Es gibt eigentlich absolut nichts negatives zu berichten. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, die Minibar immer gefüllt, es wurden sogar Abends die Vorhänge geschlossen. Unser Zimmer mit Poolzugang hat für den kleinen Aufpreis unsere Erwartungen mehr wie erfüllt. Der kleine Pool a Zimmer isr ausreichend um Bahnen zu Schwimmen und nur selten von anderen Gästen benutzt. Die a la Carte verköstigung war exzellent das Buffet wie immer Geschmackssache, hier waren das Fleisch und der Fisch leider etwas zu durch gegart. Der Strand hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen besonders das digitale Bestellen von Speisen und Getränke zum Liegestuhl hat super geklappt. Es waren zu jeder Zeit ausreichend Liegen und Schirme vorhanden. Das einzige wo ich Verbessungspotenzial sehe ist das man mache Einweggeschirr aus Kunststoff ersetzen sollte.

We recently stayed at the Atrium Palace Hotel in Rhodes and honestly the standout part of the entire holiday was the service. I have never stayed anywhere where every single member of staff consistently goes so far above and beyond for the guests. The level of care, friendliness, and professionalism from everyone was exceptional and it’s what truly made this stay so special for our family. A special mention has to go to Jason the lifeguard, who was absolutely brilliant throughout our holiday. Always smiling, friendly, approachable, and fantastic with guests. He worked incredibly hard and genuinely added to the atmosphere around the pool every day. The staff also made my daughter’s birthday unforgettable by decorating a table for her at breakfast as a surprise. It was such a thoughtful gesture and meant so much to us. The hotel rooms were spotless, cleaned daily, and we had a beautiful view overlooking the main pool. The pool bar staff were equally amazing — always welcoming, hardworking, and constantly smiling even when busy. The beach was peaceful and relaxing, easily my favourite place on the resort. There were plenty of restaurants to choose from with lots of variety. My only small criticism would be that some portion sizes felt quite small considering the price of the meals. Overall though, this hotel has absolutely got it spot on. The service is genuinely on another level and we really couldn’t have asked for more. We would return without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rhodes. Alex Eleftheriou

Ok resort. 1 Buffet area HOT! No AC! 2 Room AC is minimal and loud. 3 Cocktails are restricted. Can't make changes or other Cocktails! 4 All inc premium and still need to sighn for my food and drinks? Maybe in the 90s,but in 2026? Wristbands like 100s pf other resorts are better. 5 Finally: sun beds, same ol same. Get up early. Families reserving extra beds so have space but don't use them. Britains wake up late can't find beds. Staff are nice, but hotel saving money at expense of your enjoyment. Would NOT return. Many other resorts don't cut back on AC, sighn for ai premium food/drinks.

Très bel hôtel avec un bon accueil.🥇 Les lieux sont très propres. Le ménage est fait tous les jours. Grande salle de restauration pour le petit-déjeuner. La nourriture est excellente et variée. Mika l'une des hôtesses avait toujours un mot gentil le matin.🥰 Nikos l'un des réceptionnistes est également aux petits soins. La salle de fitness, le SPA et les piscines sont également à la hauteur. Nous ne sommes pas les uns sur les autres. Tout est très bien organisé. Musique avec chanteurs et danseurs le soir. Plusieurs shows au programme. Les chats seront de la partie. Ils déambulent dans les allées.😹 Je vous le conseille les yeux fermés. Pour ma 1e fois en Grèce, j'ai été conquise.🤗❣️

We had an amazing first visit to Rhodes last year, we loved it so much that we booked a return trip not long after getting home! My partner and I stayed at the Atrium Palace for the first time in June 2026, and we had a truly wonderful holiday from start to finish. The breakfast spread each morning was fantastic. There was an incredible variety of fresh fruit, pastries, and hot and cold food, along with vegan options such as plant-based milks and yoghurt. We spent most of our days relaxing by the quieter pool near the spa. We never had any trouble finding available sun loungers, and ordering some delicious cocktails directly to our loungers via the app made the poolside experience completely seamless. Our room was quiet and comfortable. We didn’t hear any noise at all from neighbouring rooms. The shower was great, and the bathroom was stocked with nice toiletries. All the staff were lovely, genuinely friendly and helpful. Reception easily sorted taxis whenever we needed them, and we rented a car too for a day through the hotel so we could explore the island. If you're a cat lover, there are plenty around the grounds, and the supermarket across the road looks after them all and feeds them. We bought treats for them too. We stayed on a bed & breakfast basis and loved the entire experience so much that we are returning this September with our whole family - this time on the all-inclusive package. We can’t wait to be back in a couple of weeks!

Un hôtel magnifique, propre et le personnel toujours au petit soin pour satisfaire sa clientèle. Le décor du resort est incroyable avec ces belles plantes, ces fleurs et ces palmiers. L'accueil de la réception est très aimable, surtout un jeune homme Konstantinos qui est toujours souriant, gentil et de très bon conseil pour les restaurants et les visites. Il sait parler le français et il se donne de la peine pour se faire comprendre, c'était vraiment adorable de sa part. MERCI Konstantinos ! Le soir l'hôtel organise des concerts ou des spectacles de danse qui sont vraiment super. La chambre est spacieuse, propre avec un grand lit confortable. Une climatisation qui fait beaucoup de bien lors des fortes chaleurs. Les piscines sont spacieuses et très belles mais pour ma part, le plus beau est la plage privée de galets qui est juste magnifique avec son eau cristalline et d'un calme, un vrai bonheur. Pour plus de confort, je recommande des chaussures de plages. Il y a un petit market de l'hôtel qui est tellement pratique, on y trouve tout le nécessaire ainsi que de jolis souvenirs sans oublier son personnel d'une gentillesse incroyable. Pour visiter l'île de Rhodes, je recommande la location de voiture chez Marathon's car dans l'hôtel, ils top et vraiment correcte au niveau des prix. Sinon l'option plus longue, c'est le bus local qui fait toute la côte de l'île. Merci pour ce super séjour passé chez vous 🤗
