I stayed at Evabelle for 5 nights in the middle of May and had a fantastic stay from start to finish and the hotel had a mix of families and young adults. The staff were amazing throughout our stay and I genuinely couldn’t fault them at all. I actually stayed here around 5 years ago and returned this year because I had such a positive experience previously. Both then and now, I’ve always felt safe, welcomed and looked after by all of the staff. A special thank you to Christof, who was incredibly friendly throughout our stay. He always had a smile on his face, took the time to chat with guests and made everyone feel welcome. Staff like Christof really make a difference to your holiday experience and are a credit to the hotel. We stayed as a group of four. The main bedroom had two single beds pushed together, which were very comfortable and easily the comfiest beds in the room. In the living area there were two additional single beds. One was a larger single bed with a split down the middle of the mattress which made it slightly less comfortable, while the other single bed was perfectly comfortable. Every bed came with one pillow, and there were thicker duvets stored in the cupboards if needed. The room was well equipped with an oven, hob, fridge freezer and hairdryer, which made self catering easy and convenient. Breakfast is served until 12pm, which is perfect when you’re on holiday and don’t want to rush up early. Food can also be ordered from the bar and either eaten at a table or brought directly to your sunbed. The food was good value for money and generally very enjoyable. Personally, I felt some dishes could have done with a little more seasoning, but that’s purely down to personal taste. Check out is at 12pm, and there is a luggage storage room available if you have a later flight. The room is unlocked, so that’s worth keeping in mind. There is also a shower room and gym available for guests to use after check out. Just remember to bring your own towel, shower gel and toiletries, as only a hairdryer is provided in the shower room. Overall, I would highly recommend Evabelle. The location is excellent, being central to Ayia Napa while still feeling comfortable and secure. The staff are outstanding, the facilities are great for the price, and I would happily stay here again in the future.

Overall this hotel was really good. However, there are some things to be aware before booking this hotel. In terms of the room, they are really big and spacious. As well as them being very spacious, you also get good view of the pool. That's the pros. However one big Con is some of the cleaning staff. You got be aware, that some, not all, of the cleaning staff is very rude. They come into your room unannounced and begin cleaning and complaining like they are Ur mother. I admit we had room a little messy whilst we were there. However, we did assure the room was clean before we left. We didn't want to be monitored and be told off for not having room top condition every day. However, this is mainly behaviour of some of the staff. The reception was really nice and kind and we never had an issue with most of the staff. You also have be aware that people staying there will most likely be loud. You also get some people climbing into bottom balconies. But that's kind of thing you expect around the summer clubbing season. In terms of location. It's close to all the clubs if that's what Ur into. It's a little bit of a walk though If you want go to the beach but nothing drastic. In conclusion, it's a good hotel. Good location and good value for money. Only issue is some of the cleaning staff.

Arrived expecting a mediocre hotel and was very pleasantly surprised by very friendly staff, clean room, bar staff who were excedently helpful, aircon included "not usual in Cyprus" and a balcony big enough to host a private nightclub. FULL MARKS "EVABELLE" I was most pleasantly surprised. Close to bar street and not overtly noisy. We will return HURRAH

Very good value for money. Although, on arrival first thing we had to do was to go soap and shower gel shopping as there was none in our bathroom. The hotel was very quiet literally 5-10 guest so there was no buffet neither breakfast buffet nor dinner. Overall very good stay , clean & staff was very nice . Recommending for location and for good value for money. BTW best tzatziki for dinner ever!!

Overall pleasant stay, only issue is with the cleaners. They burst into the room unannounced on many occasions, one of these times being when we were all napping naked and they continued to clean around us and making lots of noise. On our last day we were relaxing in our room before having to take our cases down to check out at 12, the cleaner burst into the room at 11:20 to ask if we were ready, we said not yet and then she came back at 11:50 propped the door wide open and motioned with her hand for us to get out which is incredibly rude. There is no do not disturb signs to hang on the door so this was unavoidable all week and definitely dampened our experience. Other than this pleasant stay

The hotel looks like the photos and is well located, which is a positive point, as well as the friendliness of the staff, who are very kind and welcoming. However, these are unfortunately the only real positives of the stay. The soundproofing is terrible, both from the road side and between the rooms, which makes the stay very uncomfortable. The swimming pool and bar, located in the middle of the rooms, create constant noise and make it impossible to enjoy a peaceful holiday. In addition, the cleanliness of the room upon arrival was not satisfactory at all, which was very disappointing. Overall, a mostly negative experience despite a few limited positives.
