⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 – An unforgettable stay! Our stay at Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa exceeded every expectation. Everything was simply perfect from the moment we arrived until the day we left. The food was absolutely outstanding. Every meal was delicious, with an excellent variety of high-quality dishes. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, everything was fresh, beautifully prepared, and full of flavor. What truly made this hotel exceptional was the incredible staff. Every single person we met—from the concierge team and front desk staff to the restaurant servers, beach attendants, and the amazing team at the Lobby Bar—was genuinely kind, welcoming, professional, and attentive. Their warm smiles and willingness to help made us feel valued every day. The level of hospitality here is truly world-class. The hotel itself is beautiful, with stunning tropical gardens, a peaceful atmosphere, and a wonderful beachfront that is perfect for relaxing. A huge thank you to the entire team for making our vacation so special. We will definitely be back and will happily recommend Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa to anyone looking for an exceptional stay in Bali.

From the time that we arrived till the day we sadly had to leave, it was a fantastic experience Staying in the palace club was a different experience for us . It was one that we thoroughly enjoyed. There were many staff who we interacted with in both the palace club, the restaurants and the bars who were always helpful and friendly. However, some staff of note for us were Dian, Ayu and Made .They were genuinely interested in how we were going ,how our experiences were - asking if there was anything else that they could do to make our stay even better. Very thoughtful and it was the little things that they noticed that made you feel extra special that I preferred to let my tea brew and not pour it straight away that I liked my poached egg not really runny. Made with his coffee art made us and other guests smile He is particularly talented and it’s a wonderful way to engage with guests. I’d also like to thank the general manager who put on the cocktail party on the Thursday night 9 April ,it was a lovely function and I enjoyed speaking with the people from the lab grown diamonds and Maary. I was just so sorry I didn’t get to thank him in person. The fire show and the Le Gong dancing was fabulous and the extensive array of food on offer was delicious. Thank you for making us stay so memorable We look forward to coming back.

We travelled as family for a one week stay at Nusa dua beach hotel. It was a fantastic resort and cant wait to return. The food at every restaurant was fresh, healthy and delicious. Plenty of options to suit all tastes and dietary requirements. Buffet breakfast was a daily highlight from the fresh juices, pastries, fruits, hot foods and egg station, we were very impressed. All of the staff at hotel were friendly and professional and very accommodating. The fitness centre was very well equipped, we loved the recovery room and lap pool. The location is beach front with a short stroll to the collection shopping area. The kids were well entertained with the games room facilities, swimming pools and sports equipment. One of our most memorable family holidays by far!

I stayed at Nusa Dua Beach Hotel and Spa – Handwritten Collection from 11 to 15 December 2025 in a Premier Room with a King Size Bed, and the experience was truly outstanding. The hotel is perfectly located on one of the most prestigious beaches in Nusa Dua, within a peaceful resort area that feels ideal for escaping daily life pressure. Cleanliness throughout the property was very good, and the overall atmosphere was extremely calm and relaxing. The level of comfort was exceptional — I genuinely felt so relaxed that I was constantly drawn to sleep, which says a lot about the quality of rest this hotel offers. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. Their service was outstanding beyond expectations: warm, genuinely friendly, respectful, and always eager to help. Any minor issues were handled immediately and in a way that left me fully satisfied. Special thanks to the Duty Manager, Wirasana, for his professionalism and care. As an ALL Accor Gold member, my wife and I received exceptional recognition. We were welcomed in a private lounge, offered welcome drinks, and given a clear, comfortable, and non-overwhelming introduction to the hotel by Kintam, who deserves special appreciation. We were also allowed to use this exclusive lounge at any time to relax and enjoy drinks, which added a very special touch to our stay. Breakfast was good and enjoyable, though there is still some room for improvement. That said, the hotel’s facilities are excellent — spa, salon, multiple restaurants, swimming pools, private beach, beach activities, and a gym — making it almost unnecessary to leave the resort. Honestly, despite being classified by Accor as a midscale property, the level of service I received exceeded my experiences at Fairmont and Pullman, which are considered premium brands. I highly recommend this hotel, and if I return to Nusa Dua, I will definitely choose this property again.

Our stay at Nusa Dua Hotel was unfortunately very disappointing. The resort is large and feels very impersonal. The only truly beautiful and inviting place is the garden in the rear courtyard, especially the herb garden. The beach itself is also beautiful. During our stay, three weddings took place, each involving loud music in the evening, occasional fireworks and restricted access to the beach. In addition, there was construction work on the premises. We were not informed about these regular events and restrictions before booking. The breakfast, however, was good, and there were enough sun loungers available on the beach. Unfortunately, renting bicycles was excessively expensive and completely disproportionate to the service provided. There were also several problems in our room: the bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable for a hotel of this class, an unpleasant smell came from the bathroom drain, the air conditioning worked only moderately well, and it took two days to repair the excessively bright light inside the wardrobe. Overall, the hotel creates an impression of luxury, but the actual execution falls far short of expectations in many respects. At the same time, the prices for food, drinks and other services are approximately four to five times higher than outside the resort, even though, just 500 metres away, you can receive significantly cheaper and sometimes better service. For a hotel in this price range, we expected considerably more peace and quiet, comfort, quality and professionalism. Instead, our stay—especially the final part of our trip, which was supposed to be dedicated to relaxation—was anything but relaxing.

All'epoca della mia visita (2010) era un hotel tra i migliori al mondo, secondo una guida. Si affaccia direttamente all'oceano. Ci sono piscine con possibilità di aperitivi. Colazioni buonissime. Location suggestiva. Fanno anche degli spettacoli. Ma esaminate le foto per rendervi conto della struttura: parlano da sole.
