我不常留review，但這間飯店太讓我驚艷，我必須寫點什麼表達我的感謝。 我是一個旅行超過四十個國家、住過不少五星飯店的人，沒有一間飯店的服務讓我感受到像Bespoke這樣的暖心。這間飯店不大，但所有的服務品質非常有質感。首先，大部分的工作人員英語都非常好，不像是越南其他飯店很多英語溝通困難。 接待我們的人叫做Mei，她不只讓我們感受到她對顧客無比的貼心，在小細節上更是讓我們暖心到感動（她的貼心舉動具體內容我就不贅敘，你們要親自感受這份溫暖）。 我們從河內坐夜車來回sapa，出發前即使當天早上已經checked out，他們還是提供shower 讓我們在晚上搭車前能夠洗澡再舒服的上火車，從Sapa 夜車回河內的那天一早到河內，我們要搭晚上的飛機回家，他們居然也願意讓我們寄放行李，讓我們能夠無顧慮的去市區晃晃再回來拿行李搭飛機，他們不同於其他飯店，其他飯店可能服務也很好，但他們更是把我們當家人，站在我們的鞋裡為我們著想和安排，非常非常的令人難忘。 我們一行人到現在還在說，以後到河內，一定要回去這間飯店住，也看看已經像朋友的工作人員了，我在這裡真的感受到被照顧的感覺，好喜歡。真心推薦給你們！ btw，除了這些之外，Bespoke Trendy Hotel的地理位置極佳，就在河內老城區裡，走路可以到達所有河內的景點，離大家都會去的火車街更是只有三分鐘走路，附近也非常多美食，好愛好愛！ 再次謝謝所有的工作人員的照顧，期待再和你們相會

本身想在booking.com寫review,但等了一天還是無法寫。 首先免費升級了房間，真的看大，基本上可四人入住。酒店設計新穎、舒適。服務人員全部都很主動、友善，入住時有歡迎飲品，而且有一張手寫的咭給我們，離開時亦會送小禮物，可以為我們安排交通，每一個細節都安排得得細心。每天都會安排房間清潔，房價便宜，還包含早餐，早餐亦十分美味，每天食物也有點不同。位置方面，鄰近火車街，都挺方便。曾經有評論寫聽到火車聲，也許是真的，但火車班次本身不頻密，而且通常都不是睡覺時間經過，因此不刻意聽是聽不到。反而聲音方面，門的隔音不算非常好，如果對面房間的人不斷出入是聽到的，我們第一天入住沒有這問題，但之後兩天都有少許聲音的問題，因此視乎自己的運氣，對聲音太敏感的人或許要留意。另外一個小問題是沒有一次性拖鞋，但可以自行攜帶。 但總的來說，性價比非常高，如果再到河內，仍會優先考慮入住。😊

Stayed for 4 nights in May 26 during an extremely hot period in Hanoi. The hotel's location in the Old Quarter is a major advantage, with plenty of good food options within walking distance. I booked a suite room mainly because many hotels in Hanoi lack proper windows, and I was happy to have a room with an outside view. The room itself was clean and tidy, but it was not particularly quiet. The walls seemed quite thin, so noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway could often be heard. The elevator was also quite noisy, making it difficult to sleep whenever it was in use. My room was on the 11th floor while the elevator only went up to the 10th, requiring an extra flight of stairs. One evening around 10 PM, there was a power outage without any information and it took more than an hour for the generator to start. Some guests had to walk down the stairs and wait in the lobby, which was quite disruptive. In addition, the air conditioning needed some time to cool the room whenever I returned from outside. Breakfast offered a good variety of choices, although the taste was fairly average. On the positive side, the staff were genuinely friendly and did their best to address the inconvenience caused by the blackout, even offering a complimentary airport shuttle as a gesture of goodwill. Their effort and hospitality were much appreciated.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi! What truly sets this place apart is their world-class staff and hospitality, which made my stay absolutely unforgettable. A massive shoutout to Ly Nguyen, the absolute MVP of the hotel! From the moment I checked in, she went above and beyond. She introduced me to Hanoi’s top attractions and local food spots, and to make things even easier, she added me on WhatsApp and sent over all the Google Maps locations. She checked in on me daily to ensure my trip was going smoothly. Ly is incredibly detail-oriented and made everything so seamless. Even on the day I left for the airport, though she wasn't on duty, she thoughtfully arranged for her colleague to pass me a sweet farewell gift. As for the hotel itself, while it might not be the newest property in town, it is incredibly comfortable. They offer a great pillow menu, and the bed provided an amazing night's sleep. The breakfast selection isn't massive, but it’s a case of quality over quantity—everything was simple, fresh, and delicious. The location is also unbeatable. It’s tucked away in a quieter spot but still central ("quiet yet bustling"), with most major city attractions within a 10-minute walk. On top of that, every single staff member I encountered was warm and helpful. This hotel offers incredible value for money. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you the team for such a wonderful experience!

The hotel is 2 steps away from Train street in the old quarter. Out of all the hotels I stayed in Vietnam this one had the best service. The breakfast was especially excellent because they had a free menu service with additional items. They also had a buffet option as well. Tons of food options around the hotel as well. Didn't get a chance to explore the hotels amenities so I can't comment on that but there is spa next door. The staff asked us when we were leaving for the airport which was prior to the breakfast time so they prepared a breakfast gift box for us anyway; which was a nice touch. They even called us in the morning to inform us the food was ready. The common theme with hotels in vietnam seem to be a slow elevator which is also present here with one elevator so I would recommend getting a room on a lower floor. This will give you quick access to the stairway. The room we stayed in had a separate toilet and shower which was nice. And everything was very clean. When we needed extra amenities staff were quick to send it to our room. Room was air conditioned. Overall I would highly recommend staying here

Having stayed in hotels of all sizes around the world, our few days at Bespoke Trendy Hotel Hanoi truly showed me what exceptional care and thoughtful service mean. Beyond being safe, clean, and conveniently located, what touched us the most was the warmth of every staff member here. Everyone was incredibly kind and friendly, always smiling, and genuinely willing to offer help and local recommendations. A very special thank you to Mei—she was professional, patient, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. She treated each of us like family, and her kindness was genuinely heart-melting. We were deeply moved. If I come back to Hanoi, I will definitely choose to stay here again. I already miss everyone at Bespoke so much.
