I stayed at this hotel from June 28 to July 4 with my family. We are very pleased with the conditions in which we found it. The location of the hotel. The cleanliness and service. Outstanding hotel with excellent facilities. You can really tell you are in some place that is premium and you really get what you pay for. The room was in great condition and locally themed. Our room had a swimming pool and garden that was really well maintained. The grounds are kept to an excellent standard. This is not normal landscaping for a property this size, the whole place is lush with foliage and flowers around every turn and it must cost a fortune to maintain all of this. I see some people complaining about ants and other insects, this is just a byproduct of having a hotel with lush gardens surrounding all the rooms. The only other option would be to not have gardens or spray everything with pesticide constantly - I am happier to have the gardens personally and it was nice to see the place full of life (including lizards and cute little birds). Finally the food was excellent in the buffet, restaurant and the beach area. They are outstanding in this area and each evening they had really nice live performers which was a nice touch.

Wir haben mit unseren Kindern und Enkelkindern zum runden Geburtstag meines Mannes 10 unvergessliche Urlaubstage in diesem Hotel erlebt. Die Herzlichkeit und Freundlichkeit mit der wir in dem Restaurant bedient wurden, war einzigartig! Das Essen, als auch der Service konnten nicht besser sein. Die gemütlichen und stilvoll eingerichteten Zimmer: 2 Junior Garden Suiten und eine Familiensuite lagen wie gewünscht dicht beieinander. Auch die Zimmerreinigung, der Empfang an der Lobby, sowie der Service am Pool ließen keine Wünsche offen. Ein dickes Dankeschön an das gesamte Team!!!

Absolute Empfehlung, wenn man als Familie nicht auf der Suche nach einem Mainstream Hotel ist und kulinarisch nicht auf Masse, sondern auf Klasse steht. Wir hatten ein tolles und sehr geräumiges Zimmer/ Suite über zwei Etagen verteilt mit einer riesigen Dachterrasse samt Whirlpool. Der abendliche Turndown Service war ganz toll & auch bei der Ankunft erwartete uns eine kleine Überraschung auf dem Zimmer. Ebenso bei der Abreise bekamen wir ein Präsent des Hauses - sehr liebevoll! Das Servicepersonal des gesamten Hotels stach positiv hervor. Total hilfsbereit zu jeder Zeit! Das einzige Manko ist der Strand. Jedoch ist der an vielen anderen Orten Kretas genauso. Spaziergänge sind sehr gut möglich und auch das Baden ist problemlos, Badeschuhe sind empfehlenswert. Der Pool war Ende Oktober recht kalt, es kostete etwas Überwindung. Gegenüber des Hotels gibt es zahlreiche Shops für den täglichen Bedarf, mehrere Autovermietungen und der Aquapark des Nachbarresorts kann ebenfalls kostenfrei genutzt werden. Wir würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder besuchen.

Our recent stay at Caramel Hotel was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with their genuine hospitality and readiness to respond to all our requests. Their friendly demeanor added to the warm and inviting atmosphere of the hotel. The calm vibes prevalent throughout the property created a perfect retreat from our busy lives. We particularly enjoyed the evening buffet, which was nothing less than a culinary delight. The spread was rich, diverse, and catered to all our tastes, making it a highlight of our stay. Another fantastic experience was the performance by a local band near the pool. Their music created an enjoyable ambiance, enhancing our relaxation as we lounged by the water. Additionally, our kids had a blast at Grecoland! The crew there was fantastic, providing fun activities that kept the children entertained, allowing us some much-needed downtime. Overall, our experience at Caramel Hotel was memorable, and we can't wait to return for another blissful getaway! Highly recommend for families and couples alike!
