Ela Otel’de geçirdiğimiz tatilden çok memnun kaldık. Daha kapıdan girer girmez harika bir atmosferle karşılaştık ve güler yüzle karşılandık. Ardından asistanımız Mehtap Hanım bizimle hemen ilgilendi. Müthiş bir enerjisi vardı. O kadar keyifli sohbet ettik ki tatilimiz başlamadan heyecanımız arttı. Çocuklara verilen ayıcıklar ve sunulan ikramlar da çok ince düşünülmüş, bizi çok mutlu etti. Odamız şahaneydi, özellikle manzarasına hayran kaldık. Çocuklarımız havuzlarda ve aquaparkta doyasıya eğlendi. Deniz ve havuzlar oldukça temizdi. Havuz başında patenli garsonların hızlı ve güler yüzlü hizmeti gerçekten takdire şayandı. Yemekler kaliteli ve yeterliydi. Otelin temizlik anlayışı da çok başarılıydı; ortak alanlardan odamıza kadar her yer pırıl pırıldı. Öğle yemeklerini La Sofa’da yedik ve çok memnun kaldık. Yine de öğle saatlerinde her şey dahil konseptinde açık büfenin de açık olmasını tercih ederdik. Otel uygulaması oldukça kullanışlıydı; tüm etkinlikleri ve hizmetleri kolayca takip edebildik. Başta asistanımız Mehtap Hanım olmak üzere, tatilimizi güzelleştiren tüm güler yüzlü personele emekleri ve ilgileri için çok teşekkür ederiz. Tekrar gelmeyi düşüneceğimiz, keyifle ayrıldığımız bir tatil oldu.

Amazing experience, We had an absolutely fantastic time at Ela Resort . The resort is stunning, but what really made the difference for us was the people and staff and everyday activities and shows! And Special thanks to Mehtap she was our assistance I had such a lovely stay at Ela Hotel. She made my experience even more enjoyable. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help with anything I needed. Her professionalism and warm attitude truly stood out and made me feel well taken care of throughout my stay. The rest of the staff were also friendly and welcoming, and the location was great for exploring the area. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend Ela Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would happily stay again!!

service was v attentive. in general people working there were happy and would go out of their way to help. in particular, Gul (at everland), Aylin (guest relations) and Mehtap (guest relations) were outstanding. we had two rooms, one in the main building and another by the lake. our lake room entrance was not the most inviting as you can see in the picture and the tv didn't work. the main building room's fridge didn't work. the app on android was disfunctional. the grounds are green and beautiful. it's large enough that you'll always find a place for adventure or relaxing. the daily evening show was entertaining for the family. the everland kids centre was fantastic and the crew were v caring. buffet food could be better and more varied with more Turkish foods. galata and la perla a la carte restaurants were nice but had a surcharge.

Krásný hotel, super obsluha, velmi milí a vstřícní, vše vysvětlí a zařídí…. Vždy napred… než se stihnete zeptat už vše je nachystané! Nic není problém. Moc doporučujeme ❤️❤️❤️

We have absolutely loved our stay at Ela Excellence Resort Belek. Our assistant, Mehtap, met us at reception and was amazing from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, everything has been fantastic. The food has been amazing with so much choice and excellent quality throughout the resort. The service from all staff has been outstanding — everyone is friendly, helpful, and genuinely wants you to have the best holiday possible. The facilities are brilliant, especially for families, and the whole resort is beautifully maintained. One thing that really stood out to us was the assistant service through the app. Being able to message your assistant directly worked incredibly well and made everything so easy and convenient. Any questions or requests were dealt with quickly and efficiently, which really added to the luxury feel of the holiday. The atmosphere, cleanliness, entertainment, and overall experience have all exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely recommend Ela Excellence Resort Belek and would love to return in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at your hotel and truly enjoyed every moment. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful – we always felt well taken care of, and any questions or requests were handled with ease. On our first day, the assistant Mehtap gave us a very detailed and informative overview, which made settling in effortless. It was also great to know that all important information was easily accessible through the hotel app. The hotel area is impressively large, yet never felt crowded, which made the experience very relaxing. We especially loved the abundance of greenery, which created a calm and peaceful atmosphere throughout our stay. A special highlight was the roller-skating server by the pool who brought us drinks – such a fun and memorable touch! The cocktails were delicious and refreshing, perfect for the warm weather. We also really enjoyed the yoga sessions – the instructor was very friendly and explained everything clearly, making it a great experience for everyone. Additionally, the ice cream and coffee stands quickly became our daily favorites – we found ourselves visiting them every day! Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would gladly return. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!
