We had a wonderful stay at Sentido Heritance on 29th August with my wife and our 8-month-old son. From the moment we arrived, the experience was truly memorable. The hotel has a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. We especially appreciated how comfortable and convenient everything was with our little baby. The hospitality made us feel very much at home. Our room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the overall service was excellent. The food was also very enjoyable, with a good variety of options. What made the stay even more special was being able to enjoy some quality family time in such a peaceful and beautiful setting. Travelling with an 8-month-old can sometimes be challenging, but the team at Sentido Heritance made the experience smooth and enjoyable for us. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special. We truly enjoyed our time there and would be happy to visit again with our little one. Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at Sentido Heritance Negombo. From check-in to check-out, the staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the overall atmosphere made for a relaxing holiday. A special thank you to Sewmini at the reception. She welcomed us warmly, was courteous and attentive throughout our interactions, and made us feel genuinely valued as guests. Her professionalism and friendly smile left a lasting impression. We stayed here for 3 nights. The room was spacious, Bed was comfortable and overall stay was excellent. The breakfast buffet was awesome, with a quite a variety of SL and other flavors. Service is excellent, kitchen made every effort to accommodate our requests and we really appreciate that. The ocean in front is an awesome view. Pleasant when waking up to breaking waves. It’s not the best beach in SL. Overall, I’ll give the hotel and staff a 5 star review. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you.

Court séjour (une nuit et une journée), mais excellent. Hôtel assez luxueux tout en vous faisant sentir comme à la maison. Le petit déjeuner est excellent. Notre avion de retour étant tard le soir, nous avons pu quitter la chambre plus tard. Ils ont gardé nos valises et nous avons même pu profiter de la piscine après le check-out. Un grand merci à tout le personnel, en particulier à Sithmi, qui a rendu notre séjour parfait. Si nous revenons au Sri Lanka, nous reviendrons sans hésiter

My sister and I stayed at Sentido Heritance Negombo for two days last week (August 2026). Our Superior Deluxe Twin Room on the second floor had an excellent view of the ocean and we were mesmerized by the beautiful sunset and we simply loved watching the fishing boats in the morning. The breakfast buffet was superb and we did have a buffet dinner one night which was simply excellent. All the staff were extremely courteous and friendly and Mr. Dushantha and Miss Madhuwanthi stood out from the rest for catering to our needs. Our room and the bathroom were very clean and it was a very enjoyable stay at the hotel. We shall definitely return to this hotel again, and I recommend Sentido Heritance Negombo without any hesitation to anyone who wishes to spend a holiday by the sea, while enjoying excellent food.
