Fantastic service by Maria and Stavros. We had a hiccup the first night. Maria was patient, kind and courteous. Rooms were cleaned daily. We didnt spend much time around the pool due to the heat. My only regret is that I overspent and couldnt leave a tip. But I would definitely use this place again.

De kamers zijn prima voor griekse begrippen Eigenaresse is zwaar eigenwijs en niet beleefd. Ze liet ons 84 euro betalen voor de airco terwijl op booking.com inclusief stond nou ze wou er niks van weten en het was niet haar probleem. Ze kamer wordt nauwelijks tot niet goed schoongemaakt. Je moet vaak opnieuw vragen voor handdoeken en de vieze handdoeken ruimen ze niet op

I honestly don't understand the low rating. Its a family run business and we absolutely loved our visit there. It is very family friendly ( I visited with a 2 year old) location in perfect , close enough to shops, restaurants and beach, but kinda on a side for it to be safe and not too busy. Kids have plenty of space to run around. There is a kiddie pool (about knee deep) and also a small toilet near the pool area. Also lovely host Maria was very informative what to do and where to go with a small child, they made several changes when we needed them. She also offered a different toy each day to my toddler to keep her entertained. It's the little things that mean so much! Other staff members were also lovely and caring 🥰 Please note, that rooms are different sizes, so pay attention when making a booking. Our room was spacious, very clean and had all the basics we needed in the kitchen corner. It's not a luxury place, but very clean, quiet and safe when travelling with family. Highly recommend and will definitely be back next year! Thank you for making our holiday wonderful!

Worst place I’ve ever stepped foot in! Maria is the rudest woman I’ve met in a long time… Upon arrival I was greeted in the rudest way possible, like I was a problem not a customer! Then I’m told it was extra €2 for government tax which I’ve never experienced with any other place I’ve stayed in Crete over the past 12 years! I paid nonetheless. Then I was told if I wanted to check in now it would be €10 for early check in! I went to McDonald instead and got a large meal extra chicken wrap for €8, just a comparison. Upon my return Maria was a little more polite giving me a choice of three rooms, all of which were disgusting! I took the cleanest one and sat on the bed. Only to notice no air con remote, also no TV. I go and ask Maria for a remote she then says that’ll be extra €7! I said is this place mate she replied “do you want me to give you money”? I’m like no I just want the basics. She says “you’re here for one night what do you expect it’s cheap”, I said it’s not cheap keep charging extra for basic service! I laughed and returned to the room. Only to feel upset and angry with how I’ve been treated. Price for room was €15 then €2 tax which is a con immediately. If I’d paid what she was asking then the €17 plus €10 early check and €7 for air con remote 🫠 it’d end up €34 a night! Which is a joke for a place like this! I’d just stayed at a sea view in the south €23 a night. Minoa sea view id recommend! Anyway I left! Threw the key on the desk and walked away! Maria’s lucky day she made €17 for nothing! I then booked another place called Balos beach hotel for €46 per night and it’s amazing! Again sea view, very modern, gym, private beach, just overall lovely! Staff are nice take your bags etc… what I’m saying is go elsewhere! Don’t be cheap it never works out well! Avoid Maria and that place like the plague. I was there 5 minutes in total! Disgusting attitude and nasty vibes…

Low budget accommodatie. Wel prima afstand naar strand en winkels. Keuken inventaris slecht. Schoonmaak kamer redelijk. Wel verouderde geroeste koelkast. Gordijnen met scheuren. Schoonmaak algemene ruimte zeer slecht. Op toilet heeft 4 dagen een dode kakkerlak gelegen. Veel herrie van kinderen van eigenaar in het zwembad wat ook vol ligt met speelgoed. Slechte Wi-Fi savonds vroeg niets meer te beleven. Als je laat aankomt met je vlucht hangt er een briefje met je naam en kamernummer . Niets gegeten dus kan daar niets van zeggen. Weinig parasols bij het zwembad waarvan ook nog enkele kapotte zo ook de ligbedjes. Zwemwater lijkt niet heel schoon en zonder chloor.
