We just came back from our trip to Ikos Andalusia. We went there from Tuesday till Sunday. It was absolutely amazing. Such kind and accommodating staff. They met our every need, even needs we didn't know we had! For our check-in we were greeted with such warmth by a lovely young lady who's name I unfortunately forgot. She set the mood for our whole holiday. The food was amazing but make sure to make reservations in advance because it can be fully booked pretty quickly. The pools were lovely and 24/7 roomservice is such a nice service to have. The beach is very accessible and their live music was a wonderful way to end our night every day. Ikos Andalucia is a genuinely impressive resort that almost earns a perfect rating. The highlights are many: the kids club is exceptional, with staff who are warm, attentive, and clearly love what they do. Our kids loved coming every day. Service throughout the property is polished and consistent. The beach has beautifully calm water, the location puts you close to everything, the wine selection is outstanding, and the massage therapists are among the best I’ve encountered at any resort, no less at an all inclusive. But the food was such a big disappointment. Every restaurant pulls from the same rotating items, and the quality is consistently disappointing — overcooked, over-sauced, and flat. If you’re in Andalusia expecting a memorable paella, lower your expectations. It was soggy, flavorless, and a missed opportunity. If Ikos invested in its culinary program the way it has in everything else, this would be a flawless resort. For now, it’s a beautiful place to relax, be taken care of, and drink well — just don’t come for the food.

Это 3 Ikos в нашем списке и он немного разочаровал. 1. Вход в море каменистый, камни в море острые. Нет развлечений типа sup, за ними надо идти 10 мин по пляжу. В море было очень много мусора, возможно был шторм. 2. Еда на мой взгляд не вкусная. Какая-то одинаковая вся на вкус. Я бы сказала безвкусная. Нет удовольствия от еды. Думаю дело в самих продуктах, даже яйца какие-то безвкусные. Конечно зависит с чем сравнивать, но во Франции и Швейцарии они вкуснее. 3. Сервис хороший. Уборка номера великолепная. Очень много безалкогольных коктейлей, на вино тоже муж не жаловался, оно обычное но нареканий нет. Шоу в четверг в театре тоже хорошее. Дизайн, атмосфера все на уровне Ikos. Если вы гурман и любите море то разочаруетесь.

I suspect I share many of the reasons why a busy parent, with kids, will choose an all-inclusive resort: no hassle, no hidden costs, value for money, great service, and frankly no worries. I got all of this from Ikos Andalusia. Caveat, we paid extra for the deluxe package. So I can only speak for that. The service was incredible! I cannot speak highly enough. They are all friendly, really look after you and very responsive. They adapted to accommodate things when it rained a couple of days and they're just great. Special mentions go out to the following people who made our stay wonderful: Matias, Cia (the sommelier), Johan, Jose (sommelier), Jose Antonio, Erika, Dora, Josh, Cristina, Yegor, Alexandru (he was our personal concierge and was fabulous), and Ana. The food was good. They had a great selection of restaurants to choose from. As it gets very busy, I recommend you book what you want for your whole stay in advance. I recommend booking before you arrive. Well worth it and reduces the hassle. Not their fault if it's too busy and they can't switch you around. The rooms were nice. They're not fancy, but they're very clean and well-maintained. The view of the sea was really nice. The facilities are great. You find hidden gems as you explore the resort. What was really cool is that even though they were at full occupancy, it never felt crowded. That adds to the relaxation. Overall, recommend this place highly!

Beautiful location, a few things to know Staff are exceptionally friendly and the beachfront setting is stunning, hard to beat. A few notes for prospective guests: - Family-focused: Bikes (and bike bells) are a constant presence - this leans strongly kid-centric. - Rooms: Comfortable but on the smaller side, even connecting rooms. - No water sports on-site: You're directed to a nearby beach area instead. - Bar hours: Officially till 1am, but often closes earlier in practice. Excellent service and location overall - just worth knowing if you're not travelling with kids or want water sports on-site.

I was hesitant about staying at an all-inclusive resort because I thought that the food and drink would be 'below-average'. I was surprised because these were much better than I expected. Dinner and lunches at the buffet were exceptional (for a buffet) and the restaurant dinners were 'good'. My wife found the choice of wine was good and I could find a zero-alcohol beer easily. We always found a seat and umbrella at the pools, and used the book swap facility several times. We also took the free bikes for a 50-minute-ride (each way) to the nearest town. We will definitely stay at another IKOS branded hotel next year.
