Beautiful beautiful resort with the most wonderful staff who are very friendly, welcoming and observant. Observant in a way they noted what drink and offered me a suggestion on a alternative to try which i loved. Rooms were very clean and well maintained and i loved their shower soap in the room. During our stay both me and my partner experienced a Spa treatment (Massage) and this was wonderful really helped us unwind for the holiday so we could truly relax and enjoy our time. Evening Entertainment was good but i think could be better. Also i think would be good to offer other entertainment during the afternoon. For Half board the buffet food was rather hit or miss and personally i ate better outside the resort. I found food ether under cooked or over cooked and lack of flavour to some dishes. Wish i could give it a 5 Star but i have to give 4 mainly because of the food and having a culinary background for a 5 star resort i expected better.

We came back from a lovely stay at king minos yesterday, by far the best family holiday we’ve ever been on! We had a minor issue with our door lock which they resolved swiftly, the staff work endlessly ensuring guests needs are always met. The cleanest and friendliest hotel just a few minutes walk from the local bars and shops. The food is beautiful with a different range every night catering for everyone even fussy eaters! Thank you, we hope to return!

We visited in mid-April and the hotel was wonderful. Since it was the shoulder season, it was incredibly relaxing and quiet. This made navigating the hotel a breeze; the layout is intuitive, and everything is easily accessible. The restaurant experience was particularly pleasant because it wasn't crowded - the food selection was great, and we never had to queue or rush, which I imagine might be different during the hectic peak season. Our room with a private pool was spacious, modern, and very clean. The amenities (coffee machine, kettle, etc.) were a nice touch, though the pillows were very thin like a pancake, which was the only minor downside to the room. The location is also perfect: a short walk to the beach and very close to local shops. You do have to travel out for any sightseeing. There is a little train which takes you around part of the island. However, the spa was a major disappointment. I paid a premium price for a massage that was supposed to be 60 minutes (including a 10-minute voucher extension), but the therapist was very half-hearted and I was in and out in just 40 minutes. The massage itself was uncomfortable; the therapist kept digging her thumbs into my neck even when I tried to move away. To make matters worse, the staff hands you a questionnaire and watches over you while you fill it in, which felt very intimidating when I just wanted to leave. When I reported the issues later, I was only offered 30 minutes in the sauna - a poor resolution for a ruined, expensive treatment. Summary: 5-star hotel and dining layout, but 1-star spa service. Stay for the rooms and the peace, but skip the treatments.

Achtung abzocke! Hier wird mit Bildern eines festen gemauerten Whirlpools geworben, welchen wir aufgrund unseres 2 Jahre alten Sohnes gerne zum Spielen gehabt hätten. Nach Ankunft findet man dann einen etwas besseren Baumarkt Whirlpool aus Kunststoff vor. Außerdem ist die Terrasse deutlich kleiner, auch ein Sofa ist nicht im Zimmer. Ein Beistellbett im Zimmer, welches nicht ein Gitterbettchen ist, hätte dazu geführt, dass man sich in dem Zimmer gar nicht mehr bewegen kann. Ein Tausch gegen ein Zimmer mit dem gebuchten Whirlpool war nicht möglich, weil unser Sohn erst zwei Jahre alt ist, deswegen bekommt man ein kleineres Zimmer. Wichtige entscheidende Personen sitzen lieber an der Bar und rauchen IQOS, als sich mit unserem Problem zu beschäftigen. Unser Sohn hat sieben Tage bei uns mit im Bett geschlafen. Das angebotene Tauschzimmer war quasi das gleiche, auch das verfügte nicht über ein Sofa, den Platz für ein großes Beistellbett, geschweige denn über den gebuchten Pool. Viel Geld für viel Enttäuschung. Man soll am nächsten Tag um 11 Uhr da sein um Hilfe zu bekommen und kann dann bis 11:30 Uhr in der Hitze mit Kleinkind warten. Bild 1 zeigt unseren Whirlpool, welcher laut des Hotels genau der gleiche ist wie der auf Bild 2. Man muss kein Architekt sein um zu sehen, dass hier ein gemauerter Whirlpool mit einem günstigen Kunststoff Whirlpool verglichen werden. Keine Hilfe seitens des Hotels. Bild 3 zeigt übrigens das Zimmer, welches für 3 Erwachsene ausgelegt sein soll. Man erklärte uns, da unser Sohn unter 21 ist würde uns kein größeres Zimmer laut System zustehen. Ok, aber wenn unser Sohn mit zwei Jahren nicht mehr in einem Säuglingsbett schläft, dann ist hier offenbar kein Platz um noch ein großes Bett reinzustellen, welches wir auch nie bekommen haben. Das kleine wurde zwar abgeholt, aber ein größeres bekamen wird nicht. Nie wieder hier hin. Das Personal im Restaurant ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

The hotel is very aesthetically pleasing and well kept. Your staff are all very lovely , warm and welcoming and are a credit to the hotel. Location is good with a supermarket about a 5 minute walk away . Food is very delicious especially the snickers dessert which was our favourite that we even wanted the recipe too. This was one of the best hotels we stayed in and we truly appreciate the experience we had with yourselves . Thank you to all that was involved in making our holiday special and we hope to visit again soon.
