Good family stay, but lacks the 5-star touch for long stays We stayed here for two weeks as a family of four (with two children). Overall, it was a correct and decent stay, but several details fell short of what you would expect from a 5-star resort. The Positives: Kids Club & Staff: Our children enjoyed the friendly staff and the creative activities, which always started on time. Facilities & Shuttle: The hourly beach shuttle was very practical (though it’s also an easy 20-minute walk), and housekeeping kept the room clean daily. The Negatives & Areas for Improvement: Lack of attention for long stays: We felt the hotel is mostly geared toward short stays. No special care was shown for our 14-night stay, and being strictly charged 100,000 IDR for an accidentally broken glass at checkout felt a bit petty. Organization issues: We booked a bike tour, arrived early, and were told to wait in the lobby, but the team completely forgot about us. Daily life details: There was very little entertainment during the day or evening, so there is not much to do except walk to the nearby Bali Collection mall. Also, while the creative activities at the kids club were great, the rest of the time the children were mostly left playing on video game consoles. Food & Housekeeping: Breakfast was good but felt repetitive after two weeks. On-site dining prices are quite high, close to Parisian standards. Finally, housekeeping frequently made mistakes, leaving only 2 towels instead of 4 after changing them. Conclusion: A decent hotel with good points, but these accumulated minor issues justify why it doesn't fully feel like a true 5-star experience yet.

Currently staying at the Marriott for 8 days, Rooms aren't sound proof can hear every noise in hall and joining rooms, staff try there hardest to please and are nice and pleasent. Facilities clean and pools clean but dated, spa pool doesn't even work as it should. We payed all inclusive meals and drinks package, well what a surprise we got you are dictated to what you can eat, 1 appetizer, 1 main,1 desert for lunch and dinner. Pay extra for steak from the grill,You can not even eat in the Dapur Santai Restaurant all inclusive it's 30% off your meal price on all inclusive package. Only local spirits for cocktails also which is pretty bad on an all inclusive package especially at 5 star hotel. This Marriott falls extremely short for all inclusive compared to the Marriott Merlin Beach Phuket where you can get unlimited food across the day this means snacks, main meals,deserts and you can order multiple of anything you want and at every restaurant and eatery on the property. I personally will never come back to this Marriott and will be recommending to everyone I know that this Marriott has fallen short, Was thinking of coming back for business trip with approx 20-25 guests but it won't be happening will be going to Merlin Beach Phuket Marriott, So disappointed as I chose to stay here as I thought all inclusive was all inclusive but not at this resort so unhappy I just didn't go back to Merlin Beach Marriott where all inclusive is exactly that. Хороший отель. Номер (1 King Bed, Garden View) просторный, большой санузел с ванной и душевой. Чайник, мини холодильник, стаканы, кружки. Ежедневно пополнялось на 2 персоны - чай, сахар, растворимый кофе, 2 бутылки воды и также 2 бутылуи в ванной комнате. Большой шкаф, гладильная доска, утюг. Балкон с двумя креслами и столиком, сушилкой для белья. Большой бассейн, можно также пользоваться бассейном соседнего отеля Marriot. До пляжа и обратно ходит бесплатный шатл каждый час, но можно дойти и пешком, вдоль берега есть асфальтированная дорожка или прогулятся по песку вдоль океана. Пляж небольшой, чистый, работает бар. В шаговой доступности от отеля (до 20 минут прогулочным шагом) ТЦ Bali Collection до него также можно добраться на бесплатном шатле. Рядом с отелем огромное количество ресторанов, минимаркет с набором снеков и напитков, небольшие магазинчики с сувенирами. Обменник в отеле с хорошим курсом (во время нашего прибывания курс был выгоднее чем в обменниках в районе). Карта unionpay от РСХБ работает (июль 2026) впрочем как и во всех магазинах и ресторанах в районе Нуса-Дуа. Немного дёгтя: принесли "новые" халату на замену вместе с бельём, халаты были очень потрепаны и с дырами.

Nice hotel with a few pools and a lazy river. Two Marriott properties share the facilities but you are free to utilize either water amenities - though pool towels need to come from the property you are staying at. Rooms were nicely furnished and it was comfortable. Staff were friendly and courteous. They do not have a beach on site, but provide an hourly shuttle to their beach location. They have beach chairs and umbrella with light food and drink service available. The chairs area had umbrella but not umbrella you could take closer to the waters). So it was hot even when we went in the morning, it was unbearable. Plus the sand was coarse. There was trash all over the seaside. The only thing that made our one hour at the beach fun was getting to look at sea creatures due to the low tide and some tide pools.

Beautiful room, with thoughtful design, made special with the fresh coconut cut open and ready to drink. The towel in a shape of an animal was a cute touch as well. The restroom has a separate bath, enclosed by rocks that give it the extra look and feel of luxury. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Only complaint comes in the wrong timing, as their is construction limiting direct walking access to the beach, with only an hourly shuttle available for transit to and from the beach. Be sure to check the tides schedule, as low tide at that section of the beach makes it impossible to enjoy the water.

Brilliant family-friendly resort! Modern & clean environment, spacious room with super comfy beds, beautifully landscaped swimming pools, attentive service. Also value for money. Additional set of swimming pools with lazy river at the back, besides the large main one with poolside bar. We swam many times! Definitely a highlight. Top notch customer service- my mum had a fall at the side road, besides running to her with prompt assistance, staff also followed up the next day during breakfast to see if she needed medical attention. Their service is really good. Location - although not directly at beachfront, reasonably near to the beach and a street with plenty of restaurants if you get bored with hotel dining. Activities - many in-resort activities throughout the day, and a kids club to keep kids occupied, including bunny feeding. The only con I can think of is their Beach Club located 3min away by shuttle is kinda limited, just some deck chairs on the sand with a limited menu. Would love to stay here again next time we’re in Nusa Dua. Thanks Courtyard team!
