recenzi budu upravovat postupně podle délky pobytu 🙂 den první a hned ráno čekací doba ve frontě na snídani je půl hodiny, to je špatný vtip nebo ubytovací standart ??? to samé platí o večeřích v místních restauracích, pokud se netrefíte do chvíle kdy mají místo, doporučí vám přijít o hodinu - dvě později, ale ani tak vám čekání nezajistí že se dovnitř dostanete, takže tak jako tak vám nezbyde nic jiného než jít do bufetu, nepochopitelné 😃 edit: zjistil jsem že největší problém je čistě kapacitní !!! v překladu přijede 1000 lidí denně, restaurace a obsluha pojme řekněme 400 max 500 lidí, ostaní slyší : give me a minute tak 10x než se dostanou k jídlu, velký problém je i v nedostatku personálu, který se sice snaží, ale nemá šanci :) vtip dne : když si jdeš rezervovat místo v čínské restauraci, dají ti termín 3 dny po odjezdu 😃😃😃😃 video z fronty na snídaní, every day 🙂

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything exceeded our expectations—from the beautiful facilities and comfortable rooms to the warm hospitality of the entire staff. A special thank you to the Toscana restaurant team, both the morning and evening shifts, for providing outstanding service throughout our stay. Special recognition goes to Angela and Jesus, whose kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made every meal a wonderful experience. They truly made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable vacation. We highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to come back. Thank you for making our stay so special!

Amazing place, we had the best time here at Sandos Caracol. Rooms clean and spacious with water cooler and mini fridge with soft drinks and beers, otherwise fairly basic rooms but everything you need. However the resort is anything but basic, it’s like a village with stunning nature and scenery everywhere you look. The restaurants are absolutely 5 star and despite what some of the other reviews say, we had no problem booking into, just need to book a couple of days in advance. Highlights for us were the cenote swimming and morning yoga by the cenote. The staff here are wonderful, everyone is so friendly and there are loads of staff so always someone on hand if you need anything. Evening entertainment shows are really professional with talented acrobats and performers. Definitely worth booking the adults only select club if you have no kids with you, access to the adults only pool and beach club meant lovely calm relaxed environment also breakfast and lunch in the Brazilian restaurant was fantastic. Excellent value for money. Can’t recommend this place highly enough. Will hopefully be back soon!

It was my first time visiting Playa del Carmen, and staying at Sandos Caracol Eco Resort made the trip even more special. From the moment we arrived, I loved the atmosphere of the resort. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, and the whole place felt comfortable and well taken care of. The food was definitely another highlight of our stay. There were plenty of options, everything was fresh, and we really enjoyed trying different dishes throughout our visit. I also loved how much there was to do around the resort without it ever feeling boring or repetitive. The combination of the beautiful surroundings, great food, friendly service, and all the little experiences throughout the stay made my first visit to Playa del Carmen unforgettable. I left with so many good memories and would absolutely love to come back to Sandos Caracol again. Thanks! 🙌🏻

The resort was beautiful. We enjoyed the food, activities, drinks, and the friendliness of the staff. We especially enjoyed las Mascaras. Our servers Ablino, Abel, and Rigaberto where very kind, friendly, a understanding, even after we forgot to tell them about an allergy and they had to remake a dip. We also enjoyed the Asian resturant, the main buffet, and the Brazilian resturant and we can't recommend all of these enough! In terms of activities, there is lots to walk to, bikes to ride, water park, pools, and a beach. The beach was full of sea grass so we didn't swim much there, but the rest of the water activities made up for it. Would definitely come back.
