NissiBlu Beach Resort is located at the entrance of Ayia Napa, just a short walk (around 200 meters) from the beautiful Nissi Beach, with a convenient pathway leading directly to the beach. There are several positive aspects of this hotel. The staff is friendly and professional, the breakfast is good with a decent variety of options, the sea is beautiful, and the lobby, pool area, and other public spaces are modern, stylish, and worthy of a 5-star property. However, the biggest disappointment is the value for money. We stayed as a family of four in a family room and paid approximately €520 per night including breakfast. Unfortunately, the room itself was nowhere near the standard expected from a 5-star hotel. The room was quite small, furnished rather cheaply, and the bathroom was tiny and felt more like something you would find in a budget hotel. In our opinion, the room quality is closer to a 3-star property than a luxury 5-star resort. While the common areas of the hotel certainly look and feel like a 5-star establishment, the guest rooms are significantly below that standard. For the price being charged, we expected much larger and higher-quality accommodation. Overall, a nice hotel with an excellent location, friendly staff, and attractive public areas, but the room quality does not justify the premium price. One more important thing to note is that Nissi Beach is a public beach and the hotel does not have its own private beach area or reserved sunbeds. The sunbeds and umbrellas are managed by the local municipality, not by the hotel. This means that guests need to bring their own towels from the hotel and compete for available spots like everyone else. During peak season, especially on weekends, the beach becomes extremely crowded. If you want a good spot, you practically need to reserve it very early in the morning (many people place their towels around 7:00 AM). Arriving later than 9:30–10:00 AM often means that most of the desirable sunbeds and beach areas are already taken.

Wir waren im Juli 2025 für 10 Tage inklusive Halbpension in diesem Hotel. Leider war unser Gesamteindruck eher enttäuschend. Das Hotel war sehr überfüllt, was sich besonders am Strand bemerkbar gemacht hat. Es war nahezu unmöglich, eine Liege zu bekommen – und wenn dann nur gegen zusätzliche Bezahlung. Auch das Baden im Meer war eingeschränkt: Am Vormittag ging es noch, aber ab Mittag war das Wasser häufig voller Seegras. Zudem gab es oft sehr hohe Wellen, sodass Schwimmen teilweise gar nicht möglich war. Das Zimmer entsprach aus unserer Sicht eher einem durchschnittlichen 4-Sterne-Standard. Das Badezimmer war jedoch deutlich renovierungsbedürftig und eher auf dem Niveau einer guten 3-Sterne-Kategorie. Positiv hervorzuheben ist das Abendessen – dieses war wirklich hervorragend und abwechslungsreich. Sehr negativ empfanden wir das Publikum während unseres Aufenthalts. Viele Gäste verhielten sich laut und rücksichtslos, was die Erholung deutlich beeinträchtigt hat. Insgesamt ist das Hotel daher aus unserer Sicht nicht für einen ruhigen und entspannten Urlaub geeignet. Zudem sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Das Reinigungspersonal war stets freundlich und bemüht. Bei der Rezeption hingegen hing die Freundlichkeit stark davon ab, an wen man geraten ist. Fazit: Gute Küche, aber deutliche Abstriche bei Erholung, Ausstattung und Gesamtatmosphäre.

The staff are very accommodating and helpful. We didn't get an overview of the facilities, we discovered them as days passed by. One outdoor pool for the huge place is not enough, felt crammed especially since it was full occupancy. The gym is good, has several machines. Could use some updates. Nikkei restaurant is fabulous, the quality of food and offering is mouth watering. The property is not beach front, as the sea is a 3 min walk, separate management and fees apply. It is not kid friendly as there aren't special areas for them.

Das Nissi Blu Beach Resort in Ayia Napa hat uns rundum begeistert. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir von IVO außergewöhnlich herzlich begrüßt, sodass wir uns sofort willkommen fühlten. An der Hotelbar überzeugte CHRISTOS mit seiner freundlichen Art und seinem aufmerksamen Service. Auch beim Frühstück (mehr Verpflegung hatten wir nicht gebucht) waren alle Mitarbeiter unglaublich zuvorkommend, stets gut gelaunt und hilfsbereit. Die Speisenauswahl ist unglaublich vielfältig. Die Zimmer sind modern, komfortabel und sehr sauber, und das gesamte Hotel strahlt eine entspannte, hochwertige Atmosphäre aus. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das hervorragend ausgestattete Fitnessstudio, das keine Wünsche offenlässt. Ein Hotel, in dem man sich vom ersten Moment an wohlfühlt — absolut empfehlenswert.

We are staying here for a family vacation and are having a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable, with lovely rooms and outstanding service. The pool area is great, and the spa is excellent, beautifully designed, and very well maintained. There are several restaurants in the hotel, as well as a kids’ room with games, which makes it very convenient for families. The location is also perfect, very close to the beach, with easy access to the famous Nissi Beach. We are very happy with our stay and are enjoying every moment.

One of the best hotels in Aya Napa - location is top, food is top. Wellness landscape is better and more nicer then bigger hotels in Limassol as, treatments are also very good. Food - brkfst is amazing! Really really good. We like to come back just for lunch dinner. Their Japanese restaurant is a must - try beef carpaccio. View from the rooms is superb - book a sea view room towards west. Bathrooms have unfortunately tubs mostly. Coffee could be better. Overall we are thinly customers for stays or just for lunch / dinner
