das wlan ist eine Katastrophe hier. Ständig Abbrüche wenn es überhaupt verbindet. Man muss direkt zur Rezeption gehen damit man was verschicken kann. Bitte nachbessern. Sonst war alles top. Sie sind sehr Tierlieb und haben selbst einen blinden Hund der auch nicht mehr kaufen kann. Sie kümmern sich wirklich rührend um ihn. Tragen ihn zu Geschäft machen raus legen ihn in Schatten haben ihm sogar ein Kühlkissen aus Geld gekauft. Das sind wahre Herzens Menschen !

L’appartamento in cui abbiamo soggiornato presentava diverse problematiche. A partire dal bagno, molto piccolo, con un piatto doccia praticamente inesistente e mal realizzato che allagava completamente la stanza. La cucina era sprovvista degli elementi fondamentali come spugna e detersivo. Inoltre, l’aria condizionata era a pagamento per notte, cosa che non era stata indicata da nessuna parte. Durante i 5 giorni di permanenza le pulizie sono state effettuate una sola volta. Personalmente sono rimasta molto dispiaciuta per l’atteggiamento della signora che sembrava essere la responsabile (alta, con capelli corti e lisci). Ho purtroppo macchiato accidentalmente le lenzuola il primo giorno, e invece di mostrarsi comprensiva, si è dimostrata scortese e quasi arrabbiata, rispondendomi male perché “è difficile far uscire la macchia”. Dopo il cambio lenzuola, queste mi sono state lasciate sopra il letto affinché provvedessi io stessa a rifarlo Segnalo invece che un uomo e una donna più giovane, più bassa della prima, si sono dimostrati gentili e disponibili.
