I wish id been in greenwood since the day I was born. Ive never felt more at home and feel like Im living the life ive always wanted to live. Everything is exceptional. However theres one thing that stands out above everything else. And that is the workers. I never had and dont think I will ever have a problem with any of the workers. They are all extremely friendly and professional and make me feel super comfortable. They provide good service and are always happy to help no matter what. Whoevers manager please increase their pay because honestly they are some of the best type of people ive ever met. I highly recommend this resort as if you havent been yet well then you’re missing out. Greenwood manager if your reading this I would love if you announce to every worker especially the ones working in the restaurants that they are doing their job amazingly and deserve everything good in the world. ❤️

Fiyat performans ve çocuk dostu bir aile oteli arıyorsanız kurumsal zincir marka çatısı altında bu otel doğru bir tercih olacaktır . Beklentileriniz çok yüksek olmasın o zaman memnun kalacaksınız . Daire özellikli çok güzel bir oda verildi . Yemekler gayet yeterli ve lezzetliydi biz beğendik . Aquapark harika . Akşam eğlenceleri müzik vs gayet yeterliydi . Plaj kısmına bir kez gittik daha fazla geliştirilmesi gerekli bizce ( snack menü , atıştımalıklar dondurma içecek vs ) içecek kısıtlı ve bu alanda güvenlik kısmı eksik kalmış dışarıdan insanlar şenzlongları maalesef kullanıp otel müşterileri için güvenlik açığı oluşturuyorlar . Plaj kısmı sıralı otellerin son plajı olduğu için bitişiği halk plajıyla mecburen birleşiyor . Bu alana bir düzenleme gerekli . Geçen sene aynı zincir otellerde konakladığımız için Bir akşam yemeği için Alacarte restoran jestleri bizi çok mutlu etti İtalyan menü muazzamdı . Doğum günümüzü pas geçmediler sürpriz harikaydı Herkesin Ellerine sağlık .

Greenwood is probably the best hotel I have ever stayed at in Turkey. I have previously visited hotels in Alanya, Side, Kusadasi and Marmaris, but none of them come close to the experience we had here. The service from the entire staff was excellent, especially from the reception team and the housekeeping staff. A special thank you to Nazaret, who cleaned our room and made sure it was always spotless, fresh and welcoming. Our room exceeded all expectations. We stayed in a Superior Suite with a kitchen and washing machine, and it was spacious, modern, beautifully maintained and extremely comfortable. It honestly felt more like a private apartment than a standard hotel room. The hotel also has excellent facilities, including a lovely swimming pool area that was perfect for both adults and children. The food was a classic all-inclusive buffet, but everything was clean, well organised and constantly replenished. Even though the hotel was fully booked and very busy, there were almost no queues, which was very impressive. From the rooms and facilities to the cleanliness and outstanding service, Greenwood completely exceeded our expectations. After visiting several popular destinations in Turkey, I can confidently say that no other hotel we have stayed at can compare. A huge thank you to the entire team for an unforgettable stay. We would gladly return and highly recommend Greenwood to anyone visiting the area.

ilk girişte yaşadığımız olumsuz durumlar sebebiyle otelden ayrılmak istedik ancak halkla ilişkiler müdürü ayten hanım ın sağduyulu yaklaşımı güzel bir tatil geçirmemize neden oldu. ilgi ve jestlerinden dolayı kendisine teşekkür ederiz. otel de odalar geniş, yemekler çok lezzzetli, tatlılar ise biraz daha geliştirilmeli, aqua eğlenceli havuzlar da temizdi. personel güler yüzlü...odalara sineklik takılması yerinde olur.

Otelde bazı ufak eksikler olmasına rağmen genel hizmet oldukça iyi seviyedeydi; özellikle personel arkadaşların ilgisi mükemmeldi. Konaklamamız sırasında talihsiz bir olay yaşamamıza rağmen; başta Genel Müdür Fatih Bey, Gece Müdürü Tahsin Bey, Halkla İlişkiler'den Akif Bey ve Ayten Hanım olmak üzere, ismini hatırlayamadığım tüm arkadaşlar anında gerekli aksiyonları alarak durumu çözüme kavuşturdular. Gösterdikleri çözüm odaklı ve duyarlı yaklaşımları için hepsine ayrı ayrı teşekkür ederim. Otel hakkında öne çıkan diğer detaylar: Yemekler: Yemeklerde kullanılan etler tesisin kendi çiftliğinden geldiği için etler çok lezzetliydi, genel olarak yemeklerin kalitesini ve lezzetini çok beğendim. Odalar: Odalar oldukça büyük, temiz ve ferah. Havuz ve Şezlong: Sabahın erken saatinde şezlonglara havlu atıp yer kapma gibi saçma uygulamaların önüne geçilmiş. Hangi saatte giderseniz gidin boş şezlong bulabiliyorsunuz ya da personel bu konuda hemen yardımcı oluyor. Aquapark ve Otopark: Otopark konusunda hiçbir sıkıntı yaşamadık. Aquaparkta kaymak için kullanılan bot sayısı gayet yeterli olduğu için sıra bekleme derdi olmuyor. Animasyon: Animasyon tarafında bazı eksiklikler mevcut ancak misafirlerden gelen talepler doğrultusunda bu konuda da bir geliştirme çalışması başlatıldığını öğrendik. Genel olarak personelin ilgisi ve yönetimin çözüm odaklılığı sayesinde memnun ayrıldığımız bir tatil oldu. Emeği geçen herkese teşekkürler! Despite a few minor shortcomings, the overall service at the hotel was at a very good level, and the staff’s attention in particular was excellent. Even though we experienced an unfortunate incident during our stay, the management and staff—especially General Manager Mr. Fatih, Night Manager Mr. Tahsin, and Mr. Akif and Ms. Ayten from Public Relations, along with others whose names I cannot recall—took immediate action and resolved the situation promptly. I would like to express my sincere thanks to each of them for their solution-oriented and thoughtful approach. Key Highlights of the Hotel: Food: The meats used in the meals come from the property's own farm, so they were exceptionally delicious. Overall, I really appreciated the quality and taste of the food. Rooms: The rooms are very spacious, clean, and airy. Pool & Sunbeds: They have successfully prevented the absurd practice of reserving sunbeds early in the morning with towels. No matter what time you go, you can easily find an available sunbed, or the staff assists you immediately. Aquapark & Parking: We had no issues with parking whatsoever. There are plenty of inflatable rings at the aquapark, so you don't have to wait in line. Entertainment: There are a few shortcomings in the entertainment team, but we learned that improvements are already underway based on guest feedback. Overall, thanks to the staff's attentiveness and management's solution-oriented approach, we left very satisfied with our vacation. Thank you to everyone involved!

Greenwood Suites’te konaklamamızdan çok memnun kaldık. Otel oldukça temiz ve bakımlıydı. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi, her konuda yardımcı olmaya çalıştılar. Aquaparkta çalışan cankurtaranlar özellikle Muhammed bey çok dikkatli ve güleryüzlüydü Yemekler çeşitli ve lezzetliydi. Havuz ve ortak alanlar da düzenliydi. Ailece keyifli ve rahat bir tatil geçirdik.
