1 Stern – Definitiv keine 4 Sterne wert Wir waren zwei Wochen im Hotel Kahya in Alanya und würden dieses Hotel leider nicht weiterempfehlen. Die positiven Bewertungen können wir überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen. Der Service ist eine absolute Katastrophe. Das Personal wirkt durchgehend unfreundlich. Getränke werden an der Bar einfach nur hingeschoben – ohne ein Lächeln, ohne ein „Bitte“ oder „Danke“. Auf ein freundliches „Guten Morgen“ bekommt man in der Regel nicht einmal eine Antwort, stattdessen nur genervte Blicke. Dabei hatten wir den Eindruck, dass türkische Gäste deutlich anders behandelt werden als andere Gäste. Diese bekamen teilweise Service am Tisch und wurden gelegentlich sogar angelächelt. Auch am Pool erhielten türkische Gäste ihren Tee in Gläsern, während alle anderen Gäste ihn selbst an der Bar holen mussten und ihn lediglich in Pappbechern bekamen. Eine solche Ungleichbehandlung empfanden wir als äußerst enttäuschend und unangebracht. Auch die Sauberkeit lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Nach der Zimmerreinigung lag auf unserem Boden weiterhin überall Sand vom Strand. Von gründlicher Reinigung kann hier keine Rede sein. Beim Abendessen werden benutzte Tische oft lange nicht gereinigt. Schiebt man die schmutzige Tischdecke selbst zur Seite, wird man vom Personal böse angeschaut und gefragt, ob etwas nicht stimmt – statt den Tisch einfach sauber zu machen. Die Poolsituation ist ein Witz. Viel zu kleiner Pool für die Anzahl der Gäste. Bereits ab 6:30 Uhr stehen die Leute Schlange vor den Liegen. Um 7:00 Uhr wird der Bereich geöffnet und innerhalb von fünf Minuten sind sämtliche Liegen mit Handtüchern reserviert. Wer nicht früh aufsteht, hat praktisch keine Chance auf eine Liege. Besonders unangenehm fanden wir mehrfach, dass Kellner und Küchenpersonal Frauen auffällig gemustert haben und anschließend auf Türkisch grinsend miteinander gesprochen haben. Außerdem haben wir mitbekommen, wie ein Bar-Mitarbeiter einen Gast nach dessen Weggehen auf Türkisch beleidigt hat. So etwas geht überhaupt nicht. Die Kellner rempeln Gäste regelmäßig an, ohne sich zu entschuldigen. Oft laufen sie einem direkt vor die Füße und erwarten, dass man Platz macht. Ein „Danke“ oder freundliches Verhalten sucht man vergeblich. Weitere große Minuspunkte: * Bar schließt bereits um 23 Uhr. * Kein Service am Tisch – Getränke müssen immer selbst an der Bar geholt werden. * Im Außenbereich des Restaurants ist Rauchen nicht erlaubt, obwohl es ein Außenbereich ist. * Cocktails, internationale Spirituosen und sogar Eis kosten extra, obwohl wir All Inclusive gebucht hatten. * Der Pool war während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts milchig und wir haben kein einziges Mal gesehen, dass Wasserproben genommen oder der Pool sichtbar gereinigt wurde. Sogar kleine Steine bzw. Schmutz vom Strand schwammen über zwei Wochen dauerhaft im Wasser. * Der komplette Außenbereich rund um den Pool ist extrem rutschig – wie eine Eisfläche. Mehrfach haben wir gesehen, wie Gäste beinahe ausgerutscht sind. * Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Schiebende Stühle wecken einen in der Nacht Fazit: Dieses Hotel erfüllt für uns auf keinen Fall den Standard eines 4-Sterne-Hotels. Unfreundlicher Service, mangelhafte Sauberkeit, überfüllter Pool, eine aus unserer Sicht deutliche Ungleichbehandlung der Gäste und viele kostenpflichtige Leistungen trotz All Inclusive sorgen dafür, dass wir definitiv nicht wiederkommen. Das einzig positive ist die Lage direkt am Kleopatrastrand.

Google yorumlarına bakarak gittim içimde şüphe vardı son zamanlarda olumsuz yorum çok karşıma çıktığı için ancak ben gerçekten bu kadar memnun ayrılacağımı hiç düşünmedim evet eksik var mı var mesela havuz çok büyük değil çocuk havuzu yine çok küçük mescit yok ben alaturka tuvalet beklerdim o da yok ama diğer taraftan temizlik yemek ki yemekler aşırı lezzetli her şeyden var biz görgüsüzlük yapıp her şeyi doldurduk yedik kilo alıp döndüm resmen su vermiyorlar demişler kesinlikle doğru değil istediğin kadar su sıcak soğuk içecek alabilirsin. Alkol kullanmıyorum ama istediğin kadar veriyorlar gördüm temizlik görevlilerinden güvenliğe barmenden ascisina hepsi guleryuzlu ve yardımsever. Otel sahibi ile tanıştım eşi ve kendiside otelde kalıp ordan yiyip içiyorlar bu bile bendeki güven ortamını oluşturdu adam hem mütevazı hem yardımsever helal olsun paramı sonuna kadar haketti içimde şüphe kalmadı ayrıldığımız için üzgünüm gerçekten güzel bir ortam güzel bir deneyim oldu. Eksiklik noktasında belki diğer otellerdeki o eğlence saatleri yok burda da vardı ama hani çok şey bekleyenler için bu biraz hayal kırıklığı olabilir ama ben o eğlenceyi ailemle güzel bir deneyimle hallettim. Son olarak otelin hemen dibinde tertemiz deniz var ama hemen derinleşiyor yüzme bilmeyenler için uygun değil 1 km uzaklıkta derin olmayan plaj var oraya da gittik yalnız kalabalık ve deniz biraz camurlasmis çok temiz değildi açıkçası. Konum olarak direk Alanya'nın göbeği her şey var aradığınız artı ben alanyayi bu kadar ucuz da beklemezdim fiyatlar öyle abartılı değil hatta şuan yaşadığım şehirden ucuz bir çok üründe bulabildim açıkçası fiyatlar hep Euro üzerinden yazılmış ama TL bazında gayet makul fiyatlar.

Very nice hotel in the heart of Alanya. Nice Cleopatra Beach is just in minutes and in front of the hotel. Everything is very clean and fresh, good food, drinks and atmosphere itself. Many tourists come here from year to year. Thanks to a restaurant and bar team! Great thanks for the animation team for nice time during our visit - it was really attractive, fun and good time! Excellent hotel with friendly service, great and tasty all inclusive food and a nice, though somewhat packed pool area. Watee slides are great fun for kids. Daily aquafitness was great. Some evening shows also a pleasant surprise. Warmly recommended. Kahya hotel is situated very close to the beach, water park, Alanya museum and teleferik to the Alanya castle. Shops are also close and I recommend clothes shops LC Waikiki and Civil, which is a clothes shop for children only. Cleopatra beach is small stones beach, so no sand castles building there.

My partner and I spent a week here, and we were satisfied with everything: the cleanliness, the food, the staff, and the hotel itself. I would especially like to highlight the activities team,(We to entertain you team) who organized a variety of programs—such as water aerobics, waterball matches, and our personal favorite, darts. We always had a great time, largely thanks to them! We’ll definitely be back! 😉
