Wir haben im Kosea einen tollen Urlaub erlebt. Das komplette Personal ist sehr höflich und hilfsbereit . Zum Anfange hatten wir zur Begrüßung eine gute Flasche Rotwein und Obst bekommen . Und zu unserem Hochzeitstag auch als Überraschung eine Flasche Sekt und Süßigkeiten. Diese Überraschungen sind nicht selbstverständlich. DANKE Kosea-Team !! Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit Meerblick. Wir würden wieder kommen

The hotel has a very convenient location, approximately a 9-minute taxi ride from the Bodrum ferry port, which made arriving and departing with the ferry very easy. One thing I would mention for future guests is that the rooms did not quite match the impression we had from the photos online. In our experience, the room looked better and more polished in the pictures than it did in person. Overall, the staff was friendly and helpful, with the exception of one interaction with an overnight front desk staff member. Special kudos to Christos, who was extremely helpful during our stay and stood out for his customer service. There were several positives. We were offered a cold welcome refreshment upon arrival, which was especially appreciated in the hot weather. The beds were comfortable, the bedding was clean, and the sheets were changed the following day. The food was okay as well. We did encounter a few maintenance and room-related issues that are worth mentioning. The safe was very small and did not work consistently. The cover for the battery compartment was missing, and the batteries had been secured with tape as a workaround. Because they were not being held firmly in place, the safe worked intermittently. When I initially reported the problem, the response I received was essentially that everything in the room worked and that I should read and follow the instructions for setting up the safe. After I explained again that the issue was with the batteries not staying in place, a staff member was sent to the room to inspect it. Another attempt was made to secure the batteries with tape, but this did not resolve the problem. Ultimately, we were provided with a physical key to use instead. We also had an issue with the electronic room-door lock when its batteries stopped working. In this case, the hotel addressed and fixed the problem promptly. Another important consideration for future guests is the air conditioning. Although the room has A/C, the temperature is limited to 20°C, and we found that how long the system operates is also controlled by the hotel. Guests who prefer a consistently cool room, particularly during the hotter months, should be aware that having an A/C unit in the room does not necessarily mean you will have full control over the room temperature. There is also no telephone in the room to contact reception. If you have an issue or need assistance, you generally need to go downstairs to the front desk.

The staff were all very friendly, kind, and helpful, and we truly appreciate their efforts. Unfortunately, our stay was affected by several serious problems. We had no electricity for an entire day, and for the last three days the air conditioning has not been working. Instead of fixing the problem, we were only given a fan. The room is so hot at night that it is almost impossible to sleep. As compensation, we received some fruit and a bottle of sparkling wine. While we appreciate the gesture, it does not make up for the inconvenience we experienced. It is a real shame because the staff are excellent. However, due to the repeated technical problems and the lack of a proper solution, we cannot recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at Kosea Boutique Hotel! We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of fresh and high-quality options. The location is excellent—only about a 10-minute walk from the port, with a bus stop just a few steps away, making it very convenient to explore the island. Despite being so well located, the hotel is peaceful and quiet, perfect for a relaxing stay. The staff were kind, professional, and always willing to help. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kos!

Lovely small hotel and stones throw from Kos town , opposite a pebble strip of beach, and flat walking to lots of lovely welcoming restaurants. Sea view rooms have perfect views and are lovely and breezy , the road outside is a bit noisy but the view out weighs it , breakfast buffet had all you could want with very helpfull and happy staff, and the pool with its bar was very welcome indeed ! Well done Kosea Hotel

Geweldig Hotel . Wij zijn 8 dagen in hotel. Kosea geweest en zijn erg tevreden ,zeer gedienstig personeel.TOP❗️ Prachtige kamer ,netjes ,schoon en erg goede bedden ,het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid, En voldoende keus . Erg jammer dat we ziek zijn geweest , En 3 dagen op de kamer moesten verblijven ( zeker niet van het eten maar denken van de warmte ).het personeel was er belangstellend en hielpen waar ze maar konden ,ze zijn met mij naar n restaurant gegaan om te vragen voor kippenbouillon ,en hebben rijst gekookt wat ik gratis mee kreeg . Gelukkig hadden we n prachtig balkon waar we mooi uitzicht hadden over de zee . Daarna hebben we gelukkig nog n paar mooie dagen gehad ,Kos is n prachtige stad en komen graag nog n keer terug zeker in KoSea hotel . Lieve groet Henny en Jeanne
