Raz4/5 · 2026-06I stayed here for 7 nights. The hotel itself is nice, and the staff are very friendly. The whole place is quiet and peaceful, which is perfect if you want to fully relax. I really loved the quietness of this place. The pool areas are clean and well‑maintained, and having a pool bar is a bonus when you want an iced coffee or something refreshing. In terms of location, it’s good; but Sissi doesn’t offer much to do. If you plan to explore the area, you’ll definitely want to rent a car because it’s not the most convenient place for sightseeing or visiting nearby towns. We only had breakfast included. The breakfast is okay, but it becomes repetitive after a couple of days as it’s always the same. Some items also seemed reused from the previous day. For example, the cut tomatoes didn’t look freshly prepared. On two occasions, the milk bottles were stale and the milk smelled off. I mentioned this to the staff both times; they were polite and replaced it, but when you’re paying a higher price, you expect better consistency. We also had access to the gym, which is located in another building about a 5‑minute walk away. We were told the opening time was 10:00, but in reality it opens at 07:30 — we only found out by walking past. When we did go, the gym felt overcrowded with machines and weights that looked like they’d been taken from an old gym that no longer needed them. The equipment is old, rusty, and feels cheap. The air conditioning barely works, so it feels like you’re working out in a sauna. We also discovered the yoga sessions by ourselves, simply by looking around. No one informed us about activities or what was available for guests. There seems to be a lack of communication from staff regarding things like yoga or other offerings. Our room faced the back of the hotel, and unfortunately the view was very poor. It looked abandoned and overgrown, which made the balcony feel unusable. It didn’t match the standard you’d expect from a hotel in this price range. The à la carte menu is extremely limited and overpriced, around £50 per person. We didn’t end up ordering because it simply didn’t feel worth it. You can get much better quality food in town for around £50 for two people, so we chose to eat in Sissi instead. Overall, I did like the hotel and it has potential, but there are several areas that need improvement to make the experience better for guests — especially communication, breakfast quality, and gym facilities. At the moment, I feel the hotel is overpriced for what it offers. If I return to Sissi in the future, I would only stay here again if there was a very good deal available.
Shanti Butler5/5 · 2026-06I cannot recommend this place enough! It is a stunning location, close enough to a small town and larger towns to have things to (although I would recommend getting a car). The rooms are gorgeous and the food phenomenal! It is really the staff that set this place apart though.... we were looked after from the minute we set foot on the property and Ioanna in particular was attentive, kind and helpful. Will definitely be back!
Shaun Kirk5/5 · 2026-05Great hotel, we were fortunate to have received an upgrade with a jacuzzi so what's not to like. The pool area is quiet during the day and no one at the pool bar in the evening. The pool bar serves drinks and food during the day and what we had was very nice. The breakfast is varied enough and there is a selection of eggs cooked 5 different ways, made to order. Room was spacious, the hanging area was very limited but we managed, an iron is available on request. The location is beside the beach, which is a rocky area with no sand or stones, there are a few sunbeds there for those that want to spend time away from the pool. The walk to the bars, restaurants is only 10 minutes away and the local shop is 5 minutes away, the staff were very freindly.
Karen Brown5/5 · 2026-05Fabulous hotel in a quiet area about 15mins walk from charming Sisi port. Amazing helpful happy staff team and superb Greek cuisine in the evenings. Couldn’t fault this place. Can’t wait to go back 👏👏
Simon Jones5/5 · 2025-11Wonderful relaxing visit with my wife at the end of their season. Probably only 20 people at most there. Really quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was simple but good, didn't eat in any other nights as wanted to explore. Room was clean and serviced daily.
