The hotel is very nice and modern, the rooms are clean and large, the pool has nice views, but that's where the pluses end. This hotel is absurd. The hotel has 5 stars, but it doesn't even deserve 3. Let's start with the food, because it's the biggest minus of this hotel. There is very little choice for breakfast and everything is really very modest, cold, burnt or overcooked, little fruit, and when you go down for breakfast at 9 o'clock there will be nothing warm. Dinner is even worse. There are 3 dishes to choose from. I ordered duck which looked nice, but it was inedible. It was like rubber, you couldn't cut it. The dinner portions are a real joke, like for a baby. The hotel service is also not satisfactory. The service is only nice to you if you order a whole bottle of wine at dinner, and spend all your money in the hotel on drinks and beverages. The sauna and massage are also a scandal. The massage costs 80 euros for 80 minutes of massage, and the sauna is also charged 30 euros for 30 minutes. I have never encountered a sauna that was paid for. However, the food is the biggest minus. If you don't want to be hungry, you have to go to the city and buy food, because you won't survive on the hotel food. This hotel does not deserve 5 stars and I am very disappointed and disappointed for the price of this hotel. Absurd, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Absolutely Unforgettable Stay! My mum and dad recently stayed at Minos Ambassador Suites & Spa to celebrate my mum’s 60th birthday, and they honestly couldn’t have chosen a better place. They have said it was the best holiday they have ever been on, which says absolutely everything! From the beautiful surroundings and luxurious atmosphere to the exceptional service, every part of their stay was truly special. They came home feeling completely relaxed, pampered and full of wonderful memories. A very special shoutout to the restaurant assistants, Argyro and Kathreen, who were absolutely exceptional. Their kindness, warmth and attentiveness made such a lasting impression and went above and beyond to make my mum and dad feel so welcome and looked after. They truly helped make my mum’s 60th birthday celebration even more memorable. Thank you to everyone at Minos Ambassador Suites & Spa for making their holiday so incredibly special. My mum and dad are already talking about returning, and I can completely understand why! We couldn’t recommend this beautiful hotel and its amazing team highly enough.

Ho recentemente soggiornato al Minos Ambassador, la prima settimana di luglio, ed è stato sicuramente un soggiorno di buon livello, anche se con alcune migliorie da fare. Sicuramente il punto di forza è la stanza. Ci hanno assegnato la più grande, era pulita e ben tenuta, mentre il letto e i cuscini erano estremamente comodi. Molto apprezzato anche il minibar, sempre rifornito gratuitamente con bottiglie d’acqua. Unica pecca il rumore, visto che accanto all'hotel è presente una strada principale. Seppur la stanza sia insonorizzata, si sente comunque sopratutto di notte, nulla di così grave ma sicuramente si sente. Al nostro arrivo ci hanno accolto con grande gentilezza, offrendoci da bere durante il check-in. In camera abbiamo inoltre trovato una bottiglia di prosecco come omaggio di benvenuto, un gesto molto apprezzato che ci ha fatto sentire subito i benvenuti. Per quanto riguarda il cibo forse è l'aspetto in cui si perdono di più. Il buffet della cena cambiava solo in parte: alcuni piatti variavano, ma la proposta complessiva rimaneva molto simile durante la settimana. La scelta dei piatti principali invece era migliore, anche se comunque non raggiungeva livelli altissimi, direi medi. I dolci seguivano il buffet, quindi sempre uguali ma rifatti nei giorni in modo diverso giusto per far sembrare che cambiavano. Frutta non molto buona, e giravano moscerini intorno. Colazione non all'altezza di un 5 stelle. Mancava molto sulla parte del dolce, brioches non buone (suppongo industriali), pancakes gommosi, così come le altre proposte, anche il salato non era nulla di che e le cose erano sempre fredde/tiepide. Ti servivano spremuta, buona, e eventualmente il tè (di una marca di bassa qualità), e uova. Sicuramente in generale il cibo non è da 5 stelle (forse 3+/4), seppur ci siano diverse proposte la qualità generale è media, comunque accettabile per essere in Grecia. Abbiamo riscontrato un pò di mancanze per quanto riguarda il servizio, che in alcuni casi ci è sembrato molto approssimativo e non all'altezza. Sono sicuramente tutti gentili, ma in generale manca un pò di professionalità. Alcuni esempi: abbiamo chiesto che ci venissero portati degli accappatoi in quanto non erano stati cambiati, la prima volta non ci sono mai stati portati. Il giorno dopo stessa cosa, non c'erano e abbiamo chiesto, sono stati portati solo dopo un pò di tempo dopo la doccia. Una volta abbiamo chiesto ad una cameriera che dolci fossero presenti visto che mancavano le etichette, e non ha saputo risponderci. Chiedo un cucchiaio per i dolci (specificando quello piccolo) e mi viene portato lo stesso per i piatti principali. Nel ristorante, essendo in terrazza batteva il sole, c'erano degli oscuranti di legno, abbiamo chiesto se potevano mettercelo accanto al tavolo e non sono riusciti. Scrivo al concierge chiedendo info sulla tv e mi rispondono vagamente che non sanno nemmeno loro, altra volta mi rispondono con un'altra cosa non richiesta senza rispondere alla domanda principale. Poca attenzione anche ad alcuni dettagli, i vetri della piscina erano sporchi e abbiamo inoltre notato spesso piccioni e gabbiani che si avvicinavano alla piscina per bere l’acqua. È un dettaglio che, in una struttura di questo livello, credo meriterebbe maggiore attenzione Sono tante cose che alla fine possono succedere, però sicuramente in un 5 stelle non dovrebbero capitare. È stato nel complesso un ottimo soggiorno e tornerei volentieri. Tuttavia, credo che alcuni aspetti del servizio e della ristorazione debbano essere migliorati, perché al momento le cinque stelle sono pienamente giustificate dalla struttura, molto bella e moderna, ma meno dall’esperienza complessiva offerta.

Just returned home from an incredible holiday. This hotel is incredibly clean & the staff really do go out their way to help you, nothing is an issue! From the moment we arrived the staff looked after us. We only had B&B where there was plenty of choice to choose from. There was no sun beds wars which was a bonus & we never struggled to get one at the times we required them. It isn’t the biggest pool but adequate. The rooms are cleaned & towels changed daily. The location is a very short walk to the beach & not too far away from the restaurants & old town.

Das freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal sorgt in diesem stilvollen Hotel für eine rundum schöne Atmosphäre. Das Essen ist abwechslungsreich. Ergänzend zum Buffet gibt es täglich eine Menükarte, aus welcher der Koch die gewählten Essen frisch zubereitet. Sowohl der Geschmack als auch optisch war es jeden Tag aufs Neue ein Genuss. Die Junior Suite ist stylisch im Boho Stil eingerichtet. Außer an einem zusätzlichen Handtuchhalter fehlt es hier an nichts! Schön ist, dass das Hotel nicht hellhörig ist. Da das Hotel durch eine Straße zum Strand getrennt liegt, hört man diese natürlich bei geöffneter Balkontür, was aber nicht weiter dramatisch ist, da man ohnehin die Klimaanlage bei den Temperaturen nutzen muss. Zum Strand sind es zwei Minuten. In die Stadt ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Wir können das Hotel sehr empfehlen.

Just home after at fab week at this hotel. the staff, service, luxury and courteous staff made this holiday for us. A special thanks to Sophia in reception, Sophia in the bar and restaurant and the lovely Georgina in the Spa area.I had treatments with Stella and Christina. Both were really good. also a thanks to the maid who provided a wonderful service with a smile. thanks so much for a wonderful time Patricia and Adrian Kelly
