I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. In my opinion, it does not provide anything close to a 5-star experience. One of the most shocking issues was that staff refused to provide water for our young son because we were not on an all-inclusive package. They would not allow us to charge it to our room and even refused to sell it to us, which I found completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one claiming to be 5-star. Housekeeping was also very poor. On one occasion, towels were removed from our room and not replaced, leaving us without clean towels. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was below standard, and the room did not feel properly maintained. The food was another major disappointment. The quality and variety were poor, and after several unpleasant dining experiences, we decided we could not continue our stay. In fact, we ended our holiday early at this hotel and moved to Iberostar, where the difference was incredible. We finally received the level of service, cleanliness, hospitality, and food quality that we expected from a high-end resort. The only positive aspect of our stay was the Italian restaurant, which was enjoyable and provided much better food and service than the rest of the hotel. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I would not recommend this hotel and would certainly not return.

I spent a wonderful week at Hilton Skanes Monastir Beach Resort, and it was truly one of the best holiday experiences I’ve ever had. The hotel is beautifully organised, the rooms are spotless and very comfortable, the buffet offers excellent food with plenty of variety, and the saltwater pool and beach are simply fantastic. I was also very impressed by the lifeguards, who were always extremely attentive, especially with children’s safety. The themed restaurant was amazing, and the drinks and entertainment were excellent. What made our stay even more special was the staff — always professional, helpful, and genuinely friendly. I would definitely return to this hotel and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and unforgettable holiday. Thank you to the whole team!

Sehr schön gelegenes Hotel, nur ca 4 Kilometer vom Flughafen entfernt. Das Zimmer war sehr groß, dass Bett mega bequem, es wurde täglich alles sauber gemacht 👍 das Essen war mega lecker , abwechslungsreich und frisch zubereitet. Der Pool und der Strand waren einfach genial und sauber. Die Poolbar war klasse, die Kellner waren immer gut gelaunt und sehr nett.Alles Top 😀 Tunesien 🇹🇳 hat uns durch seine freundlichen Menschen, die Hilfsbereitschaft, dass leckere Essen, die tollen Strände und dem Meer mega gut gefallen. Der Spa Bereich hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen, hier konnte man gut entspannen bei entspannen düften.Es war ein traumhaft schöner Aufenthalt 🇹🇳😀🌞🎉 dieses Hotel ist mega gut und total zu empfehlen. 5 Sterne plus 🌞

Great hotel but there are a couple things that can be improved: Beach seating - there were too many people on the beach for the number of beach chairs & we could not take a seat until way later in the day. Half of them were vacant but had towels on them. We could not tell which chairs were being used or abandoned. I suggest a system where people may reserve the seats for max 2 hours or something to make it more accessible for everyone. I would understand if people were actually sitting on them but most of them were just covered with their towels. Food quality - Honestly the quality of the breakfast was awful and room service food was gross. The only edible food is at the Italian restaurant. Thankfully we did not have the all inclusive package because it is not worth it. Otherwise this is a great hotel to stay at especially for families. The rooms were very spacious, had all the amenities, and clean. The staff & hotel had various activities for everyone, we especially enjoyed the tennis court. The DJ kept the pool very lively, along with the staff who kept entertaining with all kinds of fun. Another great feature is the fact that the seashore is perfect for swimming and safe for kids. There’s also various affordable water activities including parasailing, jet ski, boats, and even horse or camel riding on the beach.

Jsme s dětmi (4 a 2 roky) čisté, klidné, spoustu zábavy. Vše o domluvě. Late check-out za 400tnd. Letěli jsme přes HydroTour. Letěli bychom zas. Za 4dny letíme domů a už teď víme že nebudeme nespokojení.

The hotel was clean, with three pools. One indoor heated. Rooms were spacious and well maintained. The shower didn't maintain a constant temperature. The smoke alarm was set off often in the dining room which also filled with smoke. This is one issue I feel needs priority attention. Food was good but more thought could be given to vegetarians or gluten free etc. I would advice all inclusive as the nearest restaurants and shops were a 15min taxi drive away. The hotel opens directly onto the beach .
