Here is my honest review. The food offered variety and tasted good, but the kids’ menu was limited, repetitive, and often half empty if you arrived late. There was no staff available to take drink orders in that area, and it was difficult to find a waiter unless you went looking for one yourself. The kids’ section felt neglected. The Kids Club and Baby Club were unacceptable. They were consistently dirty, many of the toys were broken, and the floors left socks filthy at any time of day. My 12-month-old isn’t walking yet, so we initially used the Baby Club, but it had frequent, unreasonable closures despite being an unsupervised room that was also poorly maintained. We were forced to use the Kids Club because the Baby Club was often closed. In hot weather, keeping a baby confined indoors or outside for long periods is not practical. The beach and pool areas are poorly managed. Guests reserve sunbeds with towels, making it nearly impossible to find seating at any time. The area is disorganized and needs active staff management. I also felt there weren’t enough staff around to keep the area organized or assist guests. The hotel’s location is inconvenient. You cannot walk anywhere, so a car is necessary. Uber drivers frequently cancel, and when they don’t, fares are significantly inflated. Even hotel-arranged transport is overpriced. The on-site supermarket is extremely expensive—we paid about six times the normal price for baby wipes. Finally, while some staff members were friendly, the overall service did not meet the standard expected from a five-star hotel. The hotel seemed understaffed at times, which affected the service and overall experience. Overall, the hotel falls short of five-star standards. The rooms, room service, cleanliness, and level of service clearly do not reflect a true five-star resort.

Daha önceden konakladığımız için güncel yorumlara bakmadan hareket etmiştim ve şu an pişmanım. ŞikayetVAR'da ocak ayında bile hotelin sivrisinek sorunu olduğu halde çözmeyip yaz gelince sıcaklardan dolayı çoğaldığını söyleyen hotelden ne beklenirdi bilmiyorum. Her defasında sivrisinek sorununu arayıp söyledik hiçbir çözüm alamadık üstüne birde tavuk kümeslerinin oradan geliyor dendi bu bilgi misafiri ne kadar ilgilendiriyor acaba bilemiyorum ne yapalım biz mi temizleyelim? Fitness'dan çıkıp SPA salonunun önünden geçerken kendimi Ulus çarşısından geçiyor gibi hissediyordum SPA'nın önünden geçenlere sesleniyorlardı bu çok kötü bir durum. Odanın kornişlerinde örümcek ağları var, oda temizliğini buradan düşünebilirsiniz. Yemek çeşitliliği oldukça yetersiz. Birde buradan hotel yönetiminin misafirlere verilen yanıtları gördükçe (havuzdan kapılan hastalık, yemeklerden dolayı zehirlenme vs. konular) kendimi hotelde tamamen güvensiz hissettim bunun içinde erken ayrılmaya karar verip önceden ayrıldım. Fazladan 1 yıldızı ise mixology bölümündeki Mert ve C.Kazım isimli personeller için veriyorum bu iki personel aşırı ilgili ve güleryüzlü ellerinden geldiğince yardımcı olmaya çalıştılar. Diğer personellerden bir şey isterken suratları asılıyor cevap bile vermiyorlar. Bir daha IC grubunda tatil yapmak mı derseniz ASLA.

We had an amazing stay and couldn't recommend this hotel enough! We stayed in one of the Lake Villas, which was beautiful, spacious, and spotless. The cleanliness throughout the entire resort was exceptional, you could always see staff working hard to keep everything immaculate. The pools were crystal clear and very well maintained, and the beach was lovely too, with soft sand, plenty of space, and a peaceful atmosphere that never felt overcrowded. The food was absolutely incredible, with so much variety and consistently high quality throughout our stay. The whole resort has such a relaxing and tranquil setting, making it the perfect place to unwind. What really made our holiday, though, was the outstanding staff. Everyone was so friendly, attentive, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. A very special thank you to Emre. He truly made our holiday unforgettable. Such a lovely young man who always greeted us with a smile, nothing was ever too much trouble, and he did everything he could to make sure we were happy. His kindness, professionalism, and dedication are a real credit to the hotel. We had a fantastic holiday and will definitely be returning. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so special!

Eşim ve kızım (6yaş) ile birlikte 23-29 Temmuz 2026 tarihlerinde IC Hotels'in misafiriyiz. Antalya şehir merkezindeki ve denizdeki konumu çok iyi🫶👍 Çalışanların hepsi vazifelerini hakkıyla teslim ediyorlar. Her biri güler yüzlü, saygılı...Hele ekip liderleri mükemmel. Daha misafirin bakışından ne istediğini anlıyorlar ve hemen ekipten birini yönlendiriyorlar. Mesala resepsiyon arka kısmında bulunan kafenin yöneticisi Ali Bey ; " Bugün 27 Temmuz. Barda kahve ve soda söyledim kendime. Sonra pecete sordum. Arkadaki sehpadan alabileceğimi söylediler. Döndüm baktım benim içecekler hazırlanmamıştı ama kahve - soda ve peçeteliği götüremeyeceğimi anladım. İçecekleri götürüp tekrar gelip almayı planladım. Yönetici Ali Bey takip ediyormuş. İvedi yanıma geldi " efendim arzunuz nedir dedi" sonrada siz buyrun oturun ben hemen gönderiyorum dedi... Bir diğer örnek : Restoran ekip liderlerinden Hazal Hanım. 23 Temmuz gecesi gece yemeğine indik. Saat 24'e geliyor. Benim zero colam bitti. Tekrar bara gittim. Bardaki genç " şu an zero cola olmadığını veremeyeceğini" söyledi. Her daim harekette, denetimde ve tetikle olan Hazal Hanım uzak mesafeden takip etmiş olayı hemen yanıma geldi önce elemanları nazikçe payladı " müşteriye nasıl yok dersiniz. Nedir sorun?" dedi. Onlarda makinanın gazı bittiğini söylediler. Hazal Hanım bana döndü " lütfen kusura bakmayın aksaklıktan ötürü..siz buyrun yerinize geçin ben hızlıca gönderiyorum" dedi. Ben yerime gecerken genç elemanlara döndü bir destur daha çekti " hemen sorunu halledin misafirimizin talebini karşılayın. Bir daha misafire yok demeyin" dedi.. Bu iki olaydaki davranış çok küçük ayrıntı olabilir ama büyük kral hareket!! Daha sonra otel operasyon müdürü Ceyhan Sarıca Bey ile tanıştık. Sohbet ettik. Anladım ki "balık baştan kokar" sözü burada hayat bulmuş. Ceyhan Bey in nezaketi, misafirperverliği, samimiyeti tüm ekibe sirayet etmiş Otelin odaları da gayet kullanışlı. Aile için uygun. Sabah 7 den gece yani sabaha karşı 5 e kadar otelin bir yerlerinde yiyecek içecek servisi var. Her şey gayet lezzetli. Havuzlar çok güzel ve yeterli. Aqua Park hem büyükler hem de cocuklar için ayrı ayrı mevcut. Gayet keyifli. Hele çocuk oyun olanları mükemmel. Çocuklar çıkmak istemiyor Eğlencelerde gayet güzel Akşam çocuklara özel, ailelere özel ve daha ileri saatlerde yetişkinlere özel disco ile gayet başarılı aksiyonlar var. Barmenler çok başarılı talebinizi çok iyi anlıyor ve harika kokteyler hazırlıyorlar Misafirlerde Türk ve çok çeşitli milletlerden ama hep çocuklu aile Biz gayet keyifliyiz tavsiye ederiz.. Ama önemle vurgulamak isterim biz Antalya ya ETSTUR ile geldik. İlk Alanya da farklı bir otele gittik orası ETSTUR un verdiği bilgilerle alakası olmayan berbat bir yerdi. Kendi imkanlarımızla aynı gece IC HOTELS GREEN PLACE yi bulduk cebimizden tekrar ödeme yaparak buraya geldik. ETSTUR Hizmeti Antalya bölgesinde çok zayıf. We visited IC hotels end of May half term holidays. It's a beautiful resort. We were in the swim up rooms so we had VIP treatment. When we arrived we got special welcom drinks and snacks. The swim up rooms are definitely worth upgrading to. There are few kids clubs, for different ages, they are but smaller but nice (my children's age 12,9 &8)Arcades are charged for. Lots of pools so doesn't feel crowded, lush cocktails made. Food is good different variety every night. There's a kids area, so you get baby foods etc there. Beautiful resort. We will be back next year. IC Villas have their own private restaurant for swim room guests only, it's quite and the service is outstanding. There's a bar in there too, so you can grab your cocktails. They treat you so well, you can order a buggy and get a lift to the beach and IC hotels. It's only 5 min walk, we didn't mind it. Gluten free options are good, we informed reception before and they had it ready at restaurant. IC hotels restaurant can feel pretty crowded. Oh the pools were a little cold when we got in, but you get used to it. The weather was 24° on our first day, we were still in the pools, then it got to 27°hot. Beach areas have nice snacks like hot dogs, jacket potatos for take away etc Outstanding service from the team below. We are planning on going to IC santai in Belek and we will definitely be back next year. We were so well looked after. Kids club here is GREAT. Super spacious and clean. Staff are great. Mehmet plays with the kids like they're his little siblings, my boys loved it. Overall resort is amazing - built to completely serve families and children - super big so you dont feel claustrophobic and super clean and the ultra all inclusive package has been great. High quality food and a team of servers that can handle large crowds and volumes without showing a tiny bit of stress. Great resort- coming back next year.
