Do NOT book this hotel without reading this first. The biggest issue is one they conveniently forget to mention anywhere. Not on Google, not on Agoda. There is no road access to this hotel. No taxis, no songthaews, not even boats at late hours. So tell me how to do your excursions? Going out for dinner? Or just visiting another place? You are, quite literally, stranded. We found this out after arriving. Once you're there, you're stuck. No information was given in advance, no warning on any booking platform, nothing. That's not a quirky island experience. That's deliberately withholding information that directly affects your freedom to move. And the hotel itself? Nothing redeems it. The overall experience matched the welcome: poor. If you're considering booking, ask yourself whether you're comfortable paying to be trapped somewhere with no exit plan. We weren't, and we didn't get to choose. — Update following the owner's response — The property suggested we should have stayed in Tonsai pier if we wanted to "go out." Nobody asked for shops or a busy beach. We asked for the basic ability to leave and return freely. That is not a city expectation. That is the minimum any accommodation should offer. More importantly, their response does not address the actual issue: none of this was disclosed on any booking platform. Suggesting we should have stayed elsewhere is not a resolution. It is an admission that the listing was incomplete.

We are currently enjoying a 3-day stay at Phi Phi Natural Resort with our 3-year-old daughter, and it has been a wonderful experience. The property is exceptionally clean, hygienic, and well-maintained. A few highlights from our stay: Service: The staff is professional and provides very quick responses to any request. Amenities: The transport system within the resort is excellent. Shuttles run every few minutes, and the staff often provides on-demand service directly to the room. The swimming pool is well-kept and great for families. Atmosphere: The resort is full of lush plantations and natural beauty. There is a dedicated sunset viewpoint with swings and chairs that offers a very quiet, serene environment. Activities: The snorkeling areas directly around the resort are excellent. Dining: As vegetarians, we were very impressed. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of options, and the dinner menu at the restaurant is equally accommodating. If you want to enjoy nature without sacrificing service or amenities, this is the place to be. Love from India!

Phi Phi Natural is the northernmost resort on the island, requiring a 30 minute long tail boat ride from Tonsai Pier after the ferry shuttle from the mainland. But this slight extra leg is 100% worth it! The reason we love this part of the island is because of the remoteness. The rooms, service, and food at Phi Phi Natural are excellent: you don’t feel at all like you are remote except that you have privacy, beaches mostly to yourself, easy snorkeling even off the beach of the resort, and tons less traffic of boats and people like other parts of the island. We highly highly recommend this area of Phi Phi and specifically this resort of Phi Phi Natural. The private suite of rooms with a pool on the back deck overlooked the ocean! Perfect!

Personnel très gentil qui ont été réactif quand nous avons demandé un surclassement. Notre nouvelle chambre était incroyable avec vue sur la mer et juste au dessus de la plage privée. Le resort est très jolie mise à part les deux bâtiments du haut et le petit déjeuner à améliorer, le reste est très bien avec la piscine et la plage qui permet de faire du snorkeling, à noter une petite supérette très pratique. L'endroit est excentré de la ville mais c'était voulu, obligé de prendre le bateau d'Andaman wave master depuis Krabi, bien faire attention à ce point.

Notre cottage était parfaitement situé. Spacieux et très propre. Avec une vue à couper le souffle. Personnel extrêmement gentil. Petit déjeuner correct. Agréable piscine donnant sur la mer. Et superbes spots de snorkeling. Balade par un sentier asphalté jusqu'à Phi Phi Village très sympas et chouettes bars et restos sur place. Seul petit bémol, il y a des déchets le long du sentier qui longe la mer et qui mène aux cottages. Dommage que l'hôtel ne prévoit pas le ramassage de ces détritus. Mais nous garderons le souvenir d'un endroit magique que ce soit au lever du soleil ou au coucher du soleil ❤️

Its nice. Foods pretty good, rooms are ok and the beds are not the usual poured concrete bases that you get in most of the cheaper places around Thailand. The rooms are well laid out and fairly spacious. Showers are passable as is the aircon. The views are really good.. there's a dump boat on the beach where all the islands rubbish goes but you can't smell it. The beaches are lovely and the sea is warm. As you would expect, food and drink are not mainland prices, e.g. a large beer here is 180 not 100-140. Dinner is about 30-40% more here than on the mainland for the same dishes. Overall, we really like it here. Lots of nice people, some with families, lots of boats waiting to whisk you off to a local island or beach (you have to get a boat here), you can walk to the main town which takes an hour but it's hard work in this heat (31). There are 6 or 7 bars / restaurants along the beach and prices vary. All the food is good. Don't worry about how the kitchens look. Broadband/ WiFi is no good / non existent buts that pretty normal for this price range.
