The studio's were very decent except for missing basic stuff like glasses, a soap to wash the dishes, a sponge, no proper cutting knife, we had to buy everything! The sheets were made of some sort of plastic and unable to sleep under it. On the other hand the cleaning service was great mopping the floors everyday. The cherry on top was at our first morning having breakfast the owner was visibly drunk, pale, and on something... dropping her own food on the floor, not picking it up and not capable of taking any type of payments, to the point she had to call her father. This made us never come back to eat. There was no possibility of parking, and parking in the assigned spot got us a fine from the police! We loved Rhodes and we will come back, but defenitely staying here.

Really lovely location of this family run apartment and restaurant. The meals we had here really delicious and a lovely atmosphere. Handy bus stop outside resort which we used to visit Lindos and the Acropolis only 10 minutes away. The resort had a really great beach, and views across the bay. Small charge for the sunbed and sunshade which worth paying for. Also only a 10 minute walk to Pefkos which we did a few nights for meals. Stopped in apartment across the road which was perfect for us, great size. The only reason not given 5 stars is the cleanliness of bathroom needed a bit more attention in between new guests, toothpaste splash marks and dirt on the wall near shower and despite the apartment being very modern it was let down by the missing shower doors and gunky shower base. To be fair to them we didn't say anything and I'm sure if we would have they would have accommodated us and very friendly and helpful

Spent 9 days at the Coralli. We visited last year and tend to try and visit somewhere new, however, we love everything about the hotel, so happily returned. We stayed in a Superior room, which was perfect for us ( 2 adults, one 15 year old). Only used the kitchen to make a coffee in the morning, but seems adequate. Joanne, who serviced our room, is so lovely, always smiling. Food and drinks are stunning, there really is no need to go anywhere else. Best cocktails! The location is the thing we love. Having a hotel on the beach is hard to find as they're generally all inclusive. Beautiful beach, great for snorkelling. The staff are also what make it. Friendly, good humour and so kind. Being family owned, you can tell they really care about their guests Thank you Coralli, hope to be back soon!

Upon arrival, we were informed that the hotel was overbooked and, despite having booked a family room, we were given two separate rooms. This forced us to leave our underaged children alone in a separate room, which was deeply distressing and completely inappropriate. We expected to stay together as a family, and this situation was both unsafe and unacceptable. The issues did not end there. The rooms were extremely small, dirty, and poorly maintained. The equipment and furniture were old and in bad condition. There was visible dust throughout, and the environment felt far from clean or comfortable. Additionally, a construction site next to the hotel created constant noise starting early each morning, further impacting our ability to relax. We raised these concerns with the hotel staff multiple times during our stay. Unfortunately, they showed no interest in helping us and consistently shifted the blame onto easyJet, refusing to take any responsibility or provide support. To make matters worse, our friends, who had booked the holiday with us and were staying in another room at the same hotel, found mould in their room. The conditions were so bad that they decided to leave the hotel altogether and pay out-of-pocket to move to alternative accommodation. This was absolutely not the holiday experience we were promised or paid for. I strongly believe we are entitled to compensation for the inconvenience, distress, and overall poor standard of service and accommodation.
