Velmi příjemné prostředí na super místě. Číšníci, kuchařky a pokojské jsou velmi příjemní a úslužní lidé. Zvláště jsme měli štěstí na příjemnou a pracovitost pokojskou. Na recepci vám slíbí cokoliv, ale nic z toho nesplní. Například vám budou 5 dnů slibovat, že vám dají kuchyňský stůl, aby jste měli za čím sedět a psát a doufají, že vás to přestane bavit. Naštěstí jsme měli rodinný pokoj a použil jsem noční stolek z vedlejší místnosti. Co stojí za zmínku je zdejší SPA. S panem Azizem je super domluva a paní Nargis má zlaté ruce.

największą zaletą są pokoje, są duże z klimatyzacją, dwoma pokojami oraz salonem. minusem jest stołówka gdzie ciasta miały smak stęchlizny ale poza tym nie mam zastrzeń

Na samym początku zaznacze, że jest to hotel 3 gwiazdkowy i pokoje faktycznie pozostawiaja wiele do życzenia nie mniej codziennie czysta pościel, umyte podłogi i w miarę przyzwoita łazienka. Ale cała reszta w hotelu jak najbardziej godna polecenia. Jedzenia aż nadto i przepyszne, baseny czysiutkie obsługa miła, lokalizacja blisko morza. Szczerze polecam. Wypoczynek udany.

Arkadaş grubumuzla geldik, yemekler, geniş ve her daim temiz odalar, hizmet kalitesi, havuz temizliği, animatör, Güler yüzlü ve nazik çalışanları ile dört dörtlük bir otel. Çocuklu aileler için ideal. Çok sıcak ve güvenli bir otel. Emeği geçen herkese sonsuz teşekkürler

I was very disappointed with this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone looking for a genuine all-inclusive experience. This hotel was advertised to us as a 4-star all-inclusive resort, but in reality it feels more like a poor-quality 3-star hotel. The biggest issue was that “all inclusive” clearly does not mean all inclusive here. You have to pay extra for almost everything. Any type of cocktail costs €8 each, which was extremely frustrating. As a woman, I don’t drink beer or wine, so apart from soft drinks there was basically nothing included for me to drink. I have never stayed at an all-inclusive hotel where you have to pay extra for cocktails or even €2 for orange juice at breakfast. To make things worse, you also have to pay to use the safe in your room — €5 per day — which is something that should absolutely be included. The food buffet was very small with very limited choices, and after a short stay it became repetitive. Overall, the quality and selection were disappointing. The room situation was also poor. We were only given a thin sheet to cover ourselves with during the night and we were freezing. There were two blankets left in the room, but they had no covers on them, and honestly I didn’t feel comfortable using them because I had no idea who had used them before or whether they had been cleaned properly. The hotel also advertises a “private beach,” but there is no all-inclusive beach bar. Everything apart from the food has to be purchased separately. We ended up spending around £80 per day on cocktails at the beach alone, which completely defeats the purpose of booking an all-inclusive holiday. To make matters even worse, one of the men working at the beach — who clearly seemed connected with the hotel — even tried to overcharge us by an extra £30 for drinks, seemingly assuming we wouldn’t notice or be able to convert the currency properly. That experience left a very bad impression and made us feel completely taken advantage of. For us this was meant to be a relaxing few-day getaway, but instead it felt like the hotel was constantly trying to charge extra for everything possible. When people book an all-inclusive hotel, they expect drinks, snacks, and basic services to actually be included — otherwise they could simply book everything separately for much better value. Overall, this was a very poor-quality “all-inclusive” experience and I honestly question how genuine some of the positive reviews are. I will definitely never make the mistake of booking such a cheap all-inclusive hotel again.

We recently stayed at this all-inclusive hotel and had a mixed but overall enjoyable experience. Starting with the positives, we were really pleased with the size of the rooms, especially as we were upgraded on arrival, which made a big difference to our stay. The pool area was a highlight — the pools were always clean, there were plenty of sun loungers available, and the atmosphere was relaxed. A special mention goes to Emine at the pool bar, who was incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, and Ahmet, who made the evenings enjoyable with his great service and personality. The animation team also deserves credit for being consistently friendly and engaging. The food was generally good, with a solid breakfast selection and meals that were always served hot. The hotel’s location is another big plus, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, making it easy to explore the area. We also enjoyed the spa facilities, and the facial treatment was particularly good. However, there were some downsides that affected our experience. The management staff (I think her name is Sonül and a man I don’t know the name off) came across as quite unfriendly and often didn’t acknowledge guests, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere at times. While the food was good, it did become quite repetitive after a few days. Housekeeping was also inconsistent — despite staff clearly working hard, the cleanliness wasn’t up to standard, with issues like dead flies in the room and floors not being properly cleaned. There were also several maintenance issues in the room, including a temperamental shower, non-working lights, and air conditioning that didn’t function properly, which was disappointing. Additionally, the availability of alcohol was limited, and the onsite shop was noticeably overpriced. In summary, the hotel has some great strengths, particularly in its facilities, location, and some standout staff members, but improvements in management attitude, maintenance, and consistency of cleaning would make a significant difference.
