Stay one night with family on HB. Overall memorable stay at a beautiful oceanfront location. Stunning ocean view through the room balcony.expansive pool area added more value to the view. Pool vibe is at its best in the evening sunset. Impressive buffet spread for dinner and the breakfast with choices for both local and western tastes. Rooms are a bit dated and could use a modern refresh. A warmer, more welcoming attitude from the team would definitely improve the overall experience. Despite a few flaws, highly recommended this oceanfront hotel.

Very nice hotel with a perfect location ! The view is incredible! The rooms are nice and confortable. The staff is very helpfull and caring. Especially Lasan in the restaurant who was very professional and took good care of us. And also Lakshan who made up our room every morning with a special care for the kids (very nice elephant in towel). To be improved: The bathrooms are outdated and need to be refurbished.

An Unforgettable Stay – Truly Special! We recently stayed at Hikka Tranz by Cinnamon, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel is in a fantastic location, offering stunning views and easy access to everything you need for a perfect getaway. What really sets this place apart, though, is the incredible hospitality. The staff are exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond with their amazing service, making us feel genuinely welcomed and special throughout our entire stay. A huge, heartfelt thank you to Dinesh, Tharushi, and Ranjith! Their warm smiles, attentiveness, and flawless service truly made our trip unforgettable. They are absolute gems! On top of the top-notch service, the food was absolutely delicious with a fantastic variety of flavors that we looked forward to at every single meal. We can’t recommend Hikka Tranz enough and can’t wait to come back. Thank you for making our holiday so special!

We had a fantastic holiday at Hikka Tranz by Cinnamon. The hotel exceeded our expectations, and everything from the hospitality to the facilities was excellent. The food was outstanding, with a great variety and exceptional quality throughout our stay. As we were celebrating our honeymoon, we were delighted to find our room beautifully decorated. A special thank you to Mr. Tharanga for the wonderful room decoration, which made our stay even more memorable. We would also like to express our appreciation to Mr. Nalaka and Mrs. Renuka from the restaurant team. They provided exceptional service, warmly welcomed us, and ensured that we were well taken care of throughout our stay. Thank you to the entire team for making our honeymoon so special. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again in the future. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel in the Down South. The service was exceptional from start to finish. A special thank you to Thathsara and Dilukshii at the Front Office, and Uditha, Thanugsha, and Amarakeerthi from the restaurant for their warm hospitality and outstanding service. They were always friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful, making our stay truly memorable. We are also grateful to all the other staff members who went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. Thank you for an amazing stay—we look forward to returning!
