This hotel has been a great experience. All the staff are so attentive and kind and go above and beyond to make sure that you’re having a great experience. Dewar looked after our room and made sure it looked amazing and super clean each day. Thank you to everyone working here, you made our stay very enjoyable.

If you are looking for a hotel in a great location with lovely staff then look no further. But if you are after a hotel with a few more thrills this is not it. The hotel is a bit tired and rooms lack conveniences like drawers and a plug socket in the bathroom. The rooms at night even with air conditioning are a bit warm, especially if you are a fan of a cold room. But considering how close you are to all the action you dont hear alot of noise especially if you invest in ear plugs. Staff are helpful and friendly and the breakfast options are great, even gluten free items. This is a great hotel for a solo guest but if you are wanting more luxury I would try somewhere else. Overall enjoyed my stay.

From the moment I first chose this hotel, I already knew it was a great hotel and perfectly suited to our needs. We were given a room on the same floor as the breakfast area and swimming pool, so we didn't need to go up and down between floors, which was very convenient. The room was spacious, with comfortable wooden flooring. The bathroom was also well-maintained and pleasant to use. The location is strategic and convenient. The breakfast selection was good and well-balanced. The housekeeping service was excellent—clean, tidy, and efficient. While we were having breakfast, our room was cleaned, so when we returned everything was already finished and neatly arranged. What impressed us most was that their way of cleaning and organizing the room was different from what we usually experience at other hotels. The attention to detail made the room feel especially comfortable and well-maintained. There is only one small point that could be improved. Since our room was on the 5th floor, the roof became quite noisy during heavy rain at night. If possible, it may be worth considering improvements to the roofing to help reduce the noise. I hope the hotel will continue to improve and become even better in the future. Thank you for the excellent experience.

I had a wonderful stay at Aston Canggu Beach Resort. The bed was amazingly comfortable, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the food was great. Breakfast was especially delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. The location is superb — close to everything and perfect for enjoying Canggu. I would happily stay here again! Yogik did an amazing job cleaning my room. Everything was spotless, tidy, and beautifully presented. I really appreciated her attention to detail and the care she put into making the room feel fresh and comfortable. Thank you, Yogik!

We had an amazing stay at Aston Canggu Beach Resort. Ryan, our room attendant, was incredibly kind, attentive, and always made sure our room was spotless and comfortable. His personal touch and warm hospitality really made our trip special. The rooftop restaurant staff were also fantastic — friendly, professional, and always welcoming. The food, atmosphere, and service were excellent every day. Thank you to the whole team for making our holiday so enjoyable. Highly recommended!

This was the best hotel experience in this category. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, especially the gentleman at the reception and Ryan from housekeeping. Thank you, guys — you are all amazing. The breakfasts here are truly luxurious. The rooms are tidy and very clean; the towels are white and smell wonderful. I believe they use bleach, which is very important for hygiene. The rooms are very quiet — I chose a quiet-side room and it was perfect. There is also a great pool on the rooftop with beautiful views. The beach is just a 2–3 minute walk away.
