While the hotel offers classical architecture, spectacular views, and a magnificent pool area, the overall guest experience falls short of true 5-star luxury standards. The staff members are friendly and polite, but there is a clear gap in hospitality training and high-end service execution. Friendly attitudes cannot compensate for an inability to accommodate standard guest requests, such as room preferences and basic family needs during a vacation. Outside of a decent, standard breakfast buffet, the culinary offerings were subpar for a resort of this tier. One of the most disappointing aspects was a recommended transportation service that felt untrustworthy. Charging €60 for a ride into town is already steep, but the situation turned unprofessional when their card terminal failed and the driver accused us of dodging payment to pressure us into paying cash. A genuine 5-star hotel should not associate with or recommend third-party services that operate this way. A high-end beach resort must deliver seamless comfort, service, and problem-solving. Unfortunately, this stay lacked the polish and ease required at this price point, and I would not return.

Overall, the hotel is lovely and I really enjoyed my stay. The location, service, and overall atmosphere were great. However, I think the hotel should replace the towels as they were very worn out. Also, the room cleaning service could be improved as it was not up to the same standard as the rest of the hotel. Fixing these details would make the experience even better.

We had amazing 5 days at this resort. Our room was spacious with stunning views of the sea. The property is so well maintained with glorious gardens. We often stay in great resorts but the stand out here is the hardworking attentive staff. They were so welcoming. A shout out to Fotina and Laura at the front desk and Eniana who was cleaning our room.

Very bad beginning with communication problems at the reception and spent two hours to finally get access to the room but after that we managed to relax and enjoy fully our stay in the hotel, the service was kind and caring, especially Ana María, a Lovely and shining person. Almost wanting to go back there only for her service and brightful aura. As a manager you can’t expect more from one of your team member !

During my visit of Corfu I stayed at the Corfu Imperial. I have to say that it truly deserves it's 5 stars. The rooms are big and clean. Everything necessary is provided there. There are a lot of swimming pools and the sea is very near. The staff are polite and helpful which is not always the case in Greece unfortunately... Of course it's expensive, but I recommend it.

The hotel is beautiful, but what truly makes it stand out is the incredible team who made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for every single day. A heartfelt thank you to AnneMaria and Leta at reception, whose warmth, professionalism and attention to detail made every interaction a pleasure. To Cresa, the Restaurant Manager, thank you for ensuring every dining experience was perfect and for making us feel so valued. A special thank you to Stavroula, who managed the Italian Trattoria at lunchtime. She always paid special attention to us and made every visit feel personal and memorable. To Allessio, the Pool Manager and evening host, thank you for being the most gracious host anyone could ask for. Your warmth, energy and genuine care for every guest made each day by the pool and every evening truly special. Thank you also to Rajun, who had our sunbeds and umbrella perfectly prepared every day before we even had to ask. It was those thoughtful touches that made such a difference. Finally, a huge thank you to Effy, the Hotel Room Manager. Any request was dealt with promptly, professionally and with a smile. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and your attention to detail gave us complete peace of mind throughout our stay. To the entire team, thank you for creating memories we'll never forget. We leave feeling like we were treated as family rather than guests, and we cannot wait to return.
