J’ai passé un excellent séjour à l’hôtel TUI Magic Life Africana. L’établissement est très agréable, bien entretenu, avec une belle ambiance et des services de qualité. Je tiens particulièrement à remercier tout le personnel pour son professionnalisme, sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité tout au long du séjour. Un grand merci spécialement à l’équipe du Guest Services, notamment Abdelhadi, Ayet ainsi que leurs collègues, pour leur accueil chaleureux, leur écoute et leur accompagnement attentionné. Leur sens du service et leur sourire ont vraiment contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à toute personne souhaitant passer de belles vacances dans un cadre convivial et reposant. in English I had an excellent stay at TUI Magic Life Africana. Byla jsem na dovolené se synem a už se těšíme na další pobyt v tomto úžasném hotelu. Skvělý profesionální a milý personal. Hotel a zahrady naprosto úžasné. Jídlo nemáme co vytknout. A celkový dojem s hotelu,jeho okolí dávám 5 hvězd.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel que je recommande vivement. Tout était réuni pour des vacances idéales : le confort, la propreté et un accueil d'une immense gentillesse. Cet établissement est particulièrement adapté aux familles. Mon petit neveu Adam a été merveilleusement bien accueilli et s'est régalé grâce aux superbes toboggans et à toutes les structures de jeux disponibles sur place. Il était ravi et comblé ! Mais le véritable coup de cœur de notre séjour se trouve indéniablement dans l'assiette. Un immense merci au Chef de cuisine, Monsieur imed, qui a sublimé chacun de nos repas. C'est un chef extrêmement talentueux et attentionné, qui prend à cœur la satisfaction de ses convives. Une expérience hôtelière et gastronomique que nous renouvellerons avec grand plaisir. À découvrir absolument !

We've just returned from a fantastic week at the TUI MAGIC LIFE Africana, and while the weather was amazing and the beach is absolutely stunning, the real standout feature of this resort is, without a doubt, the staff. From the moment we arrived, every single team member went above and beyond. The cleaners who kept everything spotless with a smile, the bar and restaurant teams, the entertainment crew, all the way up to management – every person was friendly, professional, and genuinely seemed to love making sure guests had the best time. They are the heart and soul of this place and truly made our trip special. Yes, as some reviews might mention, parts of the hotel itself are a little dated, but it honestly doesn't matter. The resort is clean, comfortable, and has a brilliant atmosphere. Plus, there is so much to do! We loved the range of water sports, and the pools were great. They were absolutely freezing, but with the weather being so nice, a quick, refreshing dip was actually perfect! The spa was a lovely treat for the Mrs, and the entertainment was always good fun in the evenings. Overall, we had a brilliant holiday. It's a fantastic resort with a wonderful beach and loads to keep you busy, but it's the incredible staff who make it a truly magical place. We can't thank them enough.

You run for a spoon like a fitness track,The cups are so tiny, you starve for a snack.The plates are out east and the soup is out west,You will lose some weight on this hungry quest! The pool feels slimy, the toddler pool’s bad, the lifeguard’s on TikTok, it’s funny and sad. He’s collecting sticky cups all day long,While the smelly beach bar sings a stinky song! But when the sun sets and the horror is done,The evening lobby bar is second to none.The piano man plays to cure our distress,We drink a good cocktail and forget the mess! Ooo, TUI, what went wrong? Five stars on paper, but a two-star song!We give it two stars, and that’s being nice,We will never visit this "luxury" twice! Kids' Club Survival Mode: Daily mini-disco? Forget about it, peace and quiet for the kids all day long! The kids' club operates like a secret military base – parents are strictly banned. No settling-in period allowed. You just drop your crying toddler at the door and run, hoping for the best. Ghost Waiters: At the beach and by the pool, the rule is simple: "help yourself". Waiters just don't exist in that ecosystem. Meanwhile, at the main restaurant, ordering a drink comes with a mandatory 20-minute waiting penalty. And when the waiter finally shows up, they will happily serve you... plain water. Fridge Minimalism: The mini-fridge in the room is also on a strict diet. Sodas and drinks are not refilled daily. The staff probably thinks that in the Tunisian heat, cold drinks are just bad for our throats!
