Never usually leave feedback! Location lovely very close to beach! We were all exclusive and didn’t enjoy the meals and sometimes couldn’t get tables. Rooms was basic nothing special no fridge or kettle. Had to cross rd for food and drinks. 2 very small pools could not get sun-beds. Only had fresh towels once in our stay. The worst part was no evening entertainment not even a bit of music. Same bar day and evening with plastic cups and sun-beds still all out around pool and bar there was about 5 tables. The bar man seemed like he didn’t want to be there and wasn’t friendly. To be honest if you’re going here you’re better off not going all exclusive, we ate out every evening and bought drinks out. To be honest we will never go back Sorry 😔

The actual room is not exactly like the picture, it’s a little bit more run down, however it is a room with a bed, a bathroom and a balcony so it did the job it needed to. Our shower fell off of the wall and when we asked if there was a different room we could be put in they said they were fully booked and to ask again in the morning. We asked again the next day and they said no one had checked out even though people were leaving with suitcases…. They got the shower fixed the following day but the lack of help was disheartening. The buffet and bars were nothing crazy. All clean and lovely staff. Something for everyone but nothing to write home about. The thing that makes this hotel incredible is the entertainment at the BlueSide bar (bar connected to hotel) the staff were all SO helpful and it is incredibly cheap. (Paid 13 euros for 2 cocktails) there was lively entertainment every single night and it was always packed. Service was quick and drinks were lovely. Elena is a great host and is a real asset to the team at BlueSea.

Ich schließe mich den meisten Gästen an. Dieses Hotel ist super gut für nur zum Schlafen Rest ist ein no go. Essen katastrophe alles ohne Salz und Pfeffer. Nuggets völlig vertrocknet. Frühstück ist auch katastrophe. Die Zimmer sind okay und sauber jedenfalls unseres. Die Abende im Hotel waren auch nicht so pralle. Animation schlecht geplant die meisten sind zum Strand gelaufen. Nachmittags gibt Sandwich belegt mit der Wurst vom Frühstück. Der Pool war zum Teil mit Sand voll aber okay die meisten sind gleich nach dem Strandbad dort reingegangen. Personal ist sehr nett bis auf eine ältere Dame die brüllt die Leute an und tritt die liegen mit den Füssen on die Richtige Position. So in allem schönes kleines Hotel aber nur zum Schlafen. Parkplätze sind vor dem Hotel immer weg in den Nebenstraßen findet man bestimmt ein Platzca200-300 Meter vom Hotel entfernt

Une expérience très décevante au Blue Sea Cala Millor (séjour du 08/07 au 15/07). Nous repartons de cet hôtel avec une très mauvaise expérience et le sentiment d’un énorme décalage entre la présentation lors de la réservation et la réalité sur place. Les photos et la description de l’établissement ne correspondent absolument pas à ce que nous avons découvert à notre arrivée. L’image donnée lors de la réservation est très éloignée de la réalité, ce qui donne l’impression d’avoir été attirés par une présentation qui ne reflète pas les conditions réelles du séjour. Concernant l’accueil, nous avons également été très déçus. Pour un hôtel qui accueille une clientèle internationale, aucun réel effort n’est fait à la réception pour communiquer avec les clients français. Nous avons eu le sentiment de ne pas être considérés et d’être davantage une gêne qu’une clientèle à satisfaire. La gestion des transats à la piscine a été particulièrement révélatrice du manque de professionnalisme. Le règlement indique normalement qu’il est interdit de réserver les transats avec des serviettes lorsqu’ils ne sont pas utilisés. J’ai donc retiré des serviettes de transats laissés vides pendant une longue période afin de pouvoir m’installer. La réaction a été totalement disproportionnée : je me suis fait insulter par une personne concernée. Après avoir signalé la situation à l’accueil, une personne de la direction a réagi en espagnol par « ahhhhhh, français », avec une attitude qui nous a donné l’impression que notre réclamation était prise à la légère et que notre problème ne méritait pas d’être traité sérieusement. Autre grande déception : malgré une période de forte chaleur et de canicule, aucune fontaine d’eau n’est mise à disposition des clients. En formule « all inclusive », devoir encore payer pour obtenir un simple gobelet est incompréhensible et donne une impression de service réduit au minimum. Enfin, certains équipements annoncés lors de la réservation ne sont pas présents dans les chambres : notamment le mini-bar indiqué dans l’annonce, qui n’existe pas sur place. Au final, nous avons eu le sentiment que cet hôtel est principalement adapté à une clientèle espagnole et que les autres visiteurs, notamment les Français, doivent simplement s’adapter sans bénéficier d’un véritable service international. Un hôtel ne se juge pas uniquement sur ses installations, mais aussi sur son accueil, son honnêteté dans la présentation de ses prestations et son respect envers ses clients. Malheureusement, ces points nous ont profondément déçus. Nous ne reviendrons pas et nous déconseillons cet établissement.

Nice clean hotel, very simple but clean, it was perfect for us as we spent most of the day at the beach as it’s so close or visiting Cala Millor and surrounding area. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful! It really made our trip. We arrived in the middle of the night and the person at reception was very friendly and even suggested we grab a drink or a snack from the restaurant which we thought was lovely. With the all inclusive, even thought all meals were included it was our choice to mostly eat outside in the evenings as we there were many beautiful restaurants near the beach so we only went to the breakfast buffet and lunch 1x but the food was good and there was plenty of choice. The two pools are clean and very nice and the bar staff was warm and friendly as well! We had the all inclusive and didn’t realise drinks would be included so enjoyed the pool bar, it was a nice surprise!

I had a really enjoyable stay at Blue Sea Hotel Cala Millor. Considering the price, it offers excellent value for money. The hotel was clean, the service was very good, and all of the staff were welcoming and friendly, making us feel at home throughout our stay. A special thank you to Antonia in the restaurant. She provided amazing service every day, always with a warm smile, kindness, and a friendly attitude. She really went above and beyond to make our dining experience enjoyable and is a real credit to the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great-value holiday in Cala Millor, and I would happily stay here again.
