Nous venons de passer de magnifiques vacances au Steigenberger Marhaba Thalasso et nous en repartons des étoiles plein les yeux. Cet hôtel est tout simplement incroyable : les piscines sont magnifiques, la plage est un véritable coin de paradis et l'ensemble de l'établissement offre un cadre idyllique pour se détendre. Mention spéciale également pour le buffet, qui était particulièrement varié et très bon ! Mais ce qui fait la véritable force et l'âme de cet hôtel, c'est son personnel, toujours adorable et aux petits soins pour nous. Nous tenons à féliciter chaleureusement toute l'équipe, avec quelques mentions très spéciales : Mtir (au restaurant) : Merci infiniment à lui! Il incarne à lui seul la classe, le professionnalisme et l'amabilité. Grâce à lui, chaque moment passé sur la terrasse du restaurant était un pur plaisir. D'une efficacité remarquable, il veillait constamment à ce que nos verres ne soient jamais vides, toujours avec une attention délicate. Olfa : Un immense merci à elle d'avoir fait briller notre bungalow chaque jour avec autant de soin et de cœur. Son travail est aussi éclatant que son magnifique sourire ! Pika (de l'équipe d'animation) : Une animatrice formidable, aussi dynamique que sympathique, qui sait apporter une superbe énergie positive au séjour. L'équipe de l'accueil et le bagagiste : Merci aux personnes de la réception pour leur accueil chaleureux, ainsi qu'au monsieur qui s'est occupé de nos valises avec une immense gentillesse dès notre arrivée. Nous recommandons cet hôtel et nous y retournerons avec un immense plaisir !

Agréable séjour en mai en famille. L arrivée très matinale nous a obligé à attendre les chambres très longtemps mais tout a été fait pour nous être agréable . À savoir que l hôtel est très grand et compte plus de 300 chambres. La piscine et la plage sont très agréables la plage est très propre et surveillée ce qui est pas le cas partout. Un resto de plage sympa. nous avons trouvé les prestations , la restauration et le service très correct voire mieux que dans certains hôtels en Tunisie , le personnel est vraiment disponible et soucieux de nous être agréable. J ai moins aimé les 2 restaurants de spécialité surtout le restaurant tunisien ( pas aimé le couscous fade et sans épices ni saveur ) les chambres rénovées sont spacieuses et nous avons apprécié eaux et boissons en open bar ! Petit plus pour l équipe d animation le soir avec des spectacles sympas . ( mais parfois bruyante l après midi ) mais il est facile de trouver un transat plus au calme. En bref un excellent rapport qualité prix pour cet hôtel . Petit bémol j ai trouvé les prestations du spa chères pour le pays et le monsieur a l accueil du spa pas aimable et commercial.

Im travelling solo and am staying in a bungalow in the absolutely fantastic hotel. Mybroom is exceptionally clean and the decor is just spot on and ambiance is relaxed. The hotel staff are very lovely people. The animation team, are excellent and there is some form of entertainment each night. Thanks to Adam for hosting petanque or boules or whatever its called. I must also include LaLa for her excellent tuition in Yoga , in fact the whole Animation team are so helpful and put so much into the entertainment. The bar staff are excellent and attentive and actually just really nice people. The food in the hotel ( im all inclusive) is of a very high standard. I have never had a problem finding plenty to eat and it tastes delicious. I booked the spa for 3 days , very reasonably priced and today I had my first session which was a body scrub , a seaweed wrap and a 60 minute massage....feeling great. So to be honest I couldnt ask for better. This hotel meets every need with a smile.could not ask for better. I am so impressed I am already checking to see when I can return

We really wanted to love this hotel and genuinely hoped to return, but the housekeeping and room service in the bungalows completely ruined the experience for us. The Pros: Food & Drinks: Excellent variety, delicious meals, and great drink options throughout our stay. Pool & Beach: Fantastic, clean pools and a beautiful beach area that the whole family enjoyed. Entertainment: Great atmosphere and activities that kept everyone happy. Reception Staff: When you can actually reach them, the staff are polite, though getting someone to answer the phone can take multiple attempts. The Cons (A Major Red Flag): Bungalow Room Service & Housekeeping: This was completely unacceptable and disgusting. Housekeeping had no fixed schedule—they often didn't show up until after 2:00 PM, and we had to call every three days just to get them to service the room. On one day, the worker claimed her key card didn't work, and another time they only swapped towels at the door instead of cleaning. Theft: To top it all off, a Nuxe hair care product was stolen from our room following housekeeping service, and management has completely ghosted us regarding the complaint. Minor Issues: A brief power outage occurred, and the reception desk frequently ignores phone calls, requiring several attempts to get help. We loved the facilities, the beach, and the food, but because of the unreliable housekeeping and the theft issue in the bungalows, we unfortunately cannot come back.

Un séjour absolument exceptionnel au Steigenberger ! Tout était proche de la perfection. La propreté est irréprochable, les chambres sont magnifiques et très confortables, les équipements sont de grande qualité, la restauration est excellente et l'ambiance est à la fois élégante et chaleureuse. Le personnel est d'un professionnalisme remarquable : toujours souriant, disponible, attentionné et prêt à rendre service avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Si je devais noter cet hôtel, je lui donnerais sans hésiter 9,5/10. Le seul petit point d'amélioration serait de proposer encore un peu plus de variété à certains moments des repas. C'est vraiment un détail comparé à l'excellence de l'expérience vécue. Je tiens également à adresser une mention toute particulière à une personne du restaurant, qui mérite à elle seule un 11/10. Sa gentillesse, son attention, son sourire et son professionnalisme ont rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. C'est grâce à des personnes comme elle que l'on a envie de revenir(MTIR). Un immense merci à toute l'équipe du Steigenberger pour cet accueil exceptionnel. Je recommande cet hôtel les yeux fermés et j'y reviendrai avec un immense plaisir. Si tu connais le prénom de cette personne du restaurant, je peux personnaliser l'avis pour la mettre encore davantage en valeur.

Arrived at steigenberger for a 11 day break. Upon arrival there was no1 to come outside to take our luggage inside. We arrived around 1pm, check in was 2pm and they made us wait until 3:30pm after telling us there were no rooms available. The reception guy named HAFEDH had a stinking attitude along with FEDA who was the other reception guy. We initially had a double balcony room with a garden view but they gave us a run down room at the back of the hotel and within 1 hour, the tv had collapsed from the wall so we called reception and the evening manager named KHEDEIRA came and he was absolutely amazing 10/10 service and he moved us somewhere more convenient. The pool and bar areas have a very bad odor, the place has moldy tiles and it needs a complete makeover especially the beach bars. Staff in the kitchen are amazing and helpful, the food is repetitive and we got sick of it. We then started eating from outside instead of the hotel. A special mention to our cleaner, her name was HAYET, she was amazingly amazing, she made us feel at ease and cleaned our room and facilitated everything for us. The beach is amazing with clean water and lovely sandy beaches. The taxi drivers outside rob u and charge you double so always use the inDrive app to save money, you will see them fighting over you outside the gates lol Indoor swimming is free to use, however you have to pay to use the sauna and steam room which I find shocking as most 5 star hotels have free access to sauna, gym and steam rooms. Overall experience was disappointing and how this hotel is 5 star I will never know. As a frequent traveller, this hotel was very disappointing but Tunisia is a lovely country to visit with nice people. The place to really go for everything all in one is SOUSSE, it’s very nicely built up with a good vibrant atmosphere. Hammamet is run down and not built up.
