We spent 4 wonderful days at the hotel and everything was truly excellent. All the staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We felt completely at home throughout our stay. Special thanks to Maria K, who was especially kind and attentive, along with the rest of the team who were all very warm and professional. We would also like to express our appreciation to the kitchen staff. Thank you for your hard work every meal was delicious, with a different taste and quality each day. We really enjoyed the food.Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. Everything exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit, and we would definitely love to come back again.

This was our first stop on our trip to Crete, and we could not have asked for a warmer welcome. Many people say that the south of the island is the best place to stay, but the hospitality we experienced here was so exceptional that we would return without hesitation. From the moment we checked in, we were treated with genuine kindness and made to feel truly welcome. The staff paid attention to every detail and were always available whenever we needed assistance. Whether you need information, recommendations, or help arranging tours and activities, they are always happy to help. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to suit everyone's tastes and needs. We especially appreciated that they asked about allergies and dietary requirements from the very beginning, which made us feel well cared for. We also had dinner at the hotel, and the food was delicious. Combined with the beautiful views, both in the morning and at sunset, every meal became a special experience. What stands out most about this hotel is the people. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine care for their guests made a lasting impression on us and set the perfect tone for the rest of our trip. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. And once again, be proud of your job, your great service, your food and your culture! It really made us feel very welcomed in your Island! We would gladly come back again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Crete!

Tres bon sejour dans cette hotel, La situation géographique reste un peu éloignée des plus belle plage qui sont a l’opposé de l’ile, a 3, 4 heures de voiture. Quelques bemol sur le « 5 etoiles de l’hotel » Le bruit le matin c’est vraiment derangeant les agents de menage parlent super fort a 7h du matin devant votre porte ou alors frotte le sol a la meme heure donc si vous voulez profiter de vos vacances pour faire des grasse mat, oubliez Sinon chambre nikel, propre belle spatieuse piscine dans la chambre top Le restaurant pareil super bon variée divers propose du sans lactose mais pas de sans gluten. Derniere petite chose nous devions avoir un petit dejeuner a emporter vu notre check in tres tot mais la reception ne nous as rien donner dommage A part cela le personnel de l’hotel reste aux petits soins pour vous et respect vos demande

We had a very relaxing stay at this hotel. It’s small but that’s what makes it special as the staff make you feel like you’re part of the family. There were 2 absolute stand out staff that always went above & beyond & they were Maria.K & Georgio. Hope we got their names right. The tall bar guy could improve his social skills though..maybe just a smile or look up when seated at the bar. All in all we had a wonderful stay & would recommend if someone wanted a smaller boutique style stay this is the place for sure!

Besser geht nicht. Top Hotel . Service 1 a , wir waren vom 8.5.2026 - 14.05.2026 in diesem Hotel. Ein komfortabler, stilvoller Urlaub. Hotelmitarbeiter sprechen sämtliche Sprachen, sind aufmerksam und sehr sehr nett. Lesen einem jeden Wunsch von den Lippen ab. Die Hotelzimmer bzw. Suiten lassen keinen Wunsch offen. Die kulinarische Küche ist spektakulär. So einen tollen Urlaub erlebt man selten. Sehr empfehlenswert. Arne und Sonja Schröder aus Augustdorf. Komme gerne wieder. Danke an das gesamte Team.

Der Aufenthalt im Paralos Venus Suites war wunderschön. Das Hotel lädt zum Erholen ein, der Service - besonders das Team von Maria - ist herausragend. Solch eine Gastfreundschaft habe ich selten erlebt. Die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen, die Zimmer sind liebevoll gestaltet. Wir hatten zwei Suiten zum Pool und haben die 10 Tage sehr genossen. Herzlichen Dank für den tollen Service und den schönen Urlaub.
