We had an amazing stay in the Family Suite! The room was spacious, clean, and perfect for a family. Everything was very well maintained, and we felt welcome from the very first moment. The atmosphere in the hotel was relaxing and very family-friendly, allowing both us and the kids to fully enjoy our vacation. A special thanks to Edi, our tour guide to the village. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and shared a lot of interesting information. Thanks to him, the excursion became one of the highlights of our trip. We would also like to compliment Adhit at the reception. He was always helpful, welcoming, and made sure everything went smoothly throughout our stay. In addition, the ladies at the kids club deserve special recognition as well. They were kind, energetic, and absolutely wonderful with the children. Our kids were excited to go there every single day! We highly recommend this hotel for families looking for comfort, excellent service, and a wonderful experience in Bali.

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. We truly appreciated the amazing staff – from the housekeeping team and breakfast staff to the security guards, maintenance team, and everyone else we had the pleasure of meeting. You always welcomed us with a smile, greeted us warmly, and took the time to chat with us, which made us feel so welcome throughout our stay. The pool area is beautiful, and the entire resort is peaceful and relaxing. Thank you for making our holiday so special. We hope to return one day! Suci & Puspa at the spa was also great 😊 A special thank you as well to the photographer at the hotel, who took absolutely beautiful photos. They are wonderful memories that we will treasure for years to come.

Ja meine Gruppenreise über 14 Tage unternommen, sind neun Tage davon in Java unterwegs gewesen und die restlichen Tage auf Bali zum Schluss noch ein herrlichen Badeurlaub in Novotel Bali, was ich jeden nur empfehlen kann! Die Zimmer sind hervorragend und wunderschön eingerichtet. Jeden Morgen gibt es ein Room Service. Das Personal ist sehr höflich freundlich und zuvorkommend und die gesamte Anlage ist wunderschön. Ich habe dreimal hintereinander das Paar besucht und mich dreimal massieren lassen jeweils für anderthalb Stunden.Tini Meine Masseurin hat ein hervorragende Job gemacht, äußerst höflich, äußerst zuvorkommend, äußerst professionell. Ich hab mich rundum wohl gefühlt. Alles in allem bedanke ich mich für einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und für die äußerst zuvorkommende und höfliche Behandlung!!!

I really enjoyed my stay at Novotel Bali Benoa. The beach view is stunning, the room was comfortable, and the vibe of the hotel is super relaxing. The reservation process was easy and well-handled, so everything felt well-prepared even before I arrived. Big shoutout to the receptionist who made the first impression amazing! They were cheerful, welcoming, and very helpful, making the check-in fast and hassle-free. Their friendly attitude instantly made me feel at home. Overall, a lovely experience and definitely a place I’d love to come back to!

Super hotel! Les chambres sont tres propre,il y a 2 piscines dont une proche de la mer.Les restaurants sont à recommander ,quand au petit déjeuner il ne manque rien! Le personnel est très agréable,toujours avec le sourire

Great experience! There are plenty of activities available at the hotel. A special shout-out to Ediana for the great selection of free activities, such as morning stretching and aqua aerobics classes, which are perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The hotel is an ideal place to disconnect from everyday life, relax, and truly enjoy some peaceful time away from it all. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating stay!
