krásný hotel se super polohou, vstup do moře velmi dobrý, vše čisté, jídlo výborné, personál hotelu ochotný a milý... problém byl s animátory, skoro jsme je neviděl, byli velmi znudění, hlavně česká blond animátorka, která kazila celý dojem dovolené. Byla velmi nepříjemná, když jsme se cokoliv zeptali, neustále nám jen nutila lístky na diskotour. Takhle kvalitní hotel by si měl animátory lépe vybírat.

Byla jsme služebně s přáteli, celkově spokojenost ale byli jsme překvapený jak nekvalitní mají animátory, byli tak neochotný, znuděný, jako bychom je otravovali, jen nám vnucovali lístky, obzvlášť jedna odbarvená blond česká animátorka byla tak nepříjemná až za hranici slušnosti, přátelé si na ni chtěli stěžovat ale rozmluvila jsem jim to. Vedení hotelu by si mělo lépe vybírat animátory.

Při srovnání s jinými 5* hotely v Egyptě tento takové úrovně nedosahuje. Hotel je starší, zařízení ošuntělé, leccos v rozkladu. To bychom přešli, stejně jako další drobnosti, které popisuji níže. Nejzásadnější nedostatek zájezdu pro nás ale byla skutečnost, že jsme se dozvěděli na místě od delegátky, že přestože jsme zakoupili zájezd do 9.8.2025 (přílet do Prahy po šesté ráno), musíme vyklidit pokoj do 12 hodin 8.8.2025 a přitom nám odeberou náramky potřebné k čerpání služeb hotelu. Vzhledem k tomu, že obědy byly k dispozici od 13 hodin, znamenalo to, že bychom byli s malým dítětem téměř 24 hodin bez jídla. V destinaci jako je Egypt si člověk do restaurace jen tak opravdu nezajde. Tohle se nám nikde jinde nestalo, v Egyptě jsme nebyli poprvé. Od hotelu 5* úrovně s all inclusive bychom takový přístup nečekali. Nikde jinde nám náramky nebrali. A když už je přístup hotelu tento, očekávali bychom od CK, že pro své klienty vyjedná přijatelné podmínky. Zvlášť, když první den zájezdu jsme platili za pobyt a stravu, které jsme vůbec nečerpali. I proto, že nás nikdo neinformoval, kde se ve 2 ráno můžeme najíst. Drobnosti: Nedostaly jsme žádnou mapku areálu s informacemi o umístění pokoje, restaurací a dalších služeb. Na pokoji byly osušky pouze pro dvě osoby, i když jsme byli 3, deklarovaná Wifi v celém areálu nebyla na pokoji funkční po celou dobu pobytu (na recepci nám potvrdili, že v této části resortu wifi nefunguje a nabídli nám modem, který by mohl byt k dispozici v určený čas - tohle nám v jimi určeném čase zopakovali celkem 5x, po šesté už jsme to nezkoušeli) . Návod k trezoru byl nalepený vzhůru nohama a trezor podle něj nastavit nešel, musel přijít někdo z personálu, kterému se to po 15 minutách podařilo. Pro 2 dospělé osoby jsme obdrželi pouze jednu kartu od pokoje. U toalety nebyla štětka na záchod, nefungoval špunt v umyvadle, ve sprchovém koutě neodtékal odpad. Dvojlůžko mělo max 120 cm. V době oběda a večeře obsluha nestíhala, na stolech nebyli příbory. Stalo se nám i to, že při jídle beze slova přišel personál, sebral nám na stole ležící lžíci (u našeho místa) a odnesl ji k jinému hostovi. Jídlo nebylo moc pestré, ani chutné. Byli jsme rádi, když jsme si vybralo aspoň jedno jídlo. V ranních omeletách i sázených vejcích byly každý den skořápky. Podtrženo sečteno - do tohoto hotelu už se rozhodně nevrátíme.

Velký hotel, bohatý výběr jídla, několik tématických restaurací... pokoje čisté, personál ochotný, číšníci v barech většinou vstřícní. Ze záporů bych zmínil, že 80% klientů jsou rusáci... takže třeba animační program miss hotel by se mohl jmenovat miss Moskva. Ale to si asi jinde nevyberete.... Ještě bych zmínil, že pro tak velký hotel je pláž u moře dost malá. Hlava na hlavě, většina lehátek nonstop zabraná. Po 9.h už bez šance na lehátko u moře.

TLDR: This shouldn't be advertised as a 5 star hotel. We had a chance to talk to people and staff that came here multiple times already and from their impressions the quality is seemingly dipping as the years go by. The management seems to be generally aware of the issues and complaints but don't seem to care by the responses we received from them. The posted videos will be references throughout the review. For reference this is not my first time in an Egypt all inclusive resort so this review compares this resort with other resorts I've visited in the similar price range. Will start off with the positives stuff: -The resort is near the airport and is located at the start of the Memsha promenade which is the newer tourist center in Hurghada. -The premium rooms are spacious with good air conditioning. -Multiple A la carte restaurants free of charge that you can visit as many times as you like. -The shore of the beach is a bit crowded but has enough sunbeds for everyone. The swimming area is really spacious compared to other hotels. And now the negative stuff: Rooms: The rooms are pretty dirty and prone to ants. It seems as if the bare minimum is being done when it comes to hygiene in this resort. Cleaners would forget to change towels and refill the bathroom accessories such as shower gels, soap, etc... In the posted videos you can see ants in multiple areas which were not cleaned throughout the entire trip. Food and drinks: The food quality is quite below average which was quite shocking for a 5 star hotel. I am in no way a picky eater but the variety was literally non-existent. The food itself is bland and not up to par for a 5 star hotel. The only saving grace was that you had multiple A la carte restaurants at your disposal. The portions are generally quite small in every A la carte restaurant but the BBQ restaurant left the best impression. The drinks they make at the pool and beach bars are very underwhelming. The only bar that had decent drinks was the main lobby one. Hygiene: As mentioned, the hygiene is not up to par with what you'd expect. Food and hygiene quality doesn't seem to be appropriate as I wasn't the only one that got stomach problems during the trip. For reference, this isn't my first time in Egypt. In the posted videos you can see how hygienic the main entrance doors are. Resort pharmacy: In Egypt you are expected to haggle but you shouldn't expect to get absolutely scammed by the resorts pharmacy. They tried to charge us 8 euros for TWO strips of tablets. For reference, you'd pay 1 euro for those two strips of tablets at the pharmacy across the street. On top of trying to scam people in need, they were quite unpleasant to deal with.

The biggest advantage of the hotel is its proximity to the airport. That’s why many pilots and flight attendants stay here. The biggest downside is that the hotel feels a bit worn out. The beach is excellent. The entry into the water is soft, with almost no rocks. Water shoes are optional — you can easily manage without them. The right side is shallow, while the left side is deeper. At the end of April it was windy. By early May the wind calms down. The air temperature is around 30°C. Before noon the sea feels cold, but after lunch it warms up enough for comfortable swimming. In the morning the water is turquoise and crystal clear, while in the evening it becomes murkier. The food is tasty and varied. Don’t miss the Pebbles restaurant — that’s where the main variety is. In the Waves Beach Restaurant they serve excellent barbecue in the evenings. La Casa has decent pizza. The Lebanese restaurant doesn’t serve desserts, but they do offer great shish kebab in the evenings. I think this is the first hotel I’ve stayed at where the Wi-Fi actually reaches the beach. The hotel is clean. The territory and rooms are cleaned regularly. The lawns are trimmed and watered daily. Overall, the grounds are very pleasant. There are many picturesque spots perfect for taking content for social media. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel has excellent nighttime lighting. I’ve never seen another hotel where so much thought was put into high-quality evening illumination. They clearly paid special attention to it. About the rooms: they vary a lot. At first we got room 3201, which we didn’t like. The beds were separate, but with a child we needed one large bed. The room also felt cramped. We asked to change it. We really liked room 6103. The sea view was excellent, there was plenty of space, and the bed was huge — exactly what we needed. I’ve never stayed closer to the sea. The Lebanese restaurant and Waves Beach Restaurant were just a 2-minute walk away, and the beach was about 4 minutes on foot. The only downside was the connecting door to the neighboring room. It was locked from our side, and we only heard the neighbors once during the whole week. Otherwise it wasn’t a problem, though it felt a bit unusual. The minibar is stocked once upon arrival as a complimentary gesture from the hotel. After that, they only bring water. Everything else costs extra. One thing I especially liked: the beach showers are designed with a drainage channel so the sand washes away into the drain instead of under your feet. You can conveniently step over the channel and walk away clean. It’s incredibly convenient — you can wash your feet without leaving a single grain of sand on them.
