Harika bir otel Daha önce 2022 ve 2024 de gelmiştik Aynı kalite devam ediyor Resepsiyonda İbrahim Sunar beye karşılama ve güzel bir oda için elinden geleni yaptığı için çok teşekkür ederim. Sayesinde tatilimiz daha güzel geçti. Yemekler lezzetliydi Kokteyllerde standart tutturulursa daha iyi olacak Kids club çok daha iyi olabilir. 1 gün kapalı olmasını beğenmedim. Çalışanlar izinli bile olsa çocuklar için kids club açık olsa olurdu Genel olarak oda ve otel temizdi Klimalar çok iyi çalıştı . Herkese tavsiye ediyorum

Merhaba, temmuz 4 gece konaklama tecrübemiz; Yemekte bölümü servis hizmeti kötü, tatilin son günüde havuz kullanmamıza rağmen eşim kusma ve ishal ile acile gittik , aynı dönem benzer şikayetle başka bir aile de vardı. Denizi kayalık sahilden direk girmek imkansıza yakın iskeleden açıktan girmeniz gerekli, küçük çocuklu yada sahil seven insanlar için uygun değil. Sahile direk içecek servis&bar yok otelin içindeki kıyı bara gitmeniz gerekli. İskelede de sadece soft içecek var. Otel girişinde bebekli ailelerin kullanımı sunulan ve talep edilen hizmetler karşılanmıyor. (Biberon ısıtıcı vb) Barut otellerinde kalmış birisi olarak ilk kez arum da kaldım hayal kırıklığıydı. Tekrar gitmem, tavsiyede etmem. İyiler: orta havuz bar personeli başarılı, lobby bar, oda temizliği, biz katılmadık ama gördüğüm kadarıyla havuz gün içi animasyon

We stayed at Arum Barut for one week in late May this year, and we had a truly wonderful experience. We would like to thank Room Manager Emre Erdem, who gave us a warm introduction to the hotel and personally showed us our room. From the very first moment we stepped inside Arum Barut, he made us feel genuinely welcome and at home. His hospitality set the tone for a fantastic vacation. A very special thank you to Meltem İleri from Guest Relations. She was incredibly kind, patient, and professional, always taking the time to help us with every request. We truly appreciated her warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care throughout our stay. Another heartfelt thank you goes to Irina from Guest Relations. Every day she greeted us with such kindness, warmth, and positive energy. She always made sure everything was perfect and that we were enjoying our stay. Her caring attitude made our holiday even more special. And finally, a big thank you to Ömer Çelik from the Pool Bar (I hope I read his name badge correctly!). He was truly the highlight of every visit to the bar. Whether I stopped by for a latte or a small bowl of nuts, he always welcomed me with a genuine smile, brightened my day, and somehow made every little coffee break feel special. It's people like Ömer who transform excellent service into heartfelt hospitality and leave guests looking forward to returning. Thank you to the entire Arum Barut team for making our stay so memorable. We left with wonderful memories and sincerely hope to return again in the future.

Absolutely amazing stay as a family with 2 children. Service and food was remarkable. I also used the hammam and spa and it was a very relaxing and positive experience. Only downside are the big rocks at the sea entrance which made it impossible for the kids to enter the sea and the sunbeds being all full by 11am unless you put your towels on them earlier. Other than that everything was faultless. We will definitely be visiting Barut hotels again.

Ein tolles Hotel, alle Bereiche wunderbar sauber und die Angestellten sind super freundlich. Das Frühstücksangebot ist super, das Buffet am Abend gut, genügend Auswahl aber nicht zu viel. Die Desserts sind die besten die wir je in der Türkei hatten! A la Carte Restaurants waren auch super. Vom Mittagessen waren wir nicht begeistert, da ist definitiv noch Luft nach oben, aber die Gözleme waren sehr gut. Die Cocktails schwanken ja nach Bar, aber trotzdem sehr gut. Es gibt internationale Spirituosen, diese haben wir aber erst nach einigen Abenden bekommen, als wir immer beim selben Angestellten bestellt hatten, das ist etwas schade. Die Poolanlage ist wunderschön und es gibt immer freie Plätze, am Strand ist ebenfalls genügend Platz.

Wir haben vom 05.06.- 15.06. unsere Flitterwochen im Arum verbracht und hatten eine wunderschöne, erholsame Zeit. Meine Schwiegermama hat vorab Kontakt mit dem Hotel aufgenommen und ihnen mitgeteilt,das wir frisch vermählt anreisen.🫶😍 Wir waren überwältigt von dem wunderschönen, liebevollen Flitterpaket 👌❤️🙏und bedanken uns recht herzlich,bei der Gästebetreuung dafür. Mit so einem Verwöhnprogramm hatten wir nicht gerechnet, DANKESCHÖN 🙏🙏 für die tolle Zeit ! 💓👌👌👌👌 Die gesamte Anlage ist wunderschön angelegt und super sauber. Dazu kommt das freundliche Personal. Unser Lieblingsplatz war die Strandbar,mit ihrer tollen Wohlfühlatmosphäre und der sehr bemühten , freundlichen Bedienung. Weiter sooo !!!
