We visited this hotel to celebrate my birthday, and what an incredible choice it turned out to be! Before arriving, we were slightly apprehensive about the airport transfer after reading that it could take up to 2.5 hours, but ours only took around 1 hour 30 minutes, which was absolutely fine. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed. The hotel is modern, beautifully presented, and spotlessly clean throughout. The standard of cleanliness is exceptional. What really made our stay special was the staff. Every single member of the team was friendly, welcoming, and couldn’t do enough to make sure we had a fantastic holiday. Their level of service was outstanding. We spent most of our days at the jetty pool, which had such a brilliant atmosphere. There was always something going on, with entertainment and activities throughout the day that catered for guests of all ages, while still offering plenty of opportunities to relax. A special mention has to go to Kaan, who was simply amazing. Without doubt the best waiter we’ve ever had. He went above and beyond for us every single day, always with a smile, making us feel genuinely valued. He is a real credit to the hotel. We absolutely loved every minute of our stay and have gone home with wonderful memories. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel and can’t wait to return!

Oteli tercih etmeden önce özellikle Jolly Tur yetkililerine, Relax (sonsuzluk) havuzunun sakin, huzurlu ve dinlenmeye uygun bir alan olup olmadığını ısrarla sordum. Aldığım bilgiler doğrultusunda ve özellikle bu havuzdan faydalanmak amacıyla otelinizi tercih ettik. Ancak maalesef yaşadığımız deneyim tamamen farklı oldu. Relax havuzu, beklediğimiz sakin ve huzurlu ortamdan oldukça uzaktı. Çok sayıda bekar erkek, havuz içerisinde kendi aralarında yüksek sesli ve rahatsız edici şekilde eğlenerek çevredeki diğer misafirlerin huzurunu bozuyordu. Havuzun atmosferi adeta bir erkek eğlence ortamına dönüşmüştü. Bu durum eşim ve benim için son derece rahatsız ediciydi. Bir yıl boyunca hayalini kurduğumuz tatilin, dinlenmek ve keyifli vakit geçirmek yerine kendimizi huzursuz hissettiğimiz bir ortama dönüşmesi bizi gerçekten çok üzdü. Hatta otelden ayrılacağımız günü sabırsızlıkla bekledik. Özellikle huzur, sessizlik ve dinlenme amacıyla tatil yapmak isteyen misafirlere bu oteli kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. Oteli tercih etmeden önce Jolly Tur’a özellikle bu konuyu sormama rağmen, beklentilerimizle karşılaştığımız ortam arasında büyük bir fark olması bizim için ciddi bir hayal kırıklığı oldu

We stayed at White City Resort Hotel for 6 days and had the best holiday! The hotel is absolutely beautiful with so many lovely photo spots. The pool area is great, and we loved the all-inclusive cocktails and Starbucks. The entertainment team were amazing, especially Kaya, who made our stay so much fun. The bar staff were all brilliant too, especially Himli, who was so friendly and made the best cocktails. There are also loads of activities you can book through the hotel if you want to explore the area. The only downside for us was the buffet. There wasn’t a huge variety of options, and the food wasn’t amazing, but it definitely didn’t take away from how much we enjoyed our stay. Overall, we had an amazing holiday and would definitely recommend this hotel. We’d love to come back!

28 haziran - 3 temmuz arası eşim ve 5 yaşında çocuğumuzla konakladık. Karşılama çok iyiydi. Çalışanlar çok kibar. Otel ve odalar temiz. Kalan insan profili çok iyi, aile ile çok rahat ediliyor. Snack restoranda garsonlar sipariş alıyor. Kum plaj kısmı biraz küçük ama genelde insanlar iskeleden denize giriyordu, biz kum plaj tercih ettik yer sıkıntısı olmuyor. Havuz için erkenden yer tutmak gerekiyor. Yemekler ve snack gayet iyiydi. Peynir bölümünün ayrı soğuk bir bölmede olması dikkatimi çekti, sıcak havayı düşünürsek çok iyi bir uygulama. Çalışanlar kibar güleryüzlü. Gözlemeci Gülsüm abla çok iyiydi, gözlemeleri ve sohbeti çok iyiydi ona ayrıca teşekkürler. Snack bardaki Natha çok iyiydi çok fazla alkol seçeneği ve kokteyl imkanı olmamasına rağmen çok güzel hizmet verdi, ona da ayrıca teşekkür ederim. Kids club kullanmadık ama oradaki arkadaş çocuğumuzla sohbet etti ve odamıza kitap boya vs olan bir hediye çanta gönderdi, çok kibar ilgiliydi ismini unuttum. Otel fiyatının bir tık üstünde hizmet veriyor. Barlarda uzun sıralar oluşmuyordu. Kokteyllerin tadı da çok güzeldi ama tek olumsuzluk olarak alkolü az koyuyorlar özellikle pool bar için yazıyorum, barmenlere bu yönde bir talimat gittiğini düşünüyorum. Bunu da yazmayacaktım ama bu otelden çıktıktan sonra 3 gün başka bir ultra herşey dahil otelde konakladık, fiyatı çok daha uygun bir oteldi. Oradaki kokteylleri görünce white city de çok az alkol koyulduğunu çok net anladım ya da sonraki otelde çok fazla koyuyorlar bilemiyorum:) White city de 6-7 kokteylde oluşmayan etki sonraki otelde 2-3 kokteylde fazlasıyla oluşuyordu:) fazla olsun derseniz artırıyorlar ama her defasında denmiyor bu da. Her içeceğin reçetesi belli tam ona uygun olarak yapılırsa sorun olmaz.

Şu an otelden çıkış yapmadan yazmak istedim sıcağı sıcağına. Otel güzel kompakt bir otel, istediğiniz şeylere kolayca ulaşabiliyor sunuz. Girişten çıkışa çalışanların ilgisi alakası üst seviyede. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü. Bir parantez açacak olursam Resepsiyon da Metin bey, Siraç bey ve Miray hanımın güleryüzlü ve samimi hali otelin ilk izlenimini üst seviyeye çıkarıyor. Bellboy Alp Eren bey de keza aynı şekilde çok yardımcı oldu herşey için. Sabahları güzel pişisi ve öğlen gözlemeleriyle Gülsüm abla yazmadan geçemeyeceğim insanlardan. Snack barda ise Gökçe hanımın özverili çalışması gözden kaçmıyor. Odamız hergün çok güzel bir şekilde temizlendi. Yeme içme kalitesi çok güzel. Hergün bir aktivite vardı. Meksika gecesi, Akdeniz gecesi vb. Tek sorun otelin bunla direkt bir ilgisi yok ama deniz seven bir kişi olarak beni olumsuz etkiledi. Teknelerin bıraktığı pislikler otelin iskelesine ve sahiline geliyor bu da olumsuz bir etki yapıyor. Sabahları girerseniz sıkıntı yok. Kısacası white city otele teşekkür ederiz ailecek güzel bir tatil geçirmemizi sağladığı için.

Overall, this was a rather disappointing experience. Construction noise: There is ongoing construction next door, affecting roughly half of the rooms and the pool area. The noise was extremely loud and started as early as 8 a.m. every day. Poor service and lack of communication: The hotel did not feel customer-oriented. Only one bartender was consistently polite and spoke good English. Most of the staff, including those at the pastry station, Starbucks counter, and smoothie station, spoke little to no English. It was impossible to ask basic questions about what was inside a cake or sandwich. Some bartenders at the pool spent more time joking and flirting than serving guests, which I found inappropriate. Service during breakfast, lunch, and dinner was particularly poor. Despite it being the beginning of the season and the hotel not being crowded, staff often failed to provide forks or drinks, and we frequently had to find these ourselves. Very late housekeeping: Room cleaning was often done as late as 3–4 p.m., which was surprising considering the hotel is not particularly large. Beach and pools: The beach is very small. However, the adults-only heated pool by the beach was pleasant. The main swimming pool, on the other hand, was very cold. Beautiful design: The furniture and overall interior design are modern, stylish, and well maintained. Food quality and variety: The food selection was quite repetitive. During our five-day stay, it felt as though the same ingredients were being reused to create different dishes rather than offering genuine variety. The desserts and pastries looked visually appealing, but unfortunately they lacked flavor and were rather disappointing. Focus on image rather than service: It seems the hotel invests heavily in marketing and creating attractive Instagram content, while neglecting staff training and the level of service and communication expected by guests. Distance from the airport: The hotel is relatively far from Antalya Airport. Even with a private transfer, the journey took more than 1.5 hours. Overall, I would not return to this hotel. I am genuinely surprised by the number of highly positive reviews…
