I found this hotel a little difficult to rate because, objectively, it's an excellent hotel. The staff were genuinely outstanding throughout our stay—friendly, attentive and professional—and the level of service was consistently excellent. Breakfast was also very good. As it's a smaller boutique hotel, the selection is naturally more focused than at a large resort, but everything was fresh and of a high standard. Our experience was held back slightly by the room. It was clean, but it could benefit from a little cosmetic TLC, with some noticeable staining on the walls that looked like it had been there for some time. The room design also prioritises style over practicality in places. The sink being outside the bathroom made privacy a little awkward when travelling as a family of four, and the wooden chairs on the terrace weren't particularly comfortable for sitting out and relaxing, which tended to push us towards spending our time around the pool and bar instead. The hotel is also a little way out from the centre. That will either be a positive or a negative depending on what you're looking for. If you want a quieter, more relaxing stay, it's ideal. We personally preferred being within walking distance of the town, so next time we'd probably stay somewhere more central. Finally, and this is entirely subjective, the overall atmosphere felt just a little more pretentious than suits our taste. That's not a criticism of the hotel itself—many guests will probably love exactly that style—but it wasn't quite the right fit for us. Overall, this is a very well-run boutique hotel with exceptional staff and service. While it wasn't a perfect match for our personal preferences, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to travellers looking for a quieter, more upscale stay.

We have recently enjoyed a holiday at this warm and friendly hotel. We absolutely loved the friendly service that we received from the minute walked in (Theodora on Reception is wonderful!) and we had such a good laugh with Emiliano and Konstantina during the day with their food and bar service. We had read reviews in advance so we were prepared for the prices of the food and drink (slightly higher than in the town, but very good quality), and we enjoyed having our lunch by the pool most days. The breakfast buffet was also delicious and varied, and the fresh omelettes and pancakes are amazing! The room was of a decent size and had everything we needed. The bed was quite low but incredibly comfortable, and coupled with the air conditioning it gave us a fabulous sleep! The wardrobe was a good size for all of our clothes, but not very tall so it wasn't great for long dresses. The mini fridge only seemed big enough for two or three small bottles of water until my husband made the very simple decision to move the ledge higher up and then we got seven bottles in!! We were on the first floor with a small balcony overlooking the gardens which was fine for an afternoon drink after a day out. It also got a very welcome breeze up there too! The furniture on the ground floors looked to be a little bigger than the small table and chairs upstairs. One thing to note is that there is nowhere to dry your swimwear, so we used the luggage rack on the balcony. The hotel is an easy 15 minute walk from all of the beaches, bars and restaurants, but we really didn't mind the walk at all. It was flat, safe, and takes you through some residential areas which I personally liked - it gives you a real feel of the lifestyle and culture rather than just seeing the touristy parts. A massive thank you to all the team for giving us such a memorable and happy holiday!

Otele girişten itibaren güzel bir hizmetle karşılaştık. Otel genel olarak temiz yeni ve bakımlı. Çalışan herkes çok güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. Odalar her gün güzel bir şekilde temizleniyor. Kahvaltısı çeşitli ve güzeldi. Sahildeki plajlara 10 dk yürüme mesafesi var tek eksi yanlarından biri bu güneşte yürümek zor olabiliyor. Scooter veya bisiklet kiralayabilirsiniz bunun için. Otelin eksi yanlarından biri de duştu, duş başlığı güzel değildi ve küvet tercih edilmesi kötü olmuş bence. Siyah kediyi sevmeyi unutmayın ona yiyecek verin :)

Just back from a fantastic 5-night stay at the Diamond Boutique Hotel in Kos, and it did not disappoint. The layout is lovely—rooms are clean, comfortable, and situated in quiet, small blocks just a short, pleasant walk from the main reception, restaurant, and pool bar complex. The Highlights: The Staff: Absolutely brilliant! They were so happy, helpful, and genuine fun to interact with every day. Konstantina and 'Ronaldo'.. you are great! And a credit to this Hotel . Complimentary fresh orange juice and cold face towels on arrival from lovely Theodora who will arrange any thing you might need. Food & Drink: A wonderful breakfast spread to start the day, very good food overall, and great cocktails by the pool. Aspects of the breakfast changed daily but always fruit, continental, English and Greek. All very high quality. Pool Area: Relaxing vibe with plenty of comfortable sunbeds available and table service. Very attentive waiters. Very calm and peaceful and luxurious pool area. Location: Tucked away perfectly at the end of a quiet, urban road. It’s a peaceful spot but only about a 15-minute walk into Kos Town and the gorgeous harbor. It's out of the way enough to feel like a small oasis, but close enough to walk on and encounter some less touristy restaurants on the way down. Pro-Tip: Rental bikes are great. . Reception sorted ours out through a local company for just €5 a day. It cut the journey down to a 5-minute cycle into the old town. But the walk is flat and easy if you don't fancy the bikes, so you can't lose. Highly recommend this gem for a relaxing Kos getaway! Thank you all . 10/10
