I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the service and the warm welcome. The small details, like the dried fruits prepared in the room upon arrival, made the experience even more special. The rooms are a bit small, but they are very comfortable, well-maintained, and offer everything needed for a pleasant stay. The service is excellent, and the staff is attentive and professional. The food is one of the highlights: excellent quality, with a great variety of choices. The entertainment program is also well-designed, with thoughtfully prepared shows that add a nice atmosphere to the stay. Overall, a very enjoyable experience with great hospitality and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Located a little way from to centre but easily reachable by taxi (which are cheap- 25Dinars)staff are so friendly, helpful. The hotel is clean and bright. Food is delicious varied hot and fresh. Plenty to do during the day or not...no pressure. Blue app is easy to use do you can see what the daily programme is and book activities or even request extra pillows, report any issues you have with a quick response. Loved. We will definitely return

So, Having returned home yesterday 23.5.26 from Tui Blue Palm Beach Hammamet I can honestly say we have had a superb relaxed week. From the minute your arrive through the manned gates you sense a feeling of relaxation and you are greeted by very welcoming staff. We arrived before our rooms had been made ready but our cases had been put to one side and labelled up and we filled in the resort paperwork and got our Tui Blue wristbands so we could make full use of the facilities. As it was lunch time we made full use of the the restaurant and we were not disappointed one bit, the choice and quality was superb along with the cleanliness and presentation, something for everyone ever if you are vegetarian or vegan. Very attentive staff who made sure your glasses where always full. Rooms - ours was spotless ! Huge bed, double walk in shower and separate toilet. Now we never had Aircon as it isn't turned on until early June however we found that the temperature on a night to be somewhat lower than the daytime and once we had turned on the room fan system it was cool enough. Fridge in the room with water only. Bar Area - plenty of seating upstairs and downstairs and lots outside we never had an issue. Pool - large pool that isn't heated and cool when you first get in, plenty of sun loungers to be had. Beach - not huge but nonetheless a lovely place to retreat to catch the sun with again plenty of sun loungers. Tips - like all resorts the staff like Tips and lots rely on the them to boost the wages, but once tipped you never had to worry about not having a drink ! Drinks - so a big one ! You only get local lager and spirits with the All Inclusive, they do have all premium branded spirits but they cost and the reason is because they cost a fortune to bring into the country due to import taxes ! However, we never had an issue with the local alcoholic drinks. Area - if you want a resort to relax all week or two and not leave the complex then this is perfect. If you like to get out and about then this isn't for you as there isn't much outside of the front of the hotel and its a taxi ride to get to any shops etc. Shopping - we took ourselves off the Yasmine Hammamet Medina which took about 30 mins in a Taxi and 20 Dinar - ALWAYS GET A PRICE BEFORE GERRING INTO A TAXI !! Reception will call you a taxi but you must agree a price before getting in. Now they will hassle you like crazy and we got hassled before we even got out of the taxi but be firm not rude and say no thank you or LeLe in Tunisian and they are fine. You must haggle with price as they will try to charge you an extortionate amount for a Genuine Fake item. Overall - a superb week away, amazing Hotel, food and drinks, amazing staff and truly made to feel welcome. We would return to this resort in a heartbeat !

Me and my family have just stayed at this hotel for a week and what can I say.. absolutely incredible. This is the first hotel that I can say I have nothing to fault with. The rooms are absolutely beautiful and have a very homely vibe and everyday they get cleaned and decorated which was amazing to come back to after being at the pool all day. Secondly the staff, each and everyone of the staff made you feel so welcome everytime you would walk past one of them they would say hi and take time to ask how you were which was so lovely. Special shoutouts to 1. Hssin (sorry if spelt wrong) he was so lovely when we went to the snack bar and to dinner and went the extra mile to make sure all requests were met and was such a positive happy person which made such a difference to our experience 2. Kaize is such a sweet person always bringing us drinks without us even asking (remembering what we always had ordered) making sure we was having a good day and going above and beyond for me and my family 3. Sam, sam was so kind and offered different activities outside of the hotel and my family and I booked with him to do quad biking in the Tunisian mountains which was so fun (I definitely reccomend)so big thanks to Sam. Sam went out of his way to ensure we had great sunbeds everyday and was lovely to chat to. Aswell as every other staff member being so kind and helpful to us this just made our visit to this hotel so much better. The food was amazing and there was so much variety of local dishes aswell as pizza and steak for the more picky eaters, with the all inclusive deal you also get a free three course meal at the alarcarte restaurant which was one of the best meals I have ever had. There was so many different things to do at the hotel as they offered so many different activities which was amazing. All in all I recommend this hotel so much you will not regret staying here as it has been the best holiday yet. And also a big thankyou again to all the staff members which made our experience the greatest!!

If you have a form of disability I would advise to avoid this resort. My family spent 10 days here, the whole time ensuring to tip staff, not asking for anything out of the ordinary or inconveniencing anyone. My grandparents are very elderly and this is possibly their last holiday abroad after travelling their whole lives. My grandmother suffers with an awful skin condition and my grandfather has complications relating to his cancer and other health conditions. They were absolutely humiliated on the last day of their stay to be told that they would face additional “penalty” and charges due to their being blood on their sheets and being unable to reuse them. The conversation was completely embarrassing and degrading for my grandparents. Please can I draw attention to the fact that in Tunisia the cost of a bedsheet is nothing- and running a 4 star resort you cannot tell me that you do not already have overstock of bedsheets available. You made my grandparents feel dirty and ashamed of their health. Tunisia is a proud Muslim country and I would like to remind you that respecting elders is a core pillar of Islam, expressed in the teachings of the Quran and the sayings of the Prophet Muhammad. Muslims are taught to honor, assist, and prioritize the elderly, appreciating their wisdom and life experience. Prophet Muhammad said “He is not one of us who does not show mercy to our young ones and esteem to our elderly" . Please do better and I hope no other elderly or disabled person is made to feel the way my grandparents were.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument parfait dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est tout simplement remarquable : toujours souriant, accueillant et d’une grande bienveillance. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été chaleureusement reçus, avec un vrai sens de l’hospitalité qui se ressent à chaque interaction. La communication est fluide, professionnelle et très agréable, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus confortable. L’établissement en lui-même est magnifique, avec un design moderne, élégant et soigneusement pensé dans les moindres détails. La propreté est irréprochable, aussi bien dans les espaces communs que dans les chambres. Notre chambre était spacieuse, lumineuse, parfaitement équipée et d’un confort exceptionnel. On s’y sent immédiatement à l’aise, comme chez soi. l’ambiance générale de l’hôtel est calme, apaisante et propice à la détente, idéale pour se ressourcer. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour leur professionnalisme et leur gentillesse 👏👏Nous repartons avec de très beaux souvenirs et reviendrons sans hésitation😉
